Great location, walk to beach, pool, restaurants

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at this property. Condo is a top floor corner unit overlooking Peddlers Pavilion. It is lively at night with music and crowds gathering - can be fun if you like that, a little noisy if you don't. There is parking available for the building, but spots are not dedicated. Condo is nicely appointed with all amenities and was clean. Would stay again.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. The location is truly hard to beat—being right by Barrett Square with easy access to restaurants, shops, and coffee made everything so convenient. We especially loved having live music just steps away in the evenings, which added such a fun and relaxed atmosphere to the trip. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well set up for our group. It made for the perfect home base for beach days, dinners, and everything in between. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Rosemary/Seacrest Beach.

The condo was in an excellent location. Top floor was great, that way we couldn’t hear people above us. Kitchen had great cookware and lots of dishes, cups and silverware. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Location location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here, it was one of the best vacations we’ve had. We stay on 30A a couple times a year, this has become one of favorite spots. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Great place to people watch after a day in the sun, lots and lots of eating places in walking distance. We can’t wait to come back! Russel Vacation is a great country go through, Judy was wonderful. I really don’t want to give this place a lot of praise because to many people will want to stay here, I’d like to keep it a secret just for ourselves, lol.
