Nice apartment in good location

This is a very big and nice apartment in a good location with walking distance to different beaches and shopping areas. We hade three teenager with and they also enjoyed our stay. We liked the pool area with table tennis but be aware that the seat cushion is private with names on the sides and I dont know if this apartment have any, i didn’t receive answer when I asked. The view from the apartment is great! Grocery store within walking distance. It was good to have a parking place because the streets is narrow and not to many parking places.

Perfect family apartment in beautiful surroundings

We had a lovely holiday in this clean and nice apartment that was perfectly suited for our family with three teenagers. The community with it’s garden, tennis courts and pool was lovely and just a short walk to boulangerie, plage and grocery stores. We will definitely book this place again!

Great stay!

We, a family with 2 parents and 3 teen age kids, had a great stay in this apartment! It was clean, large, and had a good location just 10-12 min walk from the beach in Juan Les Pins and a short taxi ride or a bit longer walk to Antibes. It is also just 10 min walk to the train station, from where we went in day trips to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The views from the terrace and balcony were lovely. The apartment is big, with three good bedrioms and two bathrooms, which was great since we were five people. Good air condition in all rooms. The garden/park is very well kept with lots of plants and flower, and has a large and nice swimming pool. Check-in and check-out with the concierge Marie was nice and efficient, and Marie was so kind to meet us in Valbonne to give us the phone chargers we had forgotten in the apartment when we left. Good communication also with Ned’s, the owner. Thanks for a super stay!

Very nice apartment

The apartment is beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated that there were beach umbrellas available for use. On the downside, there were a number of issues that arose with the apartment while we were there. Marie, the concierge was great, very responsive and helpful. While we recognize that things do happen, given the impact on our holiday, outreach from the owner

Family stay in Antibes

The apartment was spacious, well-stocked, and clean. The host was very helpful and responsive with any questions. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute uber ride to the old part of the town, but we liked how quiet and peaceful the complex was. It was a great way for our family to end our France trip.

Pour la première réservation sur votre plateforme je suis très partagée Appartement bien situé proche plage et commerces Belle terrasse avec vue mer En revanche depuis le temps que nous louons sur diverses plateformes c'est la première fois que nous avons un appartement aussi sale !!!! Très déçue wc dans l'appartement un seul fonctionnel !! Une terrasse très sale que nous n'avons pas utilisée !!le Prix de nettoyage compris dans la location n'est pas du tout justifié!!! Bien regrettable Dommage que je ne puisse vous partager quelques photos Cordialement

Perfect place for family holiday

In a nice residential and quiet area, the apartment is part of a condo with tennis court, swimming pool and a safe KIDS pool which made the holiday for my kid! The apartment has a nice terrace with sea view and air conditioning in all rooms. We had a great family vacation! Thanks for hosting us!!

Great destination for a family

We had a great vacation in Antibes/Juan Les Pins. The apartment was nice, just what we needed. Dining table could be bigger, but not space for that. The cleaning company could do better work and clean more closely, especially this pandemic period. TV (box) didn't work, but was fixed in couple days. Really nice swimming pool, guardians could be bit more flexible with they rules. Nice tennis courts and ping pong tables, just need your own equipments, which we didn't know, so we couldn't play. Our family prefer Antibes, so it was quite long walk away, but doable. Big Casino supermarket in walk distance (5-10 mins). Train station nearby, so it easy to go to visit all the lovely villages and cities in French Riviera. Everything went well with the owner, seems really nice and it was really easy to settle everything with her, was really flexible with check-ins and check-outs. I really recommend this apartment and residence.
