Vår vackra 1 sovrum, 1bath condo ligger i hjärtat av den fantastiska Seascape Resort som har en utmanande 18 hål championship golfbana, Pro Shop, 8 tennisbanor, 5 simbassänger (en uppvärmd på vintern) och tunnland vackra anlagda grunder slutar vid den fantastiska Mexikanska golfen, där du kan koppla av på Resort Beach med en drink från Tikky bar eller ta en fullständig måltid på Whale's Tail Restaurant.

Sovrummet har en 1 king size-säng och vardagsrummet en drottning bäddsoffa, sovande totalt 4. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla nödvändiga apparater, diskmedel och matlagningsbehov.

Condo bekvämligheter ingår: gratis trådlöst internet, TV i varje rum, bekväma utomhus sittplatser och matsal.

Seascape Resort ligger 5 minuters bilresa från Silver Outlett Mall med över 100 namnvaruhus, en 10 minuters bilresa till Destin Commons Mall och Rave Movie Theater, och 15 minuters bilresa till Destin Harbor. Lägenheten ligger på marknivå och ligger i ett parkliknande område (se bilder) med poolen precis vid din sida.

En perfekt plats att koppla av efter en aktiv dag på stranden. Också en väldigt vänlig inställning bör ditt husdjur följa med dig. Bäst av allt är lägenheten bara några minuter från stranden där det finns en parkeringsplats för boende eller 5 minuters promenad. Det finns också en buss under högsäsong.

Nice villa

It was clean and well equipped. Nice grounds for walking. Friendly. Having to go to another location and pay 25 for a parking pass for the month was irksome. We enjoyed Seascape for the most part. Owner was very responsive and kind.

Cozy condo in great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Steps away from pool, pickle ball courts and grill. Beautiful grounds and condo had everything we needed. Owner was very easy and kind to deal with-huge plus they allowed our dog to stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for the Beach or the Music Festival

The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was a 9 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Sun, Sand, and Soul music festival produced by Topeka Music Vacations.

Super Location

The location was awesome! Peaceful, lots of green space. Golf course out front door and pickleball out back door. Close to pool too. Hostess is fantastic! Responsive to any questions. Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Definitely coming back!

Perfect Villa

This home is ideal for us. Comfortable, clean and very accommodating host, who is quick to respond to all issues. Convenient parking and very close to the the pool and the beach. In short, love it.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay, for those that don’t have pets, you wouldn’t even know that a pet had stayed there. Property was clean, and host was very easy to communicate with.

Short But Sweet!

Flight cancelations and delays put us on location a day late. Property manager was very understanding and responsive. The place is very well laid out and comfortable. Great location.

Summer Begins!

We just spent the most fabulous time at this Condo ! It was so comfy and nicely furnished. The back porch was especially peaceful to sit on and relax. Pool is huge, close to condo! Tennis /pickle ball courts too within steps of porch. The beach is an easy walk, but I would suggest bringing a small wagon or pull-along to help get things towed to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are so easy to communicate with and promptly respond to comments and question. Highly recommend...we definitely plan to secure here again!!

Very nice condo

Perfect location

Condo was perfect for our needs. Everything was within walking distance. Beach was exceptional with its beautiful sand and colorful waters!! Would definitely do this again!!

Loved It!

This was the perfect place for our family of four! We loved how nice and clean the place was, the outdoor area was so nice, having such close access to the pool was great, being able to go to any of the other pools was also awesome, though we spent most of our time on the beach. We drove and staked out our front row beach spot by 7:15 each morning-highly recommended. The walk from the beach isn’t bad, but definitely not one you’d want to do multiple times per day in the heat. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was well equipped, pots and pans were in good shape and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

Great getaway spot

This was our first visit to the Destin area. The description of the property was spot on. Easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Vacation in Destin

The property was under management care since 2015, and in June 2018 we decided to add it to our other property that we own and it is listed on VRBO 884731.Since its brand new listing, there are no reviews. Please check the other listing that was managed by owner since 2016 for reference. They are identical side by side 1 bedroom condos, same villa.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In 2015 our family visited Seascape and could not believe the comfort and beauty of this place. Close to the beach, everything is convieniently nearby (restaurants, entertainment, shopping, churches, athletic clubs, ER clinics, hospitals, pharmacy). No elevators, no noise, it was a heavenly discovery and we couldn't resist not to invest in Seascape. We are staying in both condos and either one feels amazingly the same.
