Beläget i en av de vackraste städerna på Côte d'Azur, men ändå inom närhet till Nice och Monte Carlo, detta renoverade 60m2 (intern area) lägenhet fördelar inkluderar en stor 25m2 (utsidan) direkt havet terrass, pool, privat parkering, luftkonditionering och bosatt vaktmästare. Stranden, gamla stan butiker och restauranger, järnvägsstation och busshållplats ligger alla inom 10 minuter störtlopp gångavstånd. Stor omsorg har tagits för att renovera hela lägenheten till en lyxig standard. Finishen, inklusive inventarier, inredning och möbler, är noggrann. Linne, handdukar och värme finns också.

Plats: Fånga tåget i Nice St. Augustin Station (10 minuters promenad från flygplatsen) och reser bara 3 korta stopp till Villefranche-sur-Mer. Från stationen, kommer en trappa tar dig direkt ner till stranden och en 10 minuters promenad uppför tar dig till lägenheten. I själva verket, gångavstånd till järnvägsstationen ger möjlighet att resa längden av den pittoreska Cote d'Azur från Menton nära den italienska gränsen, besöka Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Juan Le Pins, Cannes och Théoule-sur-Mer. Alternativt kan du ta flygbussen till centrallagret i Nice. Därifrån reser med buss
(Menton / Ventimiglia) under 15 minuter genom ett fantastiskt landskap, avstigning vid lägenheten. Hyrbil från flygplatsen är tillgänglig efter överenskommelse och den enklaste vägen till lägenheten är att följa Bay des Anges till Nice Port fortsätter sedan längs Basse Corniche förbi centrum av Villefranche, hitta väl skyltad Les Restanques cirka 300 meter längre till höger.

Exteriör: Den vackra gemensam pool nås genom att ta hissen till bottenvåningen och sedan vandra längs asfalterad väg genom vackert vårdat trädgården. Än en gång, fastställandet av poolen ger fantastisk utsikt över till Cap Ferrat.

Inredning: Loungemöblerna består av två soffor, en skänk / byrå, stort soffbord med förvaring inuti, tv-skåp / stativ med internet-TV och DVD. Det finns också en liten bar området. Den lyxiga kök är fullt utrustat och innehåller massivt trä arbetsytor och matbord med stolar, som skiljer köket och lounge områden. Det största sovrummet möbler består av en king size dubbelsäng, en stor tre-sektionen garderob, sängbord och konsolbord med spegel ovan. Det separata sittkåpan / förbandet innehåller även två hyllor / arbetsytor. Det lyxiga badrummet har marmor kakel hela och inkluderar ett symmetriskt utformade bad med central handdusch, handfat över handduk förvaring, spegel ovanför handfat, toalett och douche, handdukstork och två ytterligare lagringsenheter.

Beautiful view and property

Stayed for 1 week in may. Property is well maintained, lots of supplies for cooking, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Photos don’t do the place justice…. The view is absolutely phenomenal and we didn’t mind the steep climb to/from old town. Though we had a car, We took the train for day trips - a quick walk down to the station. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome view, great deck

We loved Rob's place. I was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked. The patio/balcony was outstanding. It is clean. If you have a car, it is perfect since it also provides parking. Communication before and during stay was prompt and easy. The view comes with a price, however. It is a significant hike up from the waterfront that got old quickly for a couple of 70+ year olds, even though we are in pretty good shape.

Villefranche get away

Can't imagine a more beautiful place to enjoy Villefranche and the view of the ocean than this beautiful VRBO. We loved it! The entire place is beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Exactly as advertised. Idyllic. The view from the deck is as pictured, absolutely beautiful. The location is great, easy walk thru a quaint village to restaurants and the train station. The host was always available for any questions we had.

Beautiful Villefranche-sur-mer Views

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 6 days to tour around the French Riviera and it was a great find. It’s perfect for a couple and has all the necessities (kitchen utensils, washer, bathroom items). We appreciated the apartment had some of the staples upon arrival (ie, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, coffee filters/coffee). The bed was also comfortable. The patio is large with a good size table and two loungers, and we spent mornings enjoying coffee and having pre-post dinner drinks. The great thing about the patio, outside of the amazing views, is that it also has a retractable awning so nice for sun or rain. Staying in contact with Rob was super easy and he was very responsive. On the day of arrival Lamya was there to great us and showed us around. There is a pool on the property, which we used one day. It’s not heated, but was nice to have an additional spot to relax. The location of the apartment is above the old town, which has a number of restaurants and a few bars. It’s about an 8 min walk up/down hill (a good way to walk off a bit of dinner), but it’s scenic and offers some sidewalks and not overly busy road. Similarly the train station was about an 8 min walk, which was super convenient to travel to Nice, Eze, Monaco. (The town beach (sandy) was also right near the train station so again not a bad walk.) And, a market and bakery are both nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again if we had the opportunity!

The view !!!

