With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!

The Silver Sands premium outlet mall is where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Miramar Beach!) Family Vacation

Overall property is great. a few details need to be addressed: 1. Great crop of cockroaches come out at night in the kitchen and bathrooms on 3rd floor. 2. Rug in 1st floor bedroom is a tripping hazard, the edge curls by the bathroom. 3. Pump on the pool does not operate correctly, only 1 jet operates, and the water wall does not work.

Do not stay here!

While the place is nice and there is nothing inherently wrong with it, we had a lot of issues with the property managers. The wifi did not work when we got there, and we wound up finding a dead rat in the pool when we got there. They bothered us during our stay multiple times throughout the week involving an issue with the water in the house. Finally, they showed up around noon on our third day and demanded that we have someone over 25 show up in 30 minutes. They require that you have someone over 25 for every 2 people under 25, which can't even accommodate some families. They then evicted us with a 30 minute time limit to leave the house. If you are in a group of people under 25 absolutely do not book here. If you plan on doing anything on your vacation do not book here, they will give outrageous demands. If you want to use your pool, do not book here. You may find dead rodents in it.

The home was amazing and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for the small children we had with us and it is a short walk to the beach from the house. Would stay here again!!

Fun but won’t stay again

We were having an amazing time. But then a power line fell right by our resort and sparks started flying everywhere. I had to rush my kids out of the pool for fear of being burned. So our power was out and so was the whole streets. So I call the office to let them know what happened. The lady responded with “well ain’t nothing we can do about it” no compassion at all. She was very stand-off ish like she had no desire to help or be helpful. Literally a horrible person to talk to. Unpleasant in every way. Not “okay sorry to hear this has happened.” No type of kindness. And for this reason, I will never go back. I understood that they couldn’t do anything right away but I just wanted a update and customer service goes a long way. Other than that horrible experience with the office and the power issue, we had a great time.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Dreamin’. We had four families with twelve people total. There was room for everyone. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The beach was easy access and only a short walk. And the pool was the icing on the cake.

Our Driftwood dreamin stay

We loved how convenient everything was to the beach and restaurants, grocery and gas. Check in was relatively easy with a minor issue with the keypad being stuck. Kitchen was well equipped and good size. We also enjoyed all of the porches, decks and pool. Using arrival we were messaged about the dishwasher not working. It was eventually replaced but not until 5 days into our stay. It was definitely an inconvenience as we had a lot of dishwashing to do due to several guests in our party. Dishwashing by hand is something I wanted to not do on vacation. We also had an issue with a strong sewage smell in the downstairs bedroom and around the pool deck. We had someone come a check on it. The smell was most noticeable after the house had been closed up a few hours and after we returned home. Something is definitely going on with drains or something. Lastly, there is a loud pecking/banging sound inside the closet downstairs very early in the am and sporadically throughout morning hours. Both the smell and the banging noise made it hard for the guests in that room to stay there for the duration of our stay. With all that said, we would most likely stay there again in early May because the price was affordable but not sure if I would pay peak season rates.

Loved the area!

The house was very nice and the proximity to the beach was great. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We had a couple of problems but the host was prompt and very nice to help us. We absolutely loved the area and especially the beach!

2020 Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Dreamin'. We were very impressed with the space and number of beds and bathrooms. Bedrooms also had tvs. The house size was a nice surprise. The kitchen is well equipped with all we needed. I really enjoyed cooking in this kitchen with all the space and location open to the family room. The family/tv room was large and very comfortable for our family. The location is nice and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Please know this house has a lot of stairs - I needed the exercise so it was fine for us. We enjoyed spending our 2020 Thanksgiving vacation here.

Ocean Reef 91 Driftwood Ln

Certain linens, pull out bed, bunk beds were sandy, somewhat dirty and there were dead moths in the bunk beds. Checkout of 10am is too early. The maid was reasonable and waited a bit until we leave. Alarm at pool patio door too annoying for a peaceful vacation. I’d recommend you look for alternatives.

as we 16 senior citizen we contect on phone at the time of check in immediate guide but after we check in all TV not work. we try to contect during office hour always go to message we send message on 2nd day reply &guide in message still not work out some bathroom had stopper no good it is for 19 people slip but blankets was not enough. Great house, very responsive help. Amazing location.

