I was genuinely impressed by how exceptionally clean the house was. It felt so welcoming and safe, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Being just a short drive from the city of Knoxville was a bonus. It truly exceeded all my expectations and made for an unforgettable experience!

Great place to stay for a UT weekend

Awesome place too stay. Very clean and quiet area. Some buddies and I came for a UT football game and it was a perfect place to stay. Very close to Downtown and UT’s campus. I would definitely stay here again.

Volleyball tournament

Stayed here while in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Everything went smoothly.It was clean, spacious, and very convenient to downtown. The price was reasonable too.

An enjoyable Knoxville visit

Sheila was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Knoxville at her condo. Pictures and reviews were accurate and we were able to prepare meals and enjoy Netflix and Cable shows in multiple TVs. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and blankets were provided. We would return and thank you Sheila for a great time!

Fun trip!

Would stay here again. Location was convenient. Neighborhood is residential, not “touristy”. Roosters crowing in the mornings and dogs barking when we were outside, so we felt right at home! Home had all the essentials! Owner was very communicative! Nice getaway!

Good location for price when hotels were double

The house is a little old and could use some TLC. Doors are squeaky, bed is squeaky, dogs out back are loud and trains come through often. They could easily upgrade with nicer towels, more than 1 tide pod, etc. We would stay again due to location but be aware if you are picky.

Great house with plenty of sleeping space!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and had several teens traveling with us. The full kitchen and sleeping accommodations worked very well. We also enjoyed being able to relax in the living room and watch movies on our down time. Was a few minutes to the downtown area and within a short mile to a grocery store. I cooked for our team and was able to keep a home environment vs being cramped in a hotel. Sheila was a great communicator and made my first VRBO experience enjoyable.

Overall happy owners took care of problems we had would rent again.

Only issues with property, A) Wi-Fi listed was not correct, B) Overhead light in bedroom didn't work, C) Shower head was broken and hit me in head, D) Had to buy light bulbs for lamps. All issues were quickly taken care of though even sending maint. guy out on weekend. Happy with stay

It provided a clean quiet place to stay during our swim meet weekend at UT

It was adequate for what we needed. Sheila was responsive to our needs. The area around the property is not nice but the house itself is nice. It was quiet and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our weekend in Knoxville for a swim meet at UT. It was a great location for us... 5 minute drive to campus. It all depends on what you are needing. It’s not a vacation spot. But if you need a clean, quiet place to stay while doing business in Knoxville then it is fine.
