Very nice and comfortable!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The host had the refrigerator stocked with milk, orange juice and eggs. There was wine and coffee. The bed was most comfortable and a washer and dryer to use. The only thing we didn’t like was the car was a little ways from our room but it wasn’t too bad. We were glad we choose this place.

Perfect location, awesome studio, great view

We stayed here for 5 nights, and we will definitely stay again when we return to the area. The location is convenient to all amenities, but away from the high traffic, and fast pace of the city. The bed is very comfortable and the layout of the studio is great. Reza is an amazing host and everything was perfect.

Great rental and great location!

We really enjoyed staying here the last few days. Unit was clean and had all we needed for our visit. Reza was a great host and and accessible for anything needed. Shower had really good water pressure, bed was super comfy and the mini kitchen was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area!!

Perfect

Reza was the best host. He met us upon arrival and explained every thing to us and making us feel welcome. Eggs, milk, OJ and an adult beverage was provided and the backyard was amazing. I will definitely be staying again when I visit!

What a great location!

Our stay was everything we expected and more. An outstanding and well maintained studio apartment with great views and a beautiful pool. Everything was in working order and my wife and I had a very comfortable week. Easy drive to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. Reza was a wonderful host and I would suggest any party of 2 to stay and enjoy the solitude.

wonderful Stay

Unit was just as described and included more. the unit had eggs, milk, toilet paper, everything needed for a nice stay. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of closet room. 3 or 4 steps into the unit which is nice for older folks. Host was friendly. I'm from a small town, so my only complaint was with traffic, not anything our host could control.

Some shortcoming, but some positives

When people walk in the upstairs unit, you can hear it. This took away a little of the charm. We went in the winter so it was cold, the studio has a small portable heater, which takes a while to heat up. Hot tub is great when you can use it. The heat is not turned on, so you have to plan ahead and call an hour or so ahead so owner can turn on and it takes hour plus to heat up to proper temp. The outside views are great.

Excellent spot!!

This was a great rental, clean and beautiful with access to the pool and hot tub, barbecue pit. The hosts are excellent, they even set you up with eggs, milk, orange juice, and a bottle of wine!! I would stay again anyday!!

Great Experience

Awesome rental. Exactly what we were looking for and a fully equipped kitchen. The host provided milk, eggs, butter, juice and wine upon arrival. Great experience and highly recommend!!

Beautiful, Serene, Enjoyable!

We just returned home from our three night getaway. The only mistake we made, was not booking for a longer period of time. Reza, the owner was unbelievable. What a nice man. We are an older couple with a few mobility issues, so Reza took our luggage from our car to our “home away from home”. He even had the refrigerator stocked with eggs, butter, milk a bottle of wine and coffee. Also paper goods were supplied. The pictures are exactly as the rental shows. So relaxing. Wonderful Getaway

Great experience, highly recommended!

Reza and his wife were excellent hosts, they were extremely welcoming and accommodating and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. This place is in a great location close to everything we needed and looks just like the photos. I highly recommend this stay!

Family wedding

Attended my son’s wedding, so looked for a place close by. Perfect size rental for me and my sister, had all that we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Pool/hot tub, and view are great!

Lovely roomy suite!

Easy stay and the room is very large. Great storage for our things in a large closet, super well provisioned. The property is shared by owner and another vacation rental so not quite as private as we expected, but still very pretty and pleasant for a great price.

I'm a 65 year old male married to an amazing lady (Maray) for the last 38 years. We have 2 boys, Ramin & Mehdi, 35 & 30 whom I'm very proud of. I used to do engineering work and for the last 20 years I have been working in real estate industry. I truly enjoy my work because I love meeting new people and assisting them in achieving their real estate need. Outside of work I play tennis and work out at the GYM a couple of times a week, I also love ballroom dancing, I think it is a good workout and stress reliever in my opinion :-). I love living in San Diego, I have lived in many parts of the US and feel blessed to be living in San Diego since 2000.

There are number of reasons why I love our home. It is a very unique and custom built house by a very well know general contractor. The location is prime, we are close to everything yet very private. This home offers Ocean and Golf views with a beautiful pool.
