The property is located right on the river, and there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. The scenic drive, state park, and hiking trails are all right there. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Noreen was a welcoming host and I appreciated her communications about check in, and restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful place in a nice, small subdivision right on the Pemigewasset river. The home is literally a few feet from the river and the sounds were calming and relaxing. We used this home as our base to drive the "Kanc" - the most beautiful drive in the country as it was peak for fall colors. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our 3-night stay.

Noreen is such a friendly host with great area suggestions and a welcoming personality. The proximity to the Pemi and quiet neighborhood make this a superior location. It's our third summer staying at this property and we absolutely love it.

A fantastic and cozy large house for lots of family to well hang out and enjoy the river together. The host is always wonderful and responsive. It’s also great to bring our small dog along with us to enjoy vacation.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the pemi river right out your back door. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the many bathrooms are a plus when traveling with a group. It is pet friendly so for us who like to bring our dog, there is a nice fenced in yard for them to play in. I have been going here for the last two years and will be booking again for next year, We all absolutely love it. It is close to all activities and resturants, and just a peaceful experience with nature. See you next year, Wendy Schumann

Wonderful family memories made in this gorgeous home by a spectacular river view. We spent hours on the deck listening and watching the river rush by. Cooked in the kitchen, played cards, ran into town to soak in the local flavor and stop by the gondola ride, shops and brewery. Even a local swimming hole & a hike or two. We appreciated the upscale, yet relaxed mountain vibe. Kudos to the owners on the welcoming feel and communication. Thanks for the memories! We miss the sound of the river already.

Great stay

Great location for large groups. Plenty of communal spaces without feeling on top of each other. Listing was accurate and space clean. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is well maintained and has all the amenities that you will need during your stay. The house was clean and ready on arrival and there was great communication with the property owners.

Family wedding

We attended a wedding at Loon Mountain Resort. This house was very close and provided a wonderful place for our family to all stay together. The fantastic location right next to the river and the gorgeous views make this such a special place to stay.

Great home on the river.

Excellent location with the river as your back yard. Home was large enough for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had everything you needed.
