Välkommen till vår White Sands Condo. Detta är en vacker 3BR / 2BA Duplex ligger på South Padre Island. Detta är en underbar andra story av en duplex som rymmer upp till 11 personer! Denna lägenhet är mycket rymlig med mycket utrymme för alla .. Du får 2 dubbelsängar, och en bäddsoffa. Det tredje sovrummet är en våningssäng rum som har en dubbel våningssäng och full / dubbla våningssängar. Dessa lägenheter var nymålade är flera år sedan. Det är fräsch och ren!

Dessa lägenheter har utsikt över vattnet. Du kan se viken från balkongen och Bay från Back Balcony.

Dessa lägenheter ligger på 113 White Sands. Du är mindre än ett block till tillgång till stranden. Detta kan vara ett privat bostadsområde duplex, men du har många av de bekvämligheter du får på en större lägenhet komplex. Du har tillgång till Holiday Inn Express pool och badtunna precis utanför bakdörren. Det är vacker och väl bevarade. Under den livliga våren och sommaren kan du titta på fyrverkerierna på Claytons från din balkong! Eller bege sig till stranden för att se dem, är Clayton precis runt hörnet!

Beläget i närheten är Sea Turtle Inc, som är havssköldpaddsreservat centrum, liksom Convention Center och Claytons. Du kommer att älska det här huset!

Melissa was great! She came out to meet us when we got there, and gave us some tips for our stay. The house had everything we needed, and was clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Family and Budget Friendly

Property is great and a good fit for a larger family very comfortable. Perfect access to the beach and we loved the private road. Enjoyed the access to the pool. The manager/owner is amazing and very knowledgeable on everything island. Ready to book again.

Read everything for this booking BEFORE you book to save money (we had no issues whatsoever, just get all information).Lovely space for our 9 plus a toddler group close enough to the beach but away from the main road. Just the right amenities. We had a blast!

Very happy with stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was 4 nights. Easy access to beach and local sites. Clean, great for large family. Manager lives on property so was not bothered by too much noise from close neighbors being a stand alone duplex. Only drawback was parking in driveway for just 2 cars. Our third vehicle had to find parking on street but got lucky to find a spot close by. Not a new property but had everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun weekend with our kids and their friends. We comfortably slept ten. I would consider it a good value for the space. While it is lacked some on site amenities, it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the Holiday Inn pool, but we’re given the option. There is not a true master bedroom with its own bathroom, but the two bathrooms worked well enough for our group. If you want to be close to some action near Clayton’s, this is a short walk and a good location. The friendly owner lives beneath the unit. There’s parking for two vehicles, but it can be a challenge depending on the weekend to place more vehicles nearby.

Summer trip

Great location. Within walking distance to the beach, Clayton's Beach Bar, and a gift shop next door. Home was very clean and large enough for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Awesome Stay / Would recommend!

We are a big family of 11. 5 kids under the age of 5 and 6 adults. The location is amazing. Very quiet section. You can see the beach from the balcony, and it only takes about 100 steps to reach it. Fireworks from Clayton's can be sent from the front deck or even in the yard if you have kids that are energetic like ours. The owner does live below but so sweet and can help quickly if anything comes up. Inside the house had all we needed. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Only thing I would change would be to add tvs to the other two bedrooms, so the kids can relax in bed with tv time rather than all piled up on the couch. Also my kids loved the pool. Right out the back door and a few steps you have access to a huge pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time renting again Was very pleased and happy with the rental location is A+ Very close to the beach (can see the beach from front balcony literally 2 minutes walking)Rental had everything needed (utensils, silverware, pots ,pans, washer and dryer)Have access to pool which is located at the Holiday inn right in back of rental only need to check in at front desk and they will provide the wrist bands which are good for the entire stay.Rental home was very clean and everything in working condition my family and I once again had a really great time and very pleased we will be coming back again!!!
