Min rymliga luftkonditionerade 220 kvadratmeter, 3 sovrum, ligger i en traditionell 1930-byggnad, kärleksfullt restaurerad för modernt boende.
Jag designade det för familjer eller vänner som reser tillsammans för att kunna njuta av en lyxig vistelse mitt i hjärtat av allt som vår fantastiska stad har att erbjuda.

DIN TILLGÅNG
Min lägenhet, som heter Casa Almada, är helt privat med ett dörrinspelningssystem, och du kommer att springa på platsen och inte dela någonting med någon annan.

Du kommer åt byggnaden från gatan med en åtkomstkod som tar dig till byggnadsstegen kantad av traditionella plattor som tar dig upp till fjärde våningen.

Det finns ingen hiss men att vara på översta våningen får du mest ljus och kommer inte att bli oroligt av buller från grannar ovanför dig som ofta är ett problem i äldre byggnader här. Trappan hjälper dig också att bränna kalorierna från Pastel de Nata du kommer att äta från det lokala bageriet varje morgon;)

Lissabon är en stad som alltid utvecklas.

Dess spännande, dynamiska, grusiga, eleganta, avslappnade och energiska på en gång - så det finns något för alla och passar det humör du vaknar till varje dag.

Många restauranger i närheten tillgodoser alla smaker och fickor. Också flera matvaror och andra butiker i de omgivande gatorna inklusive en fantastisk deli som ger produkter från Azorerna.

FÅ RUND / EXPLORERA
Casa Almada ligger i hjärtat av Lissabon centrum, så du kan njuta av staden till fots och behöver inte en bil. Kollektivtrafik och Uber / Cabify finns tillgängliga och är snabba, billiga och allestädes närvarande.

Awesome experience

Well appointed, spacious, clean apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Lisbon is entirely accessible from the doorstep. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re in Lisbon, we have already passed this listing on to friends who might visit Lisbon in the near future.

Best place everrrrrrrrrrrr!

Stop looking and book this place! I've already done all of the research for you when I planned a vacation to Portugal with our 4 teenagers. This place was phenomenal! Even my kids said it was the nicest place we have ever stayed and we travel a lot. Susan has thought of EVERYTHING. Large comfortable beds and pillows, A/C, giant TV in living room (and TVs in all bedrooms), games, automation everywhere including blackout blinds in the bedrooms. And keyless entry. I can't complain about a single thing at all. If I could give it more than a 5 out of 5 I would!

Great property in a perfect location

Five adults had plenty of room in this stylish apartment that had all the amenities we wished for. A great location for visiting the old town and on the #28 tram route. Great wine bar and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit is an updated 3 bedroom ,2 bath penthouse property with vaulted ceilings, upgraded appliances, very clean and situated in the center of Old town in Lisbon. Walking distance to everything in the area. Easy for you to Uber if you want to venture outside of the City. You have to understand there is no elevator, but we had no problem. I would stay there again in a minute. The Host was great and easy to work with. Enjoy

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment is really well done, with large bedrooms and bathrooms and nice amenities (the quality bath towels and washer/dryer were especially appreciated). The owner is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Location is central to all the main attractions in downtown Lisbon, and a large grocery store is just a few minutes away. The toys and games for the kids were a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

Wonderful stay in a great central location. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and very well stocked. Check in was easy and secure. Our only disappointment was the it was very noisy at night being so close to a busy road and tram, so do not expect to sleep with any windows open :) We would highly recommend this stay and hope to return again.

Fabulous in Alfama Lisbon

We visited Lisbon for the first time for New Years 2024 and were delighted with our accommodation at Casa Almada. The apartment was exactly as advertised and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay for our family of five plus two extras. The host was always responsive to our queries and requests; she made transfer from the airport straightforward and there was an employee on site to welcome us and show us around the flat. The location was terrific, very close to the cathedral and popular tram route 28, also a short walk to the castle and the Praca do Comercio. Some nice touches included a selection of really great wines that guests could choose to purchase (at very reasonable prices). Although there was no elevator to the fourth floor, it wasn't really a problem and Lisbon is so hilly anyhow that some exercise is unavoidable and it would be churlish to bemoan the absence of a lift. There isn't much I would change about the property. If I was being picky, I'd recommend more board games, maybe extra coffee pods, extra blankets for when the heating turns off overnight (but that can probably be adjusted). In summary, I would happily stay there again if visiting with a party of five or more people.

