The view was spectacular. The house is exceptionally comfortable with a bathroom for each bedroom. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you could need during your stay. The location is very convenient, you can walk to everything in the village.

This property is beautifully situated on the shoreline with full view of the boats sauntering in and out of the bay, as well as the ferries traversing the channel. Extra magic at night with a clear dark sky to see all the starts and the lighted ferries gliding by. The home essentially has two primary suites - one on each end of the property, perfect for couples. All kitchen equipment needed is available. The living area has a lovely grouping around a gas fireplace, perfect for conversation. We enjoyed using the dining table for games and the water-facing puzzle table for the colorful puzzles provided. The in-village location makes walking to the stores and dinner so easy. Great access to roads to all your favorite island spots and cycling destinations. Excellent beds and linens. Very quiet. Hope to return soon for another memorable visit!

A perfect place to stay on Lopez! In town, on the water with a stunning view, very well appointed for every need, and as comfortable as home with all the perks of a hotel. Plus, Judi was so great to communicate with. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Lopez waterfront home

Everything about the house and our stay was perfect. We stayed with family from England and we all said it was a wonderful experience on Lopez Island, including the weather!

Exceptional VRBO stay

Really terrific location, right downtown within walking distance to everything (no car needed), house has wide open views and was clean/spacious. Overall, really exceptional home to stay at for weekend!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful spot! The weather was gorgeous, and the house is situated in the perfect spot...close to town and right on the water. The house is so well maintained and always a pleasure to visit. Spectacular view and plenty of fun boat activity.We will be back again soon :)

Lopez Getaway

Judi and Brian are really wonderful people and very welcoming. We have stayed here before and will return again. It is a really well appointed and relaxing home. The views of the sound, the wildlife, and sunsets are fantastic. Lopez Island and this home will always hold a special place in our families memories. Thanks, Judi and Brian. Perfect place to stay in the village

Wonderful beach house right in Lopez village and Judi is an excellent host. Sit on the large deck and watch the boats go by. The house is meticulously tidy, the beds are all comfortable, and the compact but functional kitchen has modern appliances and is well-stocked.

This was our second stay here and I cannot say enough good things about the house. It is the most perfect place to stay ever! You walk through the door and right away have the most amazing view of the ocean! Every room has an ocean view. The deck out back is perfect and we spent most of our time out there. Our kids loved exploring the beach all day and night. The hosts thought of everything from bandaids and a first aide closet to games for the back yard. Judi was so great to help accommodate our family and she is so fast in replying and communicating. We were even randomly stranded on our first day at the ferry and she sent her son to pick us up! If I could give more than five stars I would! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect little beach house

We loved this house! It was way bigger in person than we originally thought, it was super clean, it was fully loaded with kitchen stuff and the view from the back porch and back windows made it worth every penny! We loved the island and everything about our stay! We will definitely be back!

This was our fifth time renting this lovely home on Lopez Island. It is a great place, the location is ideal, the views are awesome, and Judi is super helpful and nice! We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place really delivered. Between the amazing sunsets, peaceful private beach, and all the amenities you can ask for it was a perfect vacation getaway. We will definitely be back!
