Våra 2 sovrum 1 badrum lägenhet är centralt beläget i mitten av downtown Grand Haven. Den här egenskapen är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver ha en bekymmersfri och trevlig semester. Vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa och en platt-TV med DVD-spelare. Köket är fullt möblerad och inkluderar en kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn och mixer. Utanför vardagsrummet finns ett skjutreglage som leder till ett stort däck som har en uteplats set med paraply och en grill. Sovrummen är placerade på framsidan av fastigheten med utsikt över Washington Ave. De har vardera en dubbelsäng och en byrå. Badrummet ligger utanför korridoren mellan köket och sovrum. Mittemot köket finns en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, som vi ger tvättmedel och lakan torktumlare. Denna fastighet har en främre och bakre ingången. Parkeringen är på baksidan av fastigheten. Du har en parkeringsplats på baksidan av garaget och ytterligare parkering finns på parkeringen direkt bakom fastigheten. Du kommer att ligga centralt i allt som Grand Haven har att erbjuda. Den musikaliska fontän spelar varje kväll på runt skymning, som är i slutet av Washington Ave. Ut genom ytterdörren hittar du fina restauranger, casual dining, kaféer, glassbarer, Fortino s, special butiker, levande musik, barer och mer. Det finns en bondens marknad, ett stänk pad, minigolf, Chinook Pier shopping, glass och båt charter, strandpromenaden och en park. Stranden är om en 10 minuters promenad från fastigheten eller ett par minuter med bil. På vägen till stranden kan du stanna vid antingen Pronto Pup eller Butch strand Burritos, två lokala favoriter. Under hela sommaren Grand Haven har flera konstfestivaler och en bil show ligger på Washington Ave. Kustbevakningen Festival som har en karneval och fyrverkerier är rätt ut genom ytterdörren. Placeringen av vår egendom verkligen gör för en stor och lätt semester och när du bara vill ha tid för familjen kan du alltid njuta av din egen däck bort från alla åtgärder.

Great Location!

The property is in a wonderful location. You have two entries to the unit - one walks right out on the Main Street which is great! The deck with sitting area was an added bonus. Such a nice place to sit in the evenings. The staircase going up to the deck/unit could use some updating and some more lighting for safety. The unit was clean. The unit does have wi-fi - we were able to sign in, but never able to actually use it for some reason. Just used our hotspots instead. The living area was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The bedding could use an update and it would have been great to have more than 1 pillow available per person.

Romantic Grand Haven

The condo had just the right space, was comfortable, clean and contained everything one needs for a vacation. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. The location was perfect and parking worked out perfectly. We will definitely book again.

Great location in downtown Grand Haven, convenient to the shops, restaurants, riverfront amphitheater and fountain, and easy drive to the State park beach. Very clean and plenty of room - would stay again!

Have stayed here multiple times. Love the location and the condo is always clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Great location you can walk to about everything.

Spotless, needs a bit of love

Great spot in town, functional & very clean. Definitely needs new pillows. Linens were fine, lovely towels. Stairs & deck need some love, stairs are steep & two of us fell at the bottom (it was dark). Perhaps a light at the bottom of the stairs would be helpful.

First off, the place was great. We were impressed right when we walked in.Very roomy & loads of stuff in Condo.Probably 2 bags of my stuff,didn’t even need as it was well stocked with supplies.Location is great. Shopping, food, cornhole games in the street,music usually at some restaurant or on the street. Definately would use this place again. I’d give it a 10 star myself!

Great location!

This was a great location for walking or taking a short drive to many local attractions, shops and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortably furnished. The only drawbacks I would note, traveling with small children in our family, the open staircase off the second floor deck and the open staircase down to the front street entrance. Thankfully there was a heavy pocket door in the hallway we used to keep them away. If you are a light sleeper you might notice the street noise, but we weren’t bothered by it. Thanks!

Perfect location & clean!

My husband, daughter and I take an annual trip to Grand Haven and this location made our stay so much EASIER because of the ideal location. We were able to walk out the door and instantly shop, dine and enjoy without ever getting in our car - With a 3 year old - that is priceless! The condo was completely stocked with any items we could need and it was spotless. We enjoy it and had no issue with noise being located in the downtown area. Highly recommend.

