Punta Mita Paradise - Perfect for families

We had an amazing stay at the Maison. The townhouse is lovely and well appointed. Anna (housekeeper) is amazing and is a great cook if you choose to hire her for breakfast or lunch. The air conditioners in each room worked well, just make sure all doors are always closed (including bathrooms) to ensure it doesn’t turn off. The house is spacious for 2 families with the master on the 2nd floor, shared spaces on the main floor and 3 bedrooms in the bottom floor. The only thing to note is that the pool is a small plunge pool for 1-2, but we just used the beach clubs all the time anyways. Mariana the concierge is amazing, and helped us secure every reservation we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience here!

Great property in a great community! Beach clubs and golf courses were beautiful. We had two families with 5 younger children, and everyone fit comfortably. Our concierge, Mariana, was very helpful and responsive through our stay.

Magical Stay

La Maison Du Soleil was a magical place to stay! The villa itself was lovely, with wonderful amenities and views that never get old. The outdoor areas were spectacular! Especially the deck off the master bedroom!! Everything worked as expected and it was a true pleasure to stay.The concierge team and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job and were available for any problems we had.The staff around Punta Mita were always friendly and willing to offer assistance and advice!! It's wonderful to be able to quickly go into town to eat at one of the many restaurants or to select a spot in the beach clubs to eat. We never had a meal we didn't thoroughly enjoy!!We can't wait to come back again and are so thankful that the owners are willing to share their slice of paradise with us.

Thanksgiving Family trip

This home is perfect for three couples. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed in it and is geared towards kids. The location is ideal for getting to the various beach clubs. The concierge and house cleaning was excellent.

Lovely Stay!

This home was perfect for our 4 night stay in punta mita! The concierge was awesome, golf cart a MUST, grocery delivery was so convenient and saved us time, beds were comfy, view from main bedroom on 3rd floor is amazing, and the wonderful gesture of guacamole and margaritas upon our arrival was sweet! Abraham, our concierge, got us 2 whole chickens and rice in town when we arrived and it was so good!!!

Nice place

Really enjoyed our time inside the gates. The check in process with Ramon was outstanding. He was always available and took care of any issues that came up. I think a golf cart should be included or provided, but the price of the unit reflects that. To get around the resort you need a golf cart. We will be back.

Perfect stay in Punta Mita!

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and this place was just as advertised. We were welcomed with fresh guac, salsa, and margaritas! This was unexpected and so generous. The concierge was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The housecleaner was fantastic each day and my kids loved her fresh salsa and guacamole, we requested it several times during our stay. We would stay here again!

Punta Mita is a magical place for families with children. We have been a number of times and always had a marvelous time. There is a variety of homes and condos available to accommodate your group and to meet our price point.

Spring Break with teens

El Encanto was a great destination with teens! Perfect location and the concierge service made getting the golf cart and groceries a breeze. I would not bother pre-stocking as it is super easy to go to the store with the golf cart and we ended up eating out most of the time anyway. We preferred the SeaBreeze beach club as it was the least crowded and had outstanding service. Loved the daily housekeeping and the fresh guacamole and chips upon arrival. Most important thing is to bring lots and lots of cash with you. ATMs are not very many and of the three we found, two were broken. Everything in the condo was lovely though there is a damp/mildew type of smell in the bathrooms. In the downstairs, it goes into the bedrooms but I think that was because the bathroom doors stay open downstairs; in the master, the bathroom door automatically closes so you don't have the smell in the bedroom. The blinds in the master were broken so we woke each morning with the sunrise but they did try to fix while were there- they were just unable to do so. Also, the drivers set up by the concierge were convenient and made getting there simple though I prepaid for roundtrip including tip only to find out that the first driver did not share the tip and I had no cash left to tip the second driver- beware and save the tip if you prepay. All in all a lovely vacation, lovely resort, lovely property and lovely people. Thank you.

Great condo for a quick getaway. The master air conditioning didn’t keep the room as cool as we liked but we moved downstairs to one of the other en-suite rooms and it was perfect!

A Spacious & Centrally-Located Home!

This property was the perfect choice for our group of 6 while we attended a friend's wedding in Punta Mita. It's centrally-located within the gates and never more than a 10-minute golf cart ride away from any of the beach clubs, golf course, and even downtown Punta Mita outside of the gates. The home is super spacious and equipped with all of the necessary amenities to make use of the kitchen along with a great TV & entertainment set-up for hosting. Best of all, the Premium Club access and concierge service made our stay so easy and seamless that I couldn't imagine going back to Punta Mita and not having these same services. Overall, our group had a fantastic time in Punta Mita and I couldn't say we would have if we didn't stay here.

Perfect Stay In Punta Mita

We had a fantastic experience here, the house is exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and enjoyed all of the outdoor space. Very well located within the gates and it was very easy to get around. Beach club access was easy and gold courses were beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Worked fine for our family

Holiday family trip. We all enjoyed it. Concierge was helpful and great. Golf carts were fun. Spacious kitchen but Hard to cook in as smoke alarm is right next to the stove and goes off easily. But just be ready. The grounds are lovely. Beach clubs are great. Hard to get cash as ATMs are often out of service or only give pesos so be prepared.

December 2023 Stay

A very tastefully decorated 3 level, high quality townhouse, showers had plenty of hot water, beds were comfortable, 3 bedrooms were in the basement level (one of which is set up with bunk beds for kids), and didn't have great wifi. Very limited TV in English, but overall a very nice location within the resort, property managers were very responsive, a nice choice for a family. The master bed on 3rd floor had wide Ocean views.

The town of Punta de Mita is within walking distance of the unit, the food and local people are well worth the experience. The beach has great surfing as well as enjoyable water activities. There are numerous restaurants inside the property - the famous Four Season resort as well as the Saint Regis hotel. When in season, the Whale watching is the best in the world. There are 2 Jack Nicklaus golf courses as well as a new tennis center.

This is one of the few properties that could be a wonderful place for one couple and use only 2 of the 3 levels of the house or it is also a great property for a group since it accomodates up to 10 people under the same roof. Standard price is for up to 6 people and there is an aditional fee per extra guest up to 10 people
