The owner/company did great responding to things up until I had an issue, then they literally stopped responding to me. It is listed that “you may notice some construction ,” but the construction woke us up bright and early every morning with the entire building shaking and VETY LOUD banging. The view from the balcony is RIGHT OVER the construction so sitting on the balcony was pointless bc it was so loud and dusty! The check in process took us over 3 hours!!! The property itself is run by several different hotels/companies and non of them seem to communicate together. We told them we would be there at 5 to check in, then someone finally met us at 5:30. From there it took about another 30 mins to check in, and then another 30 mins to get our luggage. Then after all that, they gave us the wrong parking sticker and no one could communicate where we needed to go. We literally were sent on a wild goose chase and were sent to 5 different desks. Finally the valet had to go inside and tell people to stop sending us to the wrong people. We literally thought we were on a hidden camera because it felt so ridiculous how long it took us to get fully checked in! The place itself was great if it wasn’t for the construction or as soon as I mentioned it, they didn’t respond! The pools and amenities are great. But beware that the listing is misleading currently and again, the service was okay for minor things…not for major issues.

Hi Krista, We would like to clarify a few points for the sake of accuracy. According to our communication records, you arrived at 5:11 PM, and your room keys were printed at 5:25 PM. Regarding construction, this is clearly disclosed in the listing and reiterated in the house rules that guests agree to upon booking. When you contacted us upon arrival expressing that you were unaware of the construction, we referred you back to these disclosures. You then shared that you did not expect work to take place over a holiday weekend. However, construction schedules should not be assumed to change based on holidays, particularly when ongoing construction has been clearly communicated in advance. Regarding communication, we were in contact with you multiple times throughout your stay and responded to each of your messages in less than 10 minutes. We also remained available after your departure to address your additional questions. We make every effort to be transparent with our guests and responsive to their needs. While we understand that the construction may have impacted your experience, we believe it is important to clarify that this information was disclosed in advance and that we remained available to assist you throughout your stay.

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable, easy to access and staff was great. Love all the amenities, especially the restaurants in the building. Our host stayed in touch with us and was very responsive.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Check in and out was easy and the room is very spacious and well kept. There was quick access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This is a great unit. It’s nice to have the full kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. Everyone at the resort is super friendly - that made the stay!

Overall condition of carpet and cabinets was poor as well as one side of the bed drooped down when laying on it. It’s an amazing condo…just a bit worn out.

Great resort view

The listing was exactly as described and very well kept. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked. The view of the resort is perfect and can be enjoyed on a huge balcony.

Beautiful view and spacious suite

we really enjoyed having 2 large room suite with full kitchen while vacationing with our baby.i usually book rooms on high floors but the view from the extra large 3rd floor balcony was incredible. we could see the ocean and pools and enjoyed the sunsets.

The room and balcony was amazing. The resort is beautiful we will definitely return.

Amazing room and balcony. Everything was amazing, we will definitely return. The hosts are AMAZINGGGGG. They promptly respond to any check in issues, the suite was clean and looked exactly like the picture on the website. Thank you for making my birthday celebration extra special.

Miami Vacation

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your Fontainebleau Vrbo. It is a very nice suite with a great location. It was easy to access and we appreciated the parking convenience for our rental. I would suggest that the sofa bed mattress be replaced as it was very uncomfortable. The dryer did not work which was a minor issue. I would return to this property if the sofa bed was switched out.

Miriam is a consistently, reliable hostess She delivers what she says she will deliver, and is quick to respond to all inquiries. The expectations are high given the price of the unit but the expectations are met. Fees and charged around the Hotel
