Denna uppdaterade 2 våningar bondgårdstil hem har 4 sovrum på övervåningen, alla med queen size-sängar och madrasser med skummadrass. En extra nedre vardagsrum / sovrum har original inbyggda bokhyllor och en queen size-bäddsoffa. Huset har 2 badrum, 2 vardagsrum, ett komplett kök med diskmaskin, kabel-tv och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En två-sidig wraparound veranda erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över både New Harbor och Atlanten. Bara några steg från State Beach och Scotch Beach, är huset bara en och en halv kilometer från butiker, restauranger, barer och färja hamnen i Old Harbour. Hyran inkluderar alla sängkläder, badlakan och badlakan. Under månaderna juli-september hyrs denna fastighet från lördag till lördag (kortare vistelser kommer att beaktas men datum måste falla mellan lördagar.)

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at the Homestead during our visit to Block Island. The home is an older home but provided plenty of space for our whole family and our dogs. The location is amazing with a short walk to the beach and town. The view and especially the sunsets were amazing from the porch. Kirsten was great to work with, she was readily available and quick to respond and answer questions.

Great location and lots of space to relax

We had a relaxing time at the Homestead during our first visit to Block Island. The home had lots of space for the four of us and our dog. It was also a short walk to the beach and town where we enjoyed delicious seafood. Thank you to our host, Kirsten, who was available to help and answer questions.

Scenic gem

Historic home has best views of the Island. This excellent central location has plenty of space for multiple families and is walkable to ocean beaches. Owner was a pleasure and made our stay easy.

Fall Island Getaway

We had a relaxing long weekend at the Block Island house. Excellent location with great views of both sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Hunter, our golden retriever enjoyed the large property to roam around. Would come back.

Our family was on Block Island for a wedding. The house was in a perfect spot for the wedding, close to beaches and town. It is an older house, so it has some squeaks and moans on those windy nights but it is a Beautiful home with a large yard overlooking the water. Kirsten was very helpful and communicative about everything. There was a misunderstanding about the 5th bedroom, which we really needed. Kirsten made it right immediately. I also asked if there were hair dryers. Need a good style for a wedding! Kirsten went out and bought two and had a friend drop them off that day. I really appreciated her kindness in asking if we wanted her to stock the fridge with a few items since we were getting in late with little ones in tow. We loved her place and will definitely book with her again. Thanks so much, Kirsten! The Stair family

Perfection

This house was perfect for our family reunion -- family ranging from baby Finn (just turned 2) to the patriarch (80!). The location was perfect -- walk to the beach or sit on the wraparound porch and watch the boats in New Harbor. And cheer the sunset every night. The house itself is beautiful -- vaulted bead board ceiling in the kitchen, and Victorian details throughout. We all loved it.

WONDERFUL FAMILY GET A WAY

My family had a wonderful vacation renting this property. The house has nice size rooms so everyone could have their own space if needed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen works well for large families but the best things are the fabulous views, wonderful large porch and being able to walk to the beach. Also has a large yard for the kids to play & run around. Everything we were hoping for. Can't wait to go back. Also Kirsten the owner was always available if you had a question.

Perfect location

The location was perfect since our son got married at the Sullivan House. Also being across the street from the beach was wonderful. The views of the great salt pond were terrific. Lots of bedrooms allowed us to host extra family. Although only one bathroom on the 2nd floor can be challenging. It wasn't the cleanest, but clearly it had the Block Island charm. We were very happy with the house.

We could not be happier with our stay! You absolutely can not beat the location and views this house has to offer. The host was very quick to respond to every question. New fridge, well stocked kitchen, super easy check-in check-out. The mattresses were cozy. The porch and yard are the best places to hang out! Amazing setting and location

This house is in the perfect spot! Porch was unbelievable for sunsets and the short walk to the beach was ideal. Kids and dog loved the large lawn. It's an old house, so there are some old house things- doors that don't shut tightly, etc... but overall we were so wowed by the location that everything else was an afterthought. Check in couldn't have been easier and communication was a breeze. Thank you!

Spectacular View

Had a relaxing week. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise/sunsets everyday. Very comfortable accommodations. Had everything we needed. Owners very responsive to any questions. Would recommend staying here.

Dark and stormy on the Block

Despite the fact that Mother Nature did not cooperate, staying at O'Brien's house made up for that. The house is spacious, clean and has fantastic views. Phil was so accommodating and made us feel quite welcome. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Another Great Week on BI

This is our 2nd time time renting this house and once again we had a great experience. This house is roomy, close to beaches and town, and has amazing harbor views. The hosts are available and very responsive to any questions. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Great Summer vacation

Charming Seaside Retreat

Our family (grandparents, adult children, grandson & 2 little dogs) loved staying at this cozy, historic farmhouse for an extended weekend. The front porch facing the bay is perfect for relaxing, reading & just visiting. We loved the large lawn and easy, beautiful walk to the beach & town. The hosts were gracious & very responsive.

Great September Vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house was large, clean, had comfy mattresses, and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The porch overlooking the harbor was amazing at anytime of the day, and the location of the property was very convenient with respect to the beaches and town. We liked this property so much that we already booked it for a return trip next season.

Great location, needs TLC

A mixed experience: Wonderful location, beach access and view! The lovely host family made us feel welcome and made an effort to stock the kitchen with requested items However, certain kitchen basics were lacking. and cleanliness and comfort were variable. The downstairs bedroom (which our group needed) was inadequate due to the condition of the sofa bed and musty odor.
