Aldrig hyrd tidigare, Vackert uppdaterat 2 våningar Beach House, perfekt för en familjesamling eller en grupp vänner, rymmer upp till 16 personer, 14 vuxna.

Tre stora sovrum med eget badrum (master på bottenvåningen är perfekt för äldre) låter 3 familjer enkelt dela huset och fortfarande ha sin integritet. Gå in i huset i ett öppet rum med matsal. Njut av frukost i baren och laga mat för dina nära och kära, i vårt fullt utrustade kök. Njut av verandan, uteplatsen och däcken runt huset som erbjuder gott om möjligheter att koppla av ute. Vår Webber-grill väntar på dig på den bakre täckta verandan, med en plats att sitta runt eldstaden, på en kall natt. Vårt fristående garage har omvandlats till det perfekta media / lekrummet för ungdomarna att umgås, medan föräldrarna njuter av det soliga vädret. Rummet erbjuder 65 "TV, soffstolar, Sony Playstation4 med 2 fjärrkontroller och spel. Lekrummet erbjuder också ett lugnt arbete. Vår community pool är bokstavligen 5 steg från vår trädgård och är öppen året runt för dig att njuta av. Några av de vackraste stränderna i viken ligger 2 minuters promenad från huset med privat tillgång. Vårt hus erbjuder perfekta inställningar för dig och dina nära och kära att njuta och fira livet, året runt!

Husets läge är därför vi valde att köpa det!
Det är bokstavligen 2 minuters promenad till en av de vackraste stränderna i världen (tro mig, jag har sett så många vackra i mitt liv). Gemensam poolen ligger 5 steg från vår helt inhägnad trädgård, så det är nästan som du går in i din privata pool. Om du letar efter några äventyr, så omger det dig, från paddeltävling, Dolphins turer till dykningskurser. Massor av restauranger och shopping 5 minuters bilresa från huset: Destin Commons eller de fantastiska butikerna, Henderson State Park och så mycket mer.

Vi älskar att resa och vi älskar havet ännu mer. Det är därför vi köpte denna pärla, så vi kan använda den för att skapa oändliga glada minnen och dela den med dig och dina nära och kära, när vi väl är tillbaka i vårt hem i GA.

Beach Time

Overall our stay was great. Pros: location to beach and pool, ease of checking in and out, Really appreciated that they had some extra amenities a few k-pods for coffee, some seasoning for cooking, cleaning spray, and laundry pods. Had an ac issue on first night but owner sent a repair man out on Easter which was greatly appreciated. Cons: Bathroom downstairs was extremely slow to drain so had to shower upstairs, When sitting outside in the backyard you have a lovely view of the neighbors piled up junk. It really looks like a junk yard and takes away from the enjoyment of sitting outside. I'm not sure if this neighborhood has an HOA but they really should address this and in the meantime I think I would plant some shrubs with height to hide as much of it as possible.

Great time!!

The house is great and is located in a fantastic little neighbor that is nestled away a 2–3-minute walk to the white sands of Miramar Beach. The host was super attentive during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back.

We had such a great time staying here, the house is exactly how it’s shown. Liat was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The local neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. We all loved the house and had an amazing time. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Great Place to Stay

The house is in a great location, literally 5 minutes walk from a private beach! The house was clean and it slept our group of 10 comfortably where each person got their own bed! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, amenities

Very short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the nice pool. Perfect for 3 families staying together. Shaded back area was great for grilling. Gamers loved the game room. Plenty of space for buffet style meals. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants, and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, so close to the beach

Lovely home on a street just 2 blocks from the beach. Very convenient location, walking distance to a coffee shop, Italian take-out with delicious pizza and a beach rental shop.

Magical Miramar Beach Getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was our first time to Destin, and it lived up to being everything that we had heard! The property was exactly as advertised. Liat was so responsive every step of the way! We had a small plumbing issue with a toilet handle and within minutes of messaging Liat she responded and had her service worker scheduled to come support and it was a quick in and out fix with no interruption! In advance of the trip Liat sent us a wonderful list of things to do and see and great places to eat. I would recommend anyone to rent from Liat at any one of her multiple and generous properties. We hope to return!

Beautiful home

This is a great home very close to the beach. I love the fact that could walk from here and be at the beach and restaurants within a few minute walk. We also biked along the beach which was perfect at sunset! The house had plenty of space for our group of 10 with very large rooms and living room + another big area in the garage so we could all spread out. Everything was included like towels, linens and fully stocked kitchen and was very clean. Great host and easy communication.
