Pleasant Queen Anne Stay

This was a return stay for us, this time over the holidays. Host was great with personal touches and responsive to any questions or issues. Well stocked with supplies and amenities. Love the Queen Anne neighborhoods and coffee shops and proximity to downtown and other neighborhoods nearby. Will be back!

Seattle Getaway

My husband, small dog and I stayed in this wonderful house on the north side of Queen Anne for 2 weeks while our Seattle home was being painted. It’s a wonderful house, spacious with a great floor plan, and a yard for our dog right off the kitchen. The house is so well stocked with all the needed perishables and everything one would need for cooking. It’s was also super clean!! Matt made the whole process easy and pleasant. Thanks!

Simply the Best

This was the best VRBO rental we have had out of many over the years. The house was immaculate, plus snacks and fresh flowers were there to greet us. The kitchen was stocked with every accessory we needed and then some. The appliances (kitchen and laundry) were in great shape and served us well during our stay. The beds and all of the furniture were very comfortable and one of the bathrooms had a super shower with great water pressure. The back yard and deck were as neat and immaculate as the inside of the house. The patio furniture was in excellent condition and the lawn was lush green and well kept. When we needed to contact the host (before we arrived), he was very helpful and made us feel at home before we arrived. If you're planning a trip to Seattle you should seriously consider this delightful property.

Fantastic stay

We have stayed in many vrbo properties. This property is exceptional. Good communication with owner. He answered any questions we had. Easy check in and check out. The property is clean. The kitchen has anything you would need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are all updated. Backyard is very private. Good neighborhood for walking. We would stay here again.

Seattle get away

Matt is a super host! He was so easy to reach and communicate with. His home was so welcoming with lights on, fresh flowers, and a welcoming treat. The bed was so comfortable. This house is the most equipped with dishes, utensils, etc. I have ever seen. This was the perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend! welcoming treat.

Nice property

We had a lovely ten-day stay visiting family. The host was gracious and we enjoyed the Queen Anne location. Everything in the the house was well stocked and in good condition. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard.

Magnificent hospitality!

This was the best, most generously equipped house that we have ever stayed in. We would have ben very happy and comfortable to stay for weeks. I only hope that this house will be available for our next visit to Seattle.

5 star host and property!

From my earliest communication with the owner, we knew this would be a special experience. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentsl homes, none so thoughtfully and generously equipped and stocked. The kitchen has everything you will need and more. From games to spices and foil and wraps, this house is equipped like home. We played cards and board games, cooked on the grill and enjoyed every minute on the patio and in the house. The location is excellent and the property was beautiful and spotless. Tons of towels, pillows and comfortable beds, and well appointed laundry room. And, we were amazingly comfortable on some of the hottest days of the summer. We plan to stay there again!

Exceptional Stay!

This is our second stay at this VRBO and hands down our favorite place to stay, home away from home, beautiful, walkable neighborhood, pet friendly, top notch clean with the most coziest beds and bedding! Large soaking tub and walk in shower. Every amenity is available. The host has thought of everything and provides above and beyond. I’m addition he is proactive with communication and available when needed with questions. The host wants to ensure you have a comfortable, hassle free experience. Fenced backyard is perfect if you bring your dog companion. Food and water dishes provided for your four-legged bestie!

Perfect Seattle Oasis

Absolutely beautiful home with high end kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable beds and stunning backyard. The space was just what we needed while moving our son into his dorm at Seattle Pacific University (just steps away). While at the house we enjoyed playing games, having a backyard BBQ and creating family memories! Can't wait to return.

Absolutely phenomenal stay

My family and I had the most wonderful trip in Seattle and having a lovely property to come back to at the end of the evening made all the difference. Matt was extremely hospitable and the property was perfect for my family of four. The location was great for the places we went to. Wonderful house and host

We have stayed at many rentals, and Matt's house is truly one of the best we've been at. The house was extremely well-equipped and immaculate. The kitchen has everything you might need, and there are many thoughtful touches: maps, guidebooks, games, many extra towels. We enjoyed the backyard area as well. Matt was friendly and easy to deal with. Location was convenient to many areas of Seattle. Will definitely book again when in WA.

Just like a luxury hotel

Absolutely incredible property. High end finishes and literally anything you would ever need (coffee, toiletries, bottle of wine, kitchen tools, cookies, fresh flowers, extra bedding, laundry detergent, etc)! I have a bad back and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The additional downstairs den is so comfortable and easy to hang out in. The location was also great - a short walk up hill to QA but also very easy to use back streets around seattle. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!