Good time in Grand Haven!

Very nice place to stay, centrally located to restaurants, shopping. If you have a problem with stairs this may not be your place to stay. Located above a shop right downtown. So you will hear people out an about. There is a nice big deck out back to enjoy your quit time with your family.

Great place in the heart of Grand Haven

Great condo located on the main strip. Just walk out the door and you're steps from restaurants, bars and shops. The condo is very well kept, clean and has nice ammenities. The beds are comfortable. Wifi and cable worked great. Nice private deck in back. Parking space in back. Would happily stay there again.

Loved Grand Haven but wont stay here again!

Wow - an experience! To be fair, the homeowner does stock the place with good amenities including shampoo, dishware, etc. its also a good location being right downtown. But walking in the place, you would have thought there was a lit cigarette going. Being a non smoking family, it was pretty horrible to stay in a vacation rental that smelled that strongly during the entire stay especially saying it was non smoking on rental details. The first night of horrible sleep due to it made me think we would need to move elsewhere. i contacted the renter and her response was that i must have a powerful sniffer and that there is febrese under kitchen cabinet. Also, the front door didn't open so we had to use the back door always. Not a deal breaker but annoying when you wanted to access the main street you were on. For as high a price we paid + deposit, not my idea of money well spent. To top it off, i received a 6% return on deposit claiming stains on outside carpeting, which i have no idea how we would have gotten grease on and on the couch cushions which hadseen better days. Ill add what she sent to describe damage - only thing i agree with was loss of prob $4 tag on key. I only wish i would have taken pictures because the place was definitely as clean as i found it doing dishes and washing and folding all towels used. Cant understand what she could be talking about with sticky substances on floors, couches. I made a point (bc I’m a germaphob) to remove all bedding, couch cushions, when we arrived and brought own pillows. Just be wary before booking this one!! Large grease stain on 5 1/2’x7’ outdoor rug. Attempts to clean failed. Replacement cost=$100 Two silk accent pillows on the couch were seemingly used as TV trays because they were covered with grease spots that can’t be removed. Attempted spot cleaning with mild detergent, but grease spots remained as well as water spots from cleaning attempts. Replacement cost at $40@=$80 Needed to call in extra help to clean for next tenants expected at 4. Took two people the same amount of time as one can handle because of sticky substances all over floors, bedding and couches. It required well over an hour to attempt to clean the greasy and sticky substances from the couches. The couches were still damp and not up to my standards when I left 15 minutes before the new tenants arrival. Extra person to clean =$100 As I left I check the lock box and found one of the keys was missing a fabric tab

A wonderful place to stay!

Awesome location right downtown on Washington. We parked the car and walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Shopping/dining right out your front door. The boardwalk is a block and a half away. Wonderful deck with patio set and grill. All the comforts of home: clean, lots of amenities, just bring your clothes and do a little grocery shopping (if needed). Linda is great to work with. We didn't need a thing and she checks in with you during your stay. She also allowed us to bring our pup which was such a plus for us. I will definitely book this condo next summer!

Excellent Location and great owner!

We enjoyed being close to all the stores and restaurants downtown. We would spend a portion of each day at the beach, bike riding or exploring the various trails around town. Would highly recommend!

Clean and Cool

We really enjoyed staying at this location in Grand Haven. The property was very clean and the A/C worked great! Linda was awesome to work with and always replied to my questions quickly. We used the outside deck/patio area and grill many times. The WIFI kept cutting in and out but we were sure to let the property manager know about it so she could look into why that was happening. If you want to be downtown in the heart of Grand Haven, this place is for YOU! Everything is within walking and biking distance :) TP, kleenex, dish and laundry detergent were all supplied which is rare! We hope to return again in the future.

Linda's place was amazing!

I would highly recommend this 2-bedroom condo - it was beautiful. The living room and kitchen were awesome... and the deck was the best part (lots of sunshine in the morning)! The fur babies loved going in and out -- and the location is amazing. We will definitely be back if Linda has us :) Book it!!
