We loved it!!

Our stay in this villa was very pleasant. We enjoyed it very much. It is very clean, a great pool, good neighborhood, everything you need is there. The villa is more beautiful in real time then what the pictures are showing.

Perfect holiday villa

We had a wonderful time in this villa. We were with friends and we enjoyed everything, the pool, bbq, private rooms etc. Also we had a warm welcome and there was a sand storm the day before. They cleaned the pool and after a couple of hours it was clean. Thanks for made our holiday perfect. We will come back!

Large villa with great location

This is a big villa for a group or a family of 8 people with nice views. The swimming pool area is great, close to the summer kitchen and enables enough privacy for the different members. The location of the villa is convenient as it is close to Dalt Villa, San Antonio, Salines ...but you need a car to move easily. Smooth, effcieny and very responsive communication with the managers of the villa. Good choice for a stay in Ibiza.

Great property.

Really happy with the villa and the service provided. It’s an awesome villa with ample room and space. The 4 bedrooms work very well for 4 couples as well as families. The pool is absolutely fantastic (quite deep if you have young kids though) with a great layout and outdoor kitchen. The location is great for exploring the island. The only slight drawback was getting taxis in peak season. Other than than that I can’t think of a single issue and would happily stay again.

Spacious and comfortable villa in a location convenient for exploring various parts of the island

We spent a very enjoyable week here with another couple and our three teenagers (ages 15,19 and 19) The villa is very spacious and clean with great AC units in each room. We very much enjoyed the pool and pool house which was very well equipped! Alex, the property manager, was great and very communicative. Anytime we had a question he answered right away and was so helpful. We couldn’t ever successfully get a taxi to come to the villa to pick up our teenagers, but we did have a car, so that was very helpful as far as all of us being able to easily get around the island. I’d definitely recommend the villa for families or groups of friends and would love to visit again!

Fantastic Villa and Perfect Location to Explore the Island

We stayed at the villa with friends (party of 8 - 4 adults and 4 children) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The villa was perfect, we spend most of our time using the pool room outdoor kitchen facilities and pool rather than the main villa. The villa is spread across 3 different levels giving the ability to separate yourselves from the different area's. My only feedback to improve our stay is it would have been great if some basic items could have been provided on check in for example water. We arrived quite late due to delays and had to rush down to the local supermarket. Would highly recommend staying at the villa and booking through the management firm / owners as the communication before and throughout our stay was fantastic.

Never again

The property is on a very steep hill and I mean very. Extremely difficult to drive up and to get through the gate easily. There was broken glass all round the pool. Pool tiles kept coming off. Kitchen was poorly equipped. Close to a dual carriageway with no footpaths so you can’t walk anywhere. We got accused of breaking the front gate and the management company dealt with it incredibly badly. The owner lives 2 doors down and it felt like he was keeping an eye on us and doesn’t speak a word of English. The villa was also no where near it was advertised. Apart from the above we had a great time in Ibiza.

Almost perfect

I stayed at the villa with 8 friends for 6 days in June 2019. The property was beautiful, and the service received prior to check in was very good. The management team were very helpful in accommodating various requests. The location was perfect for us, close to shops, not to far away from various places we visited. There were only two downsides - on one day a random woman walked into the villa because her internet wasn't working. She is a neighbour and her wifi is connected to the wifi in the villa. I had been texted asking to let her in an hour before, but as I was in the pool I didn't see this. I spoke to Marco (who checked us in) and let him know that we paid a lot of money for privacy, no one should be letting themselves in, especially not a stranger and not through a door i didn't even know existed! Marco was very apologetic. The only other slight down side was the state of the kitchen equipment, everything we used needed a thorough clean. That said - the villa was beautiful, perfect for large groups, and the pool/outside area in particular were stunning and where we spent most of our time. Thank you to Keira and her team for a lovely stay!

Lovely Villa!

We have just stayed here as a group of 6 40-50 somethings. We loved the villa! the inside is great with 4 very good sized, air conditioned bedrooms. there are some lovely breakout areas too that are quiet and have a great view. the pool area though is the best part of the villa. the pool is lovely and big, the beds are super comfortable. the best part is the pool house which has a kitchen, very big fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. this meant that we really lived down in the pool area most of the time, and ate two meals a day there. The location is very good, with easy access to the main road between San An and Ibiza town, and a bus stop a small walk away with buses to both every 15 mins from early to late, although somehow the villa is always peaceful. if you don't want to walk too far there is a restaurant called Los Das Lunas 5 mins walk away. Check in and out was easy and we had lots of communication beforehand. We hope to be back soon!

Elektriciteit problemen
