Vår vackra 1 sovrum, 1bath lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av den fantastiska Seascape Resort som har en utmanande 18-håls golfbana, Pro Shop, 8 tennisbanor, 5 pooler (en uppvärmd på vintern) och tunnland vackra anlagda grunder slutar vid den fantastiska Mexikanska golfen, där du kan koppla av på Resort stranden med en drink från Tikky baren eller ta en fullständig måltid på the Whale Tail Restaurant.
Sovrummet har en en king size-säng och vardagsrummet en drottning bäddsoffa, sova totalt fyra. Köket är fullt utrustad med alla nödvändiga apparater, porslin och matlagning behov.
Condo bekvämligheter ingår: gratis trådlöst internet, TV i varje rum, bekväma uteservering och matsal.
Seascape Resort är en fem minuters bilresa till Silver Outlett Mall med över 100 namn märke butiker, en 10 minuters bilresa till Destin Commons Mall och Rave biograf och en 15 minuters bilresa till Destin Harbor. Bra restauranger och roliga saker att göra är i vecinity området. Mycket stängd för livsmedelsbutiker, bensinstation, butiker sprit, etc
Den lägenhet är på marknivå och ligger i en parkliknande område (se bilder) med poolen vid din sida.
En perfekt plats att koppla av efter en aktiv dag på stranden. Också en mycket sällskapsdjur vänliga inställning bör ditt husdjur följa med dig. Bäst av allt, är lägenheten bara några minuter från stranden där det finns en parkeringsplats för invånare eller 5 minuters promenad. Det finns också en buss under högsäsong.

Great condo near the beach

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The kitchen was stocked so we could cook with no issues. The beds were comfy. And we were near the beach, a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for pool , beach and the Brandi Carlile festival. Very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great area and hosts!!

The place was in a gated area which was nice. Can walk to the beach or other places within 10 minutes. Host were great communicators and all went very well. Would stay again if down in this area.

Great Getaway

Wife and I enjoyed our 6 nights. Pet friendly was a huge plus. Well furnished great location. Two beach chairs and umbrella were easy to take to the beach and did great.

Awesome condo in Miramar Beach

The condo was as described. Very convenient location to the ocean, shopping, restaurants, and golf course. We enjoyed our stay, the owners were very easy to work with, and we will definitely return.

Beautiful Beaches!

We had a lovely stay at the Seascape Resort. So nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella available for use! The place was very clean and super close to pool and tennis/pickle ball courts! Mihaela was very responsive to questions we had. Wonderful to work with! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Clean and good location.

Enjoyed the stay at Seascape. Handy location. Great for beach, golf, and tennis lovers. Pool is an easy access Condo well set up and clean. WiFi is not good, better have unlimited data plan if you are on your iPad or smart phone.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here, no issues at all. We’ve stayed at different locations in Seascape over the past 11 years and this was one of the best. We had our two dogs with us and this condo was perfect for them. Mihaela was great to deal with and happy to answer any of our questions this is definitely at the top of our list for next year

Nice Quiet Condo

Close proximity to beach, just drive up to where Whale’s tail is and park- just a few steps to beach. Pool just steps away from condo. Condo was quiet and king size bed a plus. Easy walking distance to Bad Ass coffee- which I love “great muffins” The owner was quick to answer all my questions. Seascape Resort is a wonderful place to stay.

Very nice!

The condo was well maintained. I loved all the extra hooks in the hallways and bathroom to hang beach towels and bathing suits! Lots cookware and kitchen utensils to cook and prepare meals! 1 minute drive to beach parking was nice as well!

Very Relaxing

We loved it here. The grounds are very pretty. We were across from a pickleball court so decided to learn the game. So much fun. The pool was next to the court and a golf course runs through the property so we golfed also. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. The only negative ( and I wouldn’t stop me from staying there) was when people rented the upstairs you could hear them walking around. Lucky for us it was vacant most of the 5 weeks we were there.

Great location and quiet!

Loved how close this unit was to the beach, as well as the family vibes, updated kitchen and appliances, and how quiet it was! The only downside was not having the gate code for the gate closest to the beach. We had several issues getting DoorDash deliveries because of this, but overall, the stay was wonderful. Will try to book again next year!

Nice property with good location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was ideal. It was close to the beach and local attractions. We also had access to the pool and pickleball courts. Although we did not get a chance to use either, both looked well maintained. The property was so pleasant. We had everything we needed. We felt safe in the resort area. The owners were very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a one-bedroom property.

Awesome place!

Have stayed at SeaScape many times. This was another great experience with a great owner who communicated very quickly with any questions we had. TV needs to be updated as the screen had lines running across it. Seemed to be damaged before we arrived. But we communicated this with the owner and a new TV was offered. Overall awesome vacation!

Great location, clean well kept

Great 1st floor condo! If you have a dog this would be great. Common area is right outside the sliding door. Pool is very close so you can walk (one condo over). Everything was clean and as expected! Would love a back gate card next time but I am sure you risk people forgetting to turn it in (but you could take it out of deposits). Would prefer to pay via credit card so that is only reason I may find another next time. Thank you for the use!

Nice, but overpriced.

The condo was close to as described. Loved the ground floor w/ close access to one of the pools on grounds. Having myself, wife and two teenage boys things did tend to get tight at times within the one bedroom, one bath condo, but it worked. I do believe for where the condo is located on Seascape grounds and the distance from the ocean it was a bit pricey. The condo could use some renovations in the bathroom (old tile, paint peeling, hairy drain, ceiling cracking) along with the hall closet needing an update. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo along with a well stocked kitchen. My wife and boys took full advantage of outside patio area as much as possible. We thought the walk to the beach was a little more than we had hoped for, but there was a parking area we took advantage of directly across street from Whales Tail where parking was available for guests going to beach, to eat, etc. Our final issue was with the checkin time of 4pm. This just seems really late for us. I had contacted the owners about possibly getting in earlier and were unable due to late cleaning services. I think people should be able to get in before 4pm it just kind of left us in limbo for awhile until the condo was ready. Overall I would give the rental a 3 1/2 - 4 out of 5. It could be really, really nice if a little $$ was spent on updates and I think it's a bit overpriced.
