The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and everything in working order, lots of close parking. Initially, we had some concern for the number of homeless across the street, but had no issues. We drove to sightsee and shop but the downtown area and visitors center were just a few blocks away. Very enjoyable visit!

The property is very nice. A good location close to everything in Asheville. I would only caution that even though it is a nice apartment it is in the middle of the homeless population. There is a homeless shelter across the street, a rescue mission about a block away and a salvation army right down the street. No one bothered us but we had originally planned to walk around but because of the homeless we decided it might be safer to drive. No one bothered us we just thought we would be cautious as two single ladies. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Great place for a weekend getaway. It is clean and spacious.

This was a great little spot very near downtown at a good price point with a dedicated parking spot. For future travelers, the AHOPE Day Center across the street is an organization that is actively addressing and serving the homeless population. It was simultaneously irrelevant to our plans and a key part of Asheville life.

We found the apartment to be spacious and spotless. It is walking distance to most venues downtown. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and spices. It looks exactly like the posted pictures. Our only concern was the two parking spaces next to the unit. They are two small for two SUVs or pickup trucks. If possible, we recommend adding a third space, if possible, next to the wall. Besides that, we loved the space and highly recommend it.

The apartment is very cute and clean. Living room furniture is not particularly comfortable to sit on, but is doable. The homeless population outside the apartment is a bit intense at times, but we did not have concerns for our safety. The unit is very close to downtown and walkable.
