Stor 3 Bed, 2 Bath lägenhet med tillgång till skidor !! Beläget i Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resorts mitt bergsgemenskap, har det mycket bekvämt tillträde till backarna och gemensam pool och bubbelpool ligger några steg bort. Otroliga vyer över bergen kan ses från vardagsrummet och från de två däcken. Ingångsnivån har en stor entré som fördubblas som ett lera rum med inomhus skidkåpa, bagagebänkar, cubbies, korgar och krokar för skidklädsel.

Från Silver Lake Lodge, ta HOMESTAKE LIFT skidor ner SILVER LINK.
Sväng höger 100 meter efter tunnelbanan på en preparerad väg (leta efter skylt "Privat egendom-husägare och gäster bara" långsamt skidor på åtkomstspår.

Ta den första tillgängliga LÄNNEN från denna åtkomstspår till ett annat spår. Det kommer att finnas en gul byggnad till höger. Detta tar dig till ROYAL STREET.

Ta bort skidor. Gå Höger på ROYAL STREET (gå ca 1/4 block) till STERLING STREET. Vänd VÄNSTER, på mindre än 1/2 ett kvarter kommer det att finnas en skidbana på höger (stomped av skidåkare) Sätt tillbaka skidor och åka ner till RIDGEPOINT CONDOS. De är på vänster ...... Nu är du tillbaka hemma !!!!

Will book again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this ski in/ski out condo. It is a great location and a short walk to Silver Lake Lodge. The place was spacious and very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Will book again for next year!

Condo was great, very spacious for a family, nice amenities and welcome basket!

Great experience, wonderful and quick response from Abode on any requests; directions for the ski out /in was a little tricky/confusing to find, but may have been due to all the snow we had during our stay. Very convenient to town/restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent property for skiing with family of 6. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Ridgepoint 132 the week after Christmas 2023. The condo was as described and was perfect for our family of 6. The ski-out conditions were as convenient as they could be (literally right outside the door) and the ski-in were great as well (very short walk). I would highly recommend this property for families. Thanks for a great stay.

Best AIRBNB that we have ever stayed in.

The unit was extremely clean, they left gifts for us upon arrival, text communciated with us regarding check in and any things related to the accomodation, and even brought us trash bags that we needed. We will be staying here again next year. Highly recommend this unit and Abode to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Great ski vacation in Deer Valley

THis is a great property for a medium size family wanting to ski Deer Valley. We had 5 feet of snow the week we visited and the front door is only 12 feet to the ski trail. We had 5 people staying here and there was plenty of room. The living space upstairs with kitchen and living room is especially nice.

Fantastic Deer Valley Abode

Our family just returned from a week at the Abode at Ridgepoint at Deer Valley. The condo itself was great and exactly as described in the listing, with plenty of room for our family of 5. The location was perfect, and given the great snow Deer Valley has received recently, we were able to ski right out the front door on to Last Chance and Success runs. Just as impressive as the condo itself, is Abode as a property manager. Everything about Abode is A+. Check in was easy and seamless, and they were all incredibly responsive throughout our stay. I will definitely seek out Abode in the future, and happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a stay in Park City!

Excellent condo

The condo was in excellent condition. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary tools for cooking, nice appliances. Welcome basket was appreciated. Ski-out was perfect... although I would let people know that the "ski-in" requires walking on the road in your ski boots for a block. Concierge was helpful. This is our second stay with Abode, great service and team.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time enjoying Deer Valley and this place hit all the marks for us. Ski in Ski Out, clean, spacious, and great communication with property manager. We’ve already started discussing a return trip in 2023.

Very nice condominium in a great location.

This is a great unit for families very close to Silver Lake and Stein Erickson. It is ski-in-ski-out (with one short stretch of walking with your skis), so that is really convenient. The unit is very well-appointed, and the proprietor is extremely helpful. Would recommend highly!
