Absolutely stunning, spacious, and superbly well-appointed, this three-storey, four-bedroom townhouse is located in the exclusive 5-star beachfront community of Marbellamar â just steps from the golden sands of Casablanca Beach, one of the finest stretches along Marbellaâs prestigious Golden Mile, one of Europeâs most sought-after addresses.
Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Luna is not suitable for stag or hen parties or guests planning loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
Casa Luna enjoys a prime position on one of the best streets in Marbellamar. The beach is a mere 100 metres from the front door, and the home faces a charming park, ensuring both privacy and tranquillity. Parking is typically available on the street, but guests also have access to the communityâs private, barrier-protected roads, where spaces are always guaranteed. To the east, a leisurely walk along the Paseo MarĂtimo (beach promenade) brings you to Marbellaâs picturesque port and Old Town, with its traditional bars and restaurants. To the west lie the legendary Marbella Club and the world-famous Puente Romano Resort â Marbellaâs most fashionable enclave â where guests can relax in style or mingle with the rich and famous. A little further on, Puerto BanĂșs awaits, with its superyachts, designer boutiques, and glamorous nightlife.
A car is not necessary when staying at Casa Luna. Dozens of excellent restaurants and bars are within a five-minute walk, including three of the finest dining spots on the coast within 500 metres. Four supermarkets are located within a seven-minute walk, leaving guests truly spoilt for choice when it comes to convenience and amenities.
Casa Luna has been completely renovated by its new owners to create an elegant, contemporary retreat offering every modern comfort. The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with premium appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. The stylish lounge and separate dining area are beautifully furnished and open through floor-to-ceiling French doors to a private east-facing terrace featuring an elegant seating area, a soothing fountain, and an outdoor dining table â perfect for al fresco meals. The terrace is bathed in sunshine throughout the morning and can be shaded when desired. Also on the ground floor is a small bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double, as well as a pristine shower room that doubles as a guest cloakroom. The home is entered via a private front garden, complete with a top-of-the-line Weber BBQ for relaxed outdoor entertaining.
The first floor features a luxurious master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and an exquisitely appointed en-suite shower room finished in Travertine marble. Two further spacious bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be made up as doubles, share a beautifully designed family shower room. All bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating, and the entire property is equipped with a new split-system air-conditioning and heating system for year-round comfort.
The upper level is a highlight of Casa Luna â a magnificent 70 mÂČ rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the mountains, gardens, and sea. This impressive outdoor space includes a comfortable lounge area, wet bar, summer kitchen, and high-top cocktail table, making it ideal for entertaining or enjoying evening sundowners. The terrace receives sun all day, with loungers provided for sunbathing and electric retractable shades for those who prefer to relax in comfort. Guests can also unwind in the new state-of-the-art Jacuzzi while taking in the breathtaking sunsets over the mountains (Jacuzzi use is available for an additional âŹ25 per day, payable at check-in).
