Spring Break 2025

We loved the condo. Everything was so clean. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. There was a cooler for the beach, beach toys and chairs. Having the reserved chairs and umbrella was so nice. The location was perfect being just steps from the beach. Just out the door and you’re less than 50 yards from the water. Chick-fil-A was directly across the street and Walmart was only a mile down the road. We hope to rent this condo again in the near future.

A time to remember?

We had such a great time staying at this property. It was awesome. Felt like home away from home. Plenty big enough for me the husband and three kids love that hat on site. Laundry even had dawn, dish soap and dishwashing liquid under the sink. Normally, you have to buy that stuff it was already there Beach towels were already there. It was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We all made wonderful memories thank you breakers east room 701.

Nicely met our expectations for an enjoyable stay

Great location - excellent views of/access to beautiful beach. Other renters/owners are a friendly lot, mostly snowbirds from the mid-west and Canada like us but a few younger families on wknds and holidays.

A perfect getaway!!

The condo looked even better than the pictures. It was roomy and very clean. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. Plus the free chair setup was nice. My wife and I had a great time. Next time at Destin we will definitely stay here!!

Amazing place

Place was amazing like the title says. We can’t believe how nice the condo was and the view was unbelievable. We saw dolphins allday long and the beach was the most amazing one that we have ever been too. Definitely worth the 6hr drive to visit destin. There was tons of stuff to do in the area and the food was amazing too. Couldn’t ask for a better spot

Great experience

The condo was perfectly comfortable and lovely. Clean, amazing views, great location. Since we were here “off season” the lack of the second elevator was not an issue for us. We would definitely book this condo again. Really can’t say enough about the ocean views. Just gorgeous.

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and well furnished. Check-in process was very easy. Two suggestions, have instructions for how to use TV printed out and our furnace did not properly work we reported it and they were unable to repair it while we were there.

Great location

We loved this condo! Was perfect for two families. Location was great and beautiful decorated and even bigger in person from pictures! Had everything we needed to cook and plenty of places to sleep for 6 people. I can’t say anything bad about this condo. We definitely will look at booking here again. Only thing missing was a long full link mirror. My niece is 15 and likes to look at her outfits 😀

Beautiful Stay in Destin!

This was our first family trip in years, and we were all impressed by the condo and the proximity to the beach. The condo was remarkably clean and had just about everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Loved all the decor! We rented extra chairs for the rest of our family, which was super easy. We requested a few extra beach towels be left in the condo since we all flew in this time, and they were quick to respond and provide them. The beach was quiet and calm, despite it being the weekend leading up to a holiday. Directions and guide given before our stay was clear and very helpful. We’ll be back again!

Great location, clean and good space

Condo was clean and perfect space for our family of 6. Great location for our family. Furnishings where nice and clean. However, condo in general very outdated. Part of the counter kept falling in the dishwasher. All appliances worked great and nice to have a washer & dryer for use. Enjoyed the 7th floor and view! Condominium amenities are well taken care of and clean.

Lovely Condo on the beach with 7th floor views of the beach and ocean

This property was wonderful in so many ways. The unit was remodeled and updated a few years ago and is excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The W/D made it easy to stay longer but not have to bring many clothes. The views were impressive. Parking is in the open lot and very convenient. The elevators were a problem as one of the 2 was out of commission for service for the duration of our trip. The 2nd/working elevator was down for several hours one day for unknown reasons. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen with the exception of a few items. There were a couple of chef's knives but both were extremely dull. There was no knife sharpener so I asked the property manager if they would provide a sharpening rod. They said that they would, but never did. Overall the unit was terrific and we would not hesitate to come again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After staying in the lovely Breakers East 1104, this condo was a disappointment. If you rent it be sure to bring plastic glasses for the beach and children, left over food containers, koozies, hand soap for the kitchen sink, sos pads, a can opener not left from the 1950’s, extra tp, decent paper towels, books, magazines, writing paper, games, movies. This is a bare bones condo, no extras. It has not been updated which I knew, but even so the owner could offer more so one could overlook that. The inside of the kitchen cabinets smell old and musty, we didn’t even want to store our food in them. The laundry room was nice and the building is well maintained. My husband said the condo was “rough”.
