Båda sovrummen har eget badrum, trädgård för barnen att leka i ett trevligt och bekvämt strand- / kustnära område. Detta är inte ett festhus utan ett familjshus. Carlsbad valdes till en av de bästa familjstränderna i U. S. Trevligt stort kök med granit, matsalsplatser 6. Utomhus varm och kall dusch. Full tvättmaskin / torktumlare, uteplats, med bord och stolar. grill, alla med havsutsikt. Promenera till byn, med över 80 restauranger och butiker, eller handla i outlet-köpcentret 2 miles bort, eller ett stort köpcentrum 4 miles från huset. Legoland ligger mindre än 3 miles från huset. Carlsbad Beach Baca

Loved spending time in Carlsbad. The village has lots of interesting shops and really great restaurants. This location was walking distance to the village and beautiful beach.

Excellent space, except.....

I was disconcerted to see that "50 yards to the sand" meant that you have to cross a 4-lane road to get to the beach. The space is lovely and immaculate and perfect, except for the non-mention of the road.

Perfect view

We loved the location of this house so close to the beach and the window in the living room was the cherry on top! What a great place to reset and have a perfect set up for conversation and rest! The listing said there was a hot tub, it wasn’t important to us but maybe that should be updated.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay was better than expected and we are looking forward to staying there again. The kitchen is stocked, there is everything you need to have a fun beach day and the couches that pull out into a bed are very comfortable. The beds in the rooms are also very comfortable. We highly recommend this location!

Wedding Delight

My adult family of 5 stayed for the week and it was the perfect location and home for our son's wedding in the area. Vigiluccis is on the same block and is an excellent restaurant. It is close to Carlsbad Village shops and eating establishments. Try 264 Fresco too. The owners are close and were very accomodating. We absolutley loved our stay and highly recommend. Location, location and location. Parking was also easy for 2 vehicles. Kitchen has everything you need. Thank you Al and Pam for a perfect home away from home.

An overdue Beach vacation

First of all the owner of the property was warm and welcoming. The location was great the view and proximity to the beach and the walking area along it was fantastic. The actual home was clean well stocked with dishes and utensils and the living are was comfortable. If I had any issue, and it’s only mine was the steps within the units to get from the living/kitchen area to the bedrooms and bathroom, i have a bad back. But that was a minor inconvenience that didn’t impact the enjoyment of the property

Location, Location

Great place to stay. The location is directly across from the beach. It is a wonderful place if you have smaller children. It is all fenced in and plenty areas for the small kids to run around. The owners are accommodating

Wonderful beach time

This is a clean, well furnished home. We had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels, etc. The location is great, rjght across the street from the beach a and without walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the Village. We ended our evenings on the deck in front of the fire, watching the sun go down. It was a wonderful place.

Great beach escape!

Great house and location. Shopping and dining all within walking distance. Watch the surfers from the beautiful deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Home

Our family of four stayed at this lovely beach house over spring break. You can’t beat the location, just a short walk from the beach and not far from Carlsbad Village, grocery stores and restaurants. The home was very comfortable, clean and had a fabulous outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we took advantage of the outdoor gas grill as well. It was a bit cool and rainy the week we were there, so the indoor gas fireplace was a nice amenity. Pam was a gracious host and was responsive before, during and after our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here in this very clean and comfortable beach house. Pam was welcoming and always available to answer questions. There home was better than described and had every appliance that we needed. The location was perfect with quick and easy access to the beach, to town and to area restaurants. The home had several areas to relax in and was a safe and protective setting for our 2 yr old grandson. We plan on returning again.

Great Location-Needs Some Updating

My family just spent 9 nights in this home. Here are the great parts: -Location! -View -Super comfy beds!! -Cozy living room with nice throw blankets -Great beach gear -Nice outdoor patio -Washer/dryer -Easy off-street parking -Good communication with host -Bathroom in each bedroom! Needs improvement: -Leaky window in living room -Leaky sink -Fridge needs updating (especially water filter and ice maker) -Kitchen needs some more things for cooking like tin foil, larger storage containers with lids, and things like that for leftovers. -Had very little toilet paper for us. We had to buy our own. -We are big tea drinkers, and their tea pot was unusable. We enjoyed our visit but wouldn’t stay there again.

Perfect Beach House

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Our host was wonderful and attentive, the home was spotless and had every amenity we could need and the location is absolutely perfect. Walkable to the beach and Carlsbad village, we will absolutely be looking to stay here anytime we come to town to visit friends.

Beautiful house. Great location.

I could tell that the owners really care about their property and take good care of it. They called us to let us know that it was ready early (about 90 minutes before check in time). The house was very clean and in good repair. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, etc. There is a gorgeous view of the beach from the front living room window. The neighborhood is quite nice and people were very friendly. I was really glad for the off-the-street parking. The garage is kind of small, but I was able to fit my midsized SUV in it. The parking spot on the side of the garage is quite spacious.

Best stay ever!

We travel to California every year in October and have done so for a number of years. Consequently, we have booked a number of different rentals. Without a doubt, this one was the best by far. Pam was a perfect hostess, the house was spotless and had every convenience that we could have asked for. The view from the deck was positively stunning and the photos of sunsets and ocean are priceless. We walked across the street to be at the shore and enjoy the magnificent ocean power. Transportation to and from the house was effortless. This is the place from now on for our annual visit. Treat yourself and book Pam’s lovely rental home!

Great views and space

It was so nice to have a full kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, an outdoor eating area plus two lounge areas. The home is located about a mile from Carlsbad Village and across the street from the ocean. There is some traffic noise during the day but it’s quiet after 9pm. The owner was very communicative.
