Vårt hem är fullt utrustat för dina semester behov. Det finns två sovrum, ett vardagsrum och ett bonusrum utrustat med platser att sova. Det öppna kök, matsal och vardagsrum gör att alla kan delta i festen. Fäst i köket finns ett bonusrum med en tvåbäddsbädd och rulla samt en andra tv och ett bordtennisbord. Detta hus är perfekt för familjer och grupper som vill koppla av och tillbringa tid tillsammans minuter från stranden.

Nej, vi har inte luftkonditionering, men vårt hus är bekvämt beläget vid toppen av kullen med havsutsikt. Detta ger oss en fin havsbris som kan blåsa genom huset för att kyla ner det om fönster på framsidan och baksidan är öppna.
- Har du kabel?
Nej, vi har inte kabel. Våra smarta tv-apparater är trådlöst anslutna till internet. Dessa tv: er är konfigurerade med appar som Netflix, HBO, YouTube, Hulu, etc. Vi tillhandahåller ett inloggat Netflix-konto för din njutning och du är välkommen att logga in på någon av de andra apparna om du har ett befintligt konto.

Bday/Family trip

We had a great stay. The house is in a great location and close to several beaches and many great restaurants. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. My 6-year-old grandson said, "Wow, this is fancy". Our host was helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. Thank you, The Gosnell Family

Wonderful Immaculate Home

This home was immaculate and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and every item you could think of was included ( tissues, paper towels, soap etc). The home was near downtown (5 minute drive) The only criticiscm would be if the weather is hot there is NO air conditioning. Our stay had an unusual heat wave of 90's and the house didn't cool down even with fans. The interior was a warm 88 degrees. We had a pet so it was very uncomfortable for us and our pet. We managed and remained outside in the patio area until almost 8 p.m.

Family Event in Carlsbad

The property was neat and clean. Comfortable. Loved the 30 minute walk to the beach (one way). And, wished we made time to play some ping pong, which is in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. We never had to contact the owner. We had everything we needed.

Not for senior adults!

The bathroom with tub / shower was very difficult to get in and out. We are a group of friends age 69. I almost slipped twice. Also, not having Air conditioning was not disclosed until i asked. In summer its hot and it was very stuffy And uncomfortable. Need rails on front porch and back yard steps. Its not suitable or anyone with bad knees and not ADA suitable or compliant. Needed standard toaster. There were no directions for toaster oven or TV. The bunk beds are suitable only for kids! This unit said “sleeps 7. Not true. It should say “4 adults plus kids in bunk bed room.” It was “OK” but not very good for our group. The furniture was not comfortable to sit on in living room and dining chairs. Outdoor backyard was nice.

Quaint little visit

We had a great time relaxing in Carlsbad. We loved the house, perfect size and location for walks and proximity to beaches and shopping/restaurants. We accessed the village and the outlets. Found great places to eat. We were able to grocery shop and bbq at the house. Every need was met, house well stocked from the kitchen and living room to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beach gear available and paddle tennis in the garage. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!!

Exceeded expectations from the start

Our party consisted of 2 adult couples, 3 children (6, 8, 13), and a small dog. The bedrooms were larger, common areas more substantial, and outdoor areas more useful than we had hoped. Interior finishes are VERY nice, and from end to end this feels more like a home than a rental from the moment you walked in. Plenty of easy, dedicated, off street parking on a very quiet street. The most noise we heard all week was from the occasional helicopter or airplane fly-over (to be expected). We all agree that we hope to use this property again. We will bring a Keurig for our coffee habit next time, but the conventional brewer was also up to the task... I have nothing but good things to say, including the immediate responses to all of my inquiries by Courtney (the host). Thank you so very much!

Beautiful, Clean and Spacious Home

We were in Carlsbad for our daughters wedding and we were immediately thrilled with this beautiful and spacious home with a large and secure backyard for my dog. A great location and the owner was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Great place for families

Lovely home and neighborhood, close to the beach and reasonable drive to many other great tourist destinations in San Diego. Bunk room was great for kids and lots of little details helped like step stool in bathroom and kid dishware. No AC but ceiling and floor fans helped and there was usually always a breeze so it was not a major concern for us. We would definitely come back!

Seaside charm!

The property had all the basics we needed. The location was minutes from grocery shopping, restaurants and the beach. We even went to the outlets. We were able use the beach gear they had which came in very handy! We absolutely enjoyed our time here, the house was perfect for our needs- truly a home away from home!

This is a home I will come back to.

No words Can fully describe the wonderful experience we had in this property. The home was beautiful, it had everything anyone needed to include quick access to the beach, LEGOLAND, and grocery stores. We loved ever min we had here and will come back again in the future. Wonderful stay

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our little dog. Courtney stocked the house well with everything we could need. As described, the house does get a really good breeze. The beds were very comfortable. The large jacuzzi bathtub was a nice plus. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table, and we all, especially our dog, enjoyed the backyard. The only thing that could make this property any better is if it were walking distance to the beach, but it is only a very short drive to the beaches and shopping areas. It’s a wonderful house.

Family of Four Getaway

Very comfortable home. Kids loved the game room and backyard! I enjoyed the clear labeling (lights/bathroom fixtures) and abundant extension cords. Front room was great for dark room (kids nap time), but the back bedroom was a little too bright for sleeping past day break. It was so helpful to have the easy access to washing a load of clothes. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.
