Takvåningen är en fantastisk 4-sovrums fastighet i ett gated complex med en enorm terrass / balkong som har vacker havsutsikt. Beläget precis vid golfbanan, har det tillgång till en gemensam pool som ligger på välskötta grunder och ligger inom gångavstånd från två underbara stränder, hamnen och ett stort urval av barer och restauranger. De ljusa lamporna och fantastiska småbåtshamnen i Marbella och Puerto Banus ligger bara 9 mil respektive 15 miles bort. De nås enkelt med buss, bil eller taxi.

Fastigheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Två av sovrummen har fullt badrum, det finns ett extra familjebadrum och en extra toalett. Det finns också utmärkt wifi i hela fastigheten som har luftkonditionering.

Lovely spacious penthouse

Lovely place to stay with lots of room and a very large terrace. The pool area is clean and even in august not too busy. Nice restaurants to choose from and a lovely marina area. Good place to stay to explore other towns and would recommend a visit to Mijas.

Extremely spacious

Lovely apartment, extremely spacious and very well equipped. A few things needed a little maintenance i.e patio door, outdoor seating area cushions a little worn but overall great apartment, very quiet complex with well maintained gardens, very nice and helpful residents Pool was much bigger than expected. A few nice restaurants locally situated but would definitely recommend a hire car for the duration of your stay. Louise and family

Fantastic apartment and amenities in a great location.

Minor issue on arrival to get keys, promptly resolved. Agents were English speaking which is great if anything needs resolved. Amazing amount of indoor and outdoor space. Lots of lounging and seating options. Communal pool is massive and was always quiet. Less than 15 min walking to a superb harbour area with lots of bars, restaurants, Watersport’s, beach etc. easy to access the gated property just off the main road, but far enough you never hear the traffic.

Amazing Gem 💎

Our family of 8 have just returned from the most fabulous 11 days at David & Karen’s property. The listing does not do it justice, the apartment is beautiful! Upon arrival it was really easy to go and locate the key (we arrived around 10pm). We had a few teething issues with the air con when we arrived but I messaged David and he replied within seconds and put us in contact with the property manager, we actually sorted it ourselves in the end. There was a welcome package upon arrival with basics which was brilliant! The pool area was clean and fab, no issues with sun beds or shade… Would highly recommend and thank you for everything it was a truly special trip! X

Las Mimosas Golf

The apartment was lovely, with a massive terrace which we only used half of, facilities were great. Cards for the sun beds meant we always had a sunbed by the pool, some days it felt like we had the pool to ourselves. The walk to the shops or Cabopino port was only 1km, the downside was the steep walk back up the hill, called an Uber a couple of times. Terrace furniture cushions were a bit worn but still able to use them. Check in to get keys would have involved going to the office of the management company or pay a fee to get them to meet you (expensive) could do with a key safe at the property.

Great apartment for family holiday at the pool

Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped with everything you need and things you didn’t know you needed! Large family of 10 and still had plenty of space, able to socialise together and have space apart too. Pool was great especially having access to loungers. The pool was fairly quiet but the children managed to find friends too. Everyone was friendly. Only downside was that the location was a distance from the beach and restaurants. 20 minute walk with limited pavement space.

Ledigheten fungerer veldig bra for 7 personer. Mye plass og fint uteområde. Vi hadde ikke bil, så litt usentralt på kveldstid og ha noe å titte på.

Excellent Stay

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is in an excellent location, very quiet area. The complex itself is beautiful with a fantastic pool area. The apartment was large and spacious and well equipped. It was exactly as seen in the photos. The apartment was modern and clean but looked tired in some places. Both the owners and the agency were on hand to deal with any enquiries. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a great stay

Nice Appartment with a large Drawback

All in all we really liked the Appartment and the surounding area. Short distance to the beach an well equipped kitchen, balcony and poll area. Unfortunately one toilet as well an the laundry machine were full of mould. As there are 3 washing rooms we had 2 left and we managed to wash our laundry somewhere else. Still this is not aceptable when paying the full price and it is not mentioned before. We had little children with us and beathing the moldy air can even be dangerous especially for kids. So we had the door closed all the time and told the children not to enter the room. If toilet and laudry machine were okay I would rate 5 stars. Best regards Janis

What a place to stay

I was over for a family wedding and the property that I rented from Dave was out of this world. We had a party of nine and everyone was thrilled with what they got. From arrival with welcoming pack, to communication during our stay and tidiness and views from balcony. First class experience. I will def be enquiring about staying here again. The property was better in reality than the pictures show. The whole apartment and terrace was truely stunning and the letting agents were on hand to resolve any problems. I would truely recommend this property as a holiday base

Golfing Party Paradise

Group of 6 Male golfers looking for a location to set-up base to play surrounding courses but enjoy some relaxation time off the course. This penthouse apartment had it all, plenty space, great kitchen, fantastic outdoor space but with all the additional extras such as Sonos systems, WIFI, Apple TV etc. Extra nice touch was the on arrival groceries (tea,coffee,bread,milk, beer,water etc). Location was good, 10 minute walk to the marina area. Will definitely come back. Thanks you Dave

Superb apartment!

We were a family of 7 adults in this wonderful, spacious and well equipped penthouse apartment for a week. The terrace is HUGE and there are wonderful sea views. It is situated in a beautyful and quiet area with a good swimming pool and it's a quick walk to the marina and beach. We strongly recommend - thank you for a wonderful stay, Dave!

Ideal for large families, groups of friends. There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. The huge balcony is a great space to relax, sunbathe and dine together. It is within comfortable walking distance of the beach and marina where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants.