Best place to stay in Lisbon!

We loved everything about this property- clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Perfect for a large family. All the amenities were modern and new. Centrally located and the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. I recommend this place 100%!!

Good Living in Lisbon

The apartment is in a great location with the #28/12 trolley stop around the corner, Lisbon Cathedral a 3 minute walk away and a grocery store only a short walk down the street. The amenities in the apartment are great (as described); it is well appointed with nice touches to make the living space very comfortable. Check in was wonderful as someone was at the building to greet us and take us through the apartment. Security is easy and reassuring. It was very quiet at night and the skylights and windows allowed ample light in the day. Be warned that the apartment is on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to manage stairs (which was no problem for us). Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt. It is a great apartment for two/three couples or a family. I would stay in this apartment again.

Amazing stay!

What a fantastic apartment in a great location! Everything from the initial reservation to all the information Susan provided us about Lisbon was perfect. The apartment is clean, spacious and well decorated. It has everything you need. The modern amenities such as the digital controls for the lights and blinds, while keeping the character and charm of the apartment is a very nice touch. We were two couples in our 50s and 60s and were able to walk everywhere and enjoy all Lisbon had to offer. Thank you Susan! We had a wonderful time!

Upscale, comfy and convenient

This property was ideal for our time in Lisbon. We (husband, adult sons and self) had privacy and plenty of space. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with very comfortable beds, good sitting and dining spaces, lovely decor, and good security features both at building entrance and upstairs at the flat. Susan’s communications before our arrival were detailed, and she was available to answer questions during our stay.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, beautiful property within walking distance to historical attractions, shopping, and great restaurants. Property managers was extremely responsive and accommodations were perfect. The property is even nicer in person than shown in the pictures. Bear in mind the apartment is on the top floor (no elevator), so plan accordingly.

Sun Drenched Luxury

Beautiful, spacious, and sun drenched. It exceeded our expectations and we loved the layout. The energy of the place and the big beds made our stay extremely comfortable! So much so that we enjoyed one of our nights staying in. We wish we extended. Location perfect. The communication and checkin was very hands on. I would definitely stay here again — all the amenities you need. No elevator, but this top floor apt is worth the climb :)

Couldn't have been any better

The apartment was in the most ideal location and close to all attractions and points of interest. The apartment was clean to the highest specification and the rooms were lovely and spacious. They decor was beautiful and Susan has clearly thought of all her guests needs. Our expectations were met and beyond! This is a great apartment for groups of families and/ or friends. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der großen und toll gelegenen Wohnung von Susan. Bei kleinen Problemen mit dem Türcode wurde uns innerhalb von Minuten geholfen und es löste sich schnell. Die Einrichtung ist toll ausgewählt und es gibt liebevolle Details zum Wohlfühlen, wie Shampoo, viele Handtücher, tolle Bettwäsche, Netflix, Alexa und vorbereiteten Wein/Kaffee und Popcorn:) Sehr zu empfehlen!

L'appartement est parfait pour un séjour en famille. Spacieux, bien placé, très propre et très bien équipé! La machine a pop corn a particulièrement amusé les enfants! Travel is life ! I love to meet people and help them discover Lisbon, my amazing city, where you can enjoy culture, parks, beach, shops and fantastic food - all in the same day !! Maybe you will do as I did in 2009 and give up your old life to make this magical place home...

When travelling I believe that paying to stay in a place is a real treat, and when you do so the very least that you should expect is for it to be as comfortable and clean as your own home, and hopefully even better, which for me means spaces that, as well as look amazing, also cover the basics that are so often missing such as huge beds with fine linens and 100% blackout for a great nights sleep, so it's these simple luxuries that I make sure to provide for my guests when I am hosting too.

Location, Location, Location! You can't get a better location than Tv do Almada. Just up the road from the Cathedral and down to the Praca Commercio and all the downtown amenities and sights you will need in short walking distance.

I've filled the apartment with all the home luxuries that I like to enjoy - Air Conditioning throughout, Free Netflix on two big flat screens, Amazon Alexa with free Music Unlimited (40 million songs to stream for free), plus an Xbox One loaded with games and more. There are even some toys in the apartment for younger guests and family board games (Monopoly - Lisbon edition of course and Scrabble).
