2008 Marsh WalkThis 2: a våningen Marsh Walk villa har 2 sovrum och 2 bad och stor marsh utsikt. Ligger strax nerför gatan från Seabrook Island Clubs tennisscenter, Lake House och Equestrian Center, det ligger perfekt till många bekvämligheter.

Villan har ett öppet vardagsrum med trägolv och dörrar som leder till en veranda med marsh utsikt. Dela berättelser från din dag medan du kopplar av på de bekväma möblerna. Titta på dina favoritprogram eller filmer på den stora HDTV. Steg till veranda och nypa kalla drycker runt bordet eller slå sig i stolarna med en bok. Vid middagstid samlas runt bordet för 4. Det finns ytterligare plats för två i baren. Det öppna köket har rostfria vitvaror och slaktblock. Den staplade HE tvättmaskinen / torken är dold bakom en skjutdörr i vardagsrummet.

Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, eget badrum och tillgång till veranda. Titta på morgonnyheterna på TV: n. Det ombyggda badrummet har en modern vanity med en glasdisk och handfat. Den stora duschen är kaklat och har glasdörrar och ett handhållet duschhuvud. Dörrarna erbjuder utsikt över tidvattenmosen. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och skjutdörrar som leder till ett öppet däck. Hallen badet har uppdaterats och har en dusch / badkar, kakel golv och ny fåfänga.

Kostnadskort som ger dig tillgång till faciliteterna på Seabrook Island Club ingår i hyran. Dessa kort ger dig tillgång till Beach Club oceanfront pooler (säsongsbetonade), Pelican's Nest utomhus restaurang / bar (säsongsöversikt), Island House restaurang / bar, golf och tennis. Fully equipped and spacious

We had a wonderful stay. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at regarding the “extras.” The kitchen was fully equipped, two different coffee makers, etc. Only one minor change would be the pillows in king bedroom need replacing. Excellent stay, would highly recommend!

Charming Condo Worth the Stay!

This is a charming, neatly-furnished condo. Spacious living room and a beautiful deck make it worth your stay. Just keep in mind the condo is approximately 3-4 miles from the beach and the Beach Club, so if you’re keen on staying closer to the beach, this may not be the right condo for you. Regardless, this is a very nice condo and we’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Seabrook

This is a beautiful place. Very friendly people and top touch amenities. The only thing bad was the microwave broke and we had to get the property manager to replace. Other then that it was perfect.

Noisy and Hot

The front bedroom with the twin beds was uncomfortable. The beds were overly hard The AC did not pump in sufficient air to keep the room within 5 degrees of the master bedroom The noise from the condenser on the front balcony kept waking us up during the night as it cycled on and off.

Great spot for rest and relaxation!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and we absolutely love it. From breakfasts overlooking the marsh on the screened porch, to the proximity of access to local amenities, to the peaceful, quiet, and safe location on Seabrook, there is not a thing I would change! We are already looking at dates to return in 2024.

Not your fault and I should have ask what floor it was on. Not in property description that it was on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR.! My husband is 82 and it was very difficult.

Great property!

We loved this condo and the marsh views it provided - the screened porch was the best to sit and eat breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Located close to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities, it was the perfect place away for our family.

Seabrook Condo

We had a really enjoyable stay at Seabrook between the Holidays. We had rented a property in another part of the island previously and this was our first stay closer to entrance. The location was close to the equestrian center and the lake house which provided great access to activities. Beach access was simple with a short drive and access to off island activities was simple. The condo was fantastic and everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The screened in deck overlooking the marsh was a great spot to enjoy meals or just relax. Coordination with the property manager was simple and convenient the few times we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Needs cleaning and updating

This unit was in a great location, had a nice big screened in porch, and a well stocked kitchen. Also, Coastal Getaways was very nice to deal with. However, the furniture and other parts of the unit were dirty and the little things (clogged sink, towel holder falling off the wall, etc) should be taken care.

Perfect calm spot

Our family stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well located. Our dog was welcomed as well. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful Screened-In Porch

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and charming, but overall, it needed updating and revamping. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. The appliances were nice with the exception of the washer/dryer, which were VERY loud. We were very comfortable, but, I would have preferred something more updated on a property that had walkways to the marsh. The nearby pool was nice, and the included amenity cards were a definite bonus. The very large screened-in porch was wonderful. If booking this property, go directly through Coastal Getaways. I would stay here again, but, I’m hoping that the owners will revamp and update everything. It feels like it was a do-it-yourself project, which can be charming...but, can also feel half-baked.

Great stay!

Had a great time! Easy check in and check out. Property updated and clean. Located on 3rd floor so you have to be OK with doing stairs, but for the price and location, and amenity card...it was a great fit for us. Only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. You really sink in to these! But it wasn’t bad enough that it would deter us from staying again. Thumbs up!

Seabrook Condo

Great location! Had all the amenities and loved the screened in porch in the back. My father has coffee out there every morning. The beds in the one bedroom weren’t the most comfortable and would have like a tv in that room, but overall my parents, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Also didn’t realize it was on the 3rd floor, steps were a bit much for my parents who are in their late seventies.

Lovely condo on the marsh

So relaxing! This is a very nice condo on the marsh. Quiet, yet conveniently close to the restaurants and shopping at Freshfields. It had everything we needed, and was sparkling clean. We would definitely rent it again if we return.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