The apartment was really comfortable and as shown in the photos. . Had everything we needed for our stay.. and the balcony!!! We could hardly tear ourselves away from the amazing view! Great base to explore other towns & other areas , with the bus just outside and the train station just down the hill. Great places to eat in the wonderful & beautiful old town, again just a short walk down the hill. Villefranche-sur-mer and this apartment , just great !

Wonderful stay

This appartment was everything we needed for our holiday. The view is wonderful from the living room, bedroom and the pool. It was very easy to relax in. Despite being close to the road and train station it was also quiet. Lamya (the property manager) was nice and told us everything we needed to know for our stay. The building concierge was also very friendly and helped us contact Lamya after I had the wrong number.

Wonderful property in a spectacular locatio

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need from just sleeping there to full self-catering. All fixtures and equipment are of a high standard and the building is of an higher level overall. It was still too cold to use the pool but it certainly looks inviting. The terrace view is spectacular and we could hardly tear our eyes away from it the whole time we were there. We used buses for all our transportation and there are stops very close by. Figuring out the schedules is another matter altogether! Nevertheless, it is very easy to get into Nice or Bealieu (best for grocery shopping). Recommend bus over train if arriving with luggage as the station is some distance below. Would recommend this property to anyone holidaying in the Antibes-Monaco area of the Riviera.

OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO, sicuramente da consigliare!

Delizioso appartamento per 4/5 persone, in un residence piuttosto lussuoso, in posizione ottima, fuori dal centro del paese ma a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento dispone di un terrazzo fantastico con vista mozzafiato sulla baia. L'interno è perfetto: mobili e dotazioni in ottimo stato, cucina con elettrodomestici nuovi e buona dotazione di posate pentole bicchieri, tapparelle e tenda esterna motorizzate, wifi perfetto, televisore con decoder Sky. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato, interno al residence, con posto assegnato. La signora che ci ha assistiti all'arrivo e alla partenza è stata molto gentile, i proprietari, contattati solo via mail, sempre precisi nelle comunicazioni, ci hanno fornito un contratto dettagliatissimo, e all'interno dell'appartamento è presente un ottimo manuale d'uso dell'appartamento. Direi tutto al meglio, anche grazie a ciò abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa e rilassante. Lo consiglierei senz'altro e mi piacerebbe sicuramente tornarci! Lamberto Morosini (Milano, Italia)

Villefranche Dream in November 2012

This was our 4th stay in Rob & Mandy's apartment (which says more than words could say). We spent Thanksgiving week here, and it was a wonderful choice, weather-wise, jackets optional during the day; needed at night, but comfortable. The apartment is so well situated relative to bus stops and the train station, and this time we discovered and used 7-day, 15 Euro bus passes. They don't get you back from Monaco, but allowed us to freely take the bus during our stay. The apartment is an exceptional deal, with a million-dollar view from the deck, comfortable living room, complete kitchen and comfortable bed. We enjoyed excellent meals at La Belle Epoque (right down the hill) and L'Aparte (one block above the waterfront, hidden in an alley). We recommend both restaurants - L'Aparte is more upscale, but both have wonderful food. We are already looking to plan our next trip back and are looking forward to retirement, when we will come for more than a week.

Superb apartment in a superb location

Great quality in every part of the apartment. Fantastic equipment, great cooking, great comfort. We spent many hours on the terrace soaking up the sun and the views. a stroll down town for dinner, or hop on the bus to Nice, or the train to further afield We will return to our favourite haven many times we are sure. A real taste of the Riviera

This apartment and it's location didn't disappoint in any way. We had a weeks holiday at the beginning of November. The weather was fantastic, the views were brilliant and Villefranche Sur Mer is a delightful little coastal town. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained and extremely comfortable for 2. It was very easy to get around (even without a car) We had a very enjoyable stay.

Heaven in France

Fabulous vacation retreat. This rental was exactly how it was described and fully met all our needs. We have stayed in Villefranche before and really needed to come back again. This time our friends could not join us so we needed a place suitable and affordable to 2. This was just the place! The layout was very well done with full on sea, and Cap Ferrat views from living area and bedroom and even a bit from the bathroom looking through the house. The terrace was outstanding and great for a couple of our dinners at 'home' and a few breakfasts too when we weren't running out for Pastries. A steep but quick walk to the main part of town, groceries, a butcher, everything you need. The on-sight host, Maria and her little dog Nui, were very sweet and accommodating. You will fully enjoy this place. It's perfect for a couple and is suitable to add 1 more comfortably. A 4th might be much. Villefranche is heaven. Enjoy!!!

Lovely Apartment

A lovely apartment with amazing views. It was easy to find from the directions given, we made our way by two buses from Nice airport. The bus stops outside the apartment, its also easy and cheap to travel to other resorts along the coast. We ate in most nights, the kitchen has everything you need, we found two small mini-markets in Villefranche and a large supermarket in Monte-Carlo, there are restaurants in Villefranche if required. Thanks to the owners and caretaker, all were very helpful and we will hopefully be booking again for next year.
