Vår lägenhet erbjuder en ren hemliknande miljö som är cool och bekväm. Med ett komplett kök och bekväma sängar som rymmer fyra vuxna eller en liten familj, är det lätt att göra dig själv hemma när du ställer in lägenhetens temperatur som föredraget. Oavsett om du vill ha det ljust och blåsigt, eller grottliknande och mysigt, höjer eller sänker du de yttre fönsterluckorna inifrån. Med en enkel nyckelfri post med din egen personliga digitala kod behöver du inte oroa dig för att tappa nycklar när du är ute och njuter av de många lokala aktiviteterna. Andelslägenhet ligger på andra våningen. Det finns ingen hiss. Centralt beläget på ön kan du gå, köra eller ta gratisbussarna runt ön eller Port Isabel.

Enheten är utrustad med: ett komplett kök om du vill förbereda dina favoritmåltider (livsmedelsaffärer ligger bara några minuter bort), matbord med plats för 4, bekväm dubbelsäng och två våningssängar, en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, badkar och dusch, WiFi , kabel-TV och Roku-tv-apparater i både vardagsrummet och sovrummet för att strömma dina favoritunderhållningsabonnemang som Netflix, Hula, HBO Go, etc. Stranden ligger bara en snabb fem minuters promenad från lägenheten till strandlinjen. När du återvänder finns det en utomhusdusch eller slang för att skölja bort dina fötter och badutrustning.

Som en extra behandling under sommaren som börjar Memorial Day-helgen till och med Labor Day-helgen, har du utsikt över framsätet från balkongen för att titta på Bay Fireworks-show varje torsdag- och fredagskvällar kl. 21:15. Om du gillar att se riktiga raketer börja, har du en säker framsitsvy när Space-X lanserar raketer från Boca Chica Beach från och med 2018!

Yttre gräns: Lokal brandsäkerhetskod tillåter att högst 6 personer kan vara i lägenheten vid en viss tidpunkt. Dessutom förbjuder brandsäkerhetskod användning av kolgrillgropar på balkongområdena. Om du röker utomhus, använd en askfat och plocka upp cigarettrumpor.

Good value for the coat

While there was a small issue with dog hair from the previous tenant, Mr. Gary was quickly responsive for correction. Property could use some upgrades, but the cost was equivalent to what we expected. Its proximity to beach and bay as well as other parts of SPI made it good value.

We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of the condo is fantastic—just steps from the beach. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. My grown-up kids especially loved the bunk beds—it brought back fun memories of when they used to share a room as little ones! Gary, the host, was wonderful and made everything easy. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great experience!

What a great place to sta

This place is all it that it is promised. It was clean, close to the beach. The neighborhood is safe. Everything in the place, from the kitchen to the extras that they make available to the visitors was clean and up to date. I will not hesitate to be back soon. thanks so much!

our winter home

Choosing to stay at this lovely condo was the best decision we mad the entire trip! Gary made the entire stay comfortable pleasant with suggestions of the many activities that SPI-South Padre Island offered. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cutlery, meeting all my culinary needs. The fresh seafood the island provided was amazing, along with the abundance of restaurants serving fresh entrees. the condo was visually inviting and homey along with the provision of beach chairs and umbrella. The bathroom even passed my wife's standards (a major concern of mine when booking a condo). you really cannot go wrong with this property. I am looking forward to returning there next year!

Winter vacation

The unit was nice except for the musty kind of mildew smell. Maybe because not rented recently. The kitchen and bathroom towels did not smell as if freshly laundered. The portable floor fan was filthy and smelled when turned on plus barely any air flow so did not use. The dresser drawers had the same musty smell and made our clothes smell a bit. Also no great area to take our dog potty but we found a couple semi close places. Overall it was nice. Everything worked fine. Pictures are exactly like it looks.

SPI stay for labor day weekend

Great spot close to beaches and shops, very quiet and the unit was very comfortable. Gary the owner was a treat to deal with and nothing was any issue for him and made us feel welcome and looked after. We will definitely go through Gary again and use his great little property. Great stay and enjoyed our time!!

Cozy Condo

This condo is very comfortable and peaceful. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach and a walk to local shops. The condo is well equipped with the comforts of home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. The chairs on the balcony are great for sitting in the morning and sipping coffee and in the evenings to view the fireworks. It’s been six years since we last stayed and the quality and attention Gary provides has not changed. Thank you Gary for an incredible stay.

Perfect Location, clean condo

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect, well within walking distance to the beach, various shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and provided everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Clean and Easy

Everything was exactly as it appeared in the Vrbo ad. The place was perfectly clean and had a great location right in the center of the island. The kitchen had all of the necessary pots and pans, even though we didn't use them, and good coffee pot which we did use. The bathroom was super clean with nice towels and soap and shampoo, beach towels were even provided. No complaints, I'd definitely go back.

I've lived in this area for most of my life but when I lived in Austin, Texas for nearly 10 years, I really missed being by the Gulf. Lakes are nice but the beach always has a calming and relaxing effect on me from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. My family and I moved back to the area simply to be near the beach and for a calmer lifestyle.

Owning a place on the beach was a dream unrealized by my Dad. I share the love of South Padre Island that my Dad had and simply wanted to fulfill a dream we shared in common. Call it sentimental but the real truth is, I want to share the experience of the Island with others and make it comfortable, affordable, and a haven for a quick getaway for those who are interested. This property is an investment to do just that...share it with others and to keep me busy as the Manager for Deiorio Properties LLC.
