Stor planlösning med uppgraderade, designmaterial och finish ... njut av ett ljust, öppet kök och vardagsrum med öppen spis, 12 fottak, ett pulverbad, samt en bekvÀm huvudvÄningen matsal med Ängdusch. Nedre vÄningen kan dina barn och vÀnner dra nytta av ett andra vardagsrum / tv-rum, intill sina tvÄ sovrum och delat badrum. Totalt sovande boende för 7 personer: 2 queen sÀngar, 2 enkelsÀngar och 1 queen bÀddsoffa, alla nya och klÀdda i nya sÀngklÀder. Matbordsstolar 6-8, plus 2 barstolar pÄ den stora köket. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med köksredskap, stengods och glasvaror för 12+. Glöm inte att koppla av och föryngra i vÄr 7-fots bubbelpool, med jetted sittplats pÄ den nedre uteplatsen mot den vackra utsikten.

SjÀlvklart kommer du att vara ansluten och underhÄllen ... höghastighets WiFi, iPhone laddningsdockor, 2 HDTV-apparater bÄde med Xfinity-kabel och Apple TV och Wii, samt brÀdspel och kort för dig gamla skolare.

Sist men inte minst finns det massor av högsÀsong saker att göra utanför hemmet: skidÄkning i Winter Park och Mary Jane Resorts, trailside vandring och cykling, fiske pÄ antingen Mary's Pond eller Fraser River, eller gÄ till den nÀrliggande biografen, bowling grÀnd och rekreationscenter.

Fantastic Home!

Property is in a great downtown location less than five minutes from the ski resort. Super clean and modern with two separate areas for tv viewing. Has everything you need to prepare meals at home. The hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes. Owners are very communicative and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. We highly recommend this property!

Delightful Stay in Fraser, CO

Paul and Shana have a beautiful home in Fraser which affords access to all of the activities available in the Winter Park area. The home is perfectly outfitted, with all amenities at your fingertips, and the decorating has an expert touch. The location is in the heart of Winter Park, with the Lift bus stop right out the back. Gourmet kitchen, Hot Tub, 3 bedrooms and baths, entertainment (both electronic and physical) was everything we needed and more! The comms were expedient and we had zero issues during our stay. A true pleasure!

Book this place, now!!

Paul's place in Fraser is absolutely perfect. The photos don't do it justice and it's proximity to the mountain and town is unbeatable. We loved hanging out there and in the hot tub. Plus, Paul was awesome, communicative, and really helpful when we needed to adjust our plans due to flight delays. Would 10/10 stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful apartment.

Very nice stay. Poul and his wife are very responsive. The apartment has everything you need , fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, free shuttle right next to the place. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Great place, great experience

Awesome condo complete with everything you’d hope for a mountain vacation: great views, gas grill, stocked kitchen, hot tub, room to spread out, close to everything but also not in the fray, super clean. Paul was highly communicative and easy to reach too!

Great Place with Hot Tub and Steam Shower

The condo was perfect for our group of 7! We were skiing with our college age kids and some of their friends, we had the upstairs bedroom and they had the downstairs. We all loved the hot tub with the nice views and the steam shower was relaxing too. We cooked most of our meals; the kitchen had everything we needed and the grill worked great. Nice to have a garage to park a car and store skis. We enjoyed the lovely sunsets. Very clean and looked just like the photos!

Beautiful view of the mountain line of Winter Park! Especially loved it from the private hot tub after a day of skiing ⛷. Gorgeous place!! Excellently decorated and equipped!! If you are heading to Winter Park we highly recommend you stay at Moosen Trails!!

1st ski trip w grandkids

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The layout worked out well with the oldest and youngest on the lower level, others in the master (though we did take advantage of the big shower). Plenty of room for everyone at once in the kitchen/ living area. The kids loved the hot "pool", jumping out into the snow and back into the tub. They also enjoyed the games and puzzles. Views from the tub and the living area are great, and it was nice not having to hike to or share a tub. We had snow 2 nights while we were there and the roads and driveway were plowed by 9 am. Took the bus everyday, and although we weren't able to walk from the back of the house to the bus stop (due to deep snow) it wasn't a long walk down the street. Get the bus app, it shows where the buses are on the route. Overall we had a great trip, in spite of getting the rental car stuck in the snow, bus breaking down and leaving us waiting 40 minutes (get the app), 2 snow storms (about 12" total), and grandson hurting his leg at ski school (barely a bruise and he loved the attention).

Great location!

We loved staying in this townhouse. It was a comfortable size for our family. We enjoyed playing in the snow close to the house as well as the hot tub! The house had everything we needed! Less than 10 minutes from Winter Park Resort, tubing, snowmobiling, grocery store, and restaurants!