Upon arrival Found a few things broken, a door handle missing, and a lot of stains on the couch which they did show up and clean. Nothing that really ruined my stay though. Definitely would stay again and recommend to other people

Annual family beach vacation

Thirteen of us stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. The home has a lot going for it. It was beautifully decorated, had a spacious living/kitchen area, lots of beautiful seating in the living area, 3 king beds, which is always nice when you are traveling with other adults, and an extremely close proximity to the beach. However, for the cost of renting this home for a week, I do feel it could use some loving care and updates. It would be nice to see the furniture and rugs professionally cleaned due to stains, new blinds at the windows because they are pretty much all broken and cannot be opened and new patio furniture off of the dining room because it is very old, stained and cracked. We also had a couple of minor things happen that Ocean Reef were VERY quick to come out and fix! They do a beautiful job of attending to your needs. We had a problem with a door locking and a towel ring and door handle falling off that they were quick to take care of! Overall, this is a very nice home and we had a wonderful time there. Hopefully, they will take a look at doing a little updating to make the home equal to the rental price. If so, I would give this home a 4 1/2 star rating.

Beautiful overall!

This home, from decorations, roominess, and layout was exceptionally gorgeous. Had a problem with the fridge that was quickly repaired. The house was nicely cooled for summertime. Spacious and comfortable to fit 14 people. It would be nice if the house came with a few more nice beach chairs and possibly another umbrella, considering that the size of the home. Also, for as pricey and nice as the home is, please provide with higher end cooking utensils. Those were pretty flimsy. All mattresses should come with protectors! One pillow sham on 3rd floor had either a chocolate or blood stain on it. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful three story located in good neighbor.

This lovely home Dreamin was a short walk to the beach which has a crosswalk across the highway. This made it very easy and safe walking to the beach. At this beach access there was a public restroom which came in handy.. A wagon, beach toys , and chairs were also supplied by the home. Our party had seventeen guests. The home was very roomie. Had television in all the rooms. It even had a television at the end of the hallway bunkbeds that were built into the walls. The kitchen was very large with granite countertops. It was furnished with pots, pans, coffee pots, toaster, and just everything you need to cook a good meal. Both cooktop and refrigerator were oversized. All my family agreed that the cleanliness of the home was five stars. Has a walking and bike path along the beach. Walked to local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The management company Ocean Reef sent emails with all the instructions for check in, check out, and map directions before our trip. They are very courteous and easy to work with. Thanks Kathleen

Warmth and charm greets you as you enter this beautiful home.

This beautiful home is everything you would want for a seaside escape! We enjoyed the week with family but would also be perfect for couples. The large living space is tastefully furnished and comfortable for a large or smaller group. The deck off the kitchen was ideal for morning coffee while enjoying the ocean breeze. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking you would like to do. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The pool and patio were perfect for the kids and adults a like. A short walk And you are on a pristene beach with white sugary sand and clear gulf water. In the evening you can take a short drive to a large outlet mall, seaside resort areas like Rosemary beach and Seaside. A week wasn't long enough to enjoy all the wonderful resturants. This home was in excellent condition and made you feel at home the moment you walked in. We will be back!

Perfect Location and Great House for Families or Large Groups

The location of this house was perfect. The walk to the beach took less than a minute and provided us direct access to the beach, bathrooms, chair and umbrella rentals, etc. Also, Pompano Joe's restaurant is located at the end of the street and on the beach. It was nice to have a place so close to grab lunch and a drink. The house itself was gorgeous and in excellent shape. The garage was an added bonus as we were packing to leave and it started raining. The pool was perfect for our younger kids because it wasn't too deep. The older kids enjoyed it as well because it was the perfect size for playing pool volleyball. This was a great house in a great location. No complaints and we will definitely be returning next summer.
