Great Experience

My host Gio was a gem and made my stay a true pleasure. The resort is beautiful and so is the spa. With a 2 minute walk out to the beach, it greatly enhanced my enjoyment. Parking add on as an option would have been the icing on the cake. Will definitely be revisiting here. Thank you Gio!

Enjoyed our stay The apartment was very comfortable and spacious The only complaints are about the long check in and the long wait for the elevator in the mornings and in the evenings - they took more than 20 minutes each time and we’re always overcrowded

great weekend at the Fontainebleau

Just returned from Florida for my delayed 50th birthday with friends. Suite was as described and well appointed for cooking. Used the kitchen over the weekend as we have dietary restrictions and it was extremely helpful. Gio was easy to communicate with, but didn't need any help as the suite was perfect. Would definitely rent again.

Needs updating

This unit needs updating. The master bedroom toilet needs replacing - it wouldn’t flush and water ran constantly. We asked for someone to repair the small part that would have solved the issue but they didn’t. Both showers are very small and need new shelves to hold shampoo Er. - they were falling off the wall. The kitchen could use better amenities - an actual knife would be great. The location is good and the pools at Fontainebleau are great for kids. The hotel service was awful - extremely understaffed for a full hotel. Took over an hour for a salad that must to order at the bar because there were no servers to be found. I ended up canceling it and we ordered food in from outside of the hotel or went out for all of our stay.

Great location and host is very responsive. Ice maker was not working but did not need. Washer/dryer was on point! Checking into resort with access to amenities was very convenient. Area and room were perfect for family getaway. Near the action but far enough away to have peaceful experience. Tresor was a nice perk.

Perfect location!

This 1 bedroom was a great stay for us over spring break! The Fontainblue property was a perfect location with so much to enjoy! The pools, the restaurants, the beach service, the rental bikes & even the LIV nightclub! We made breakfast in our kitchen every morning & ate all other meals out! The only thing I do suggest is a few coffee cups be added! Thanks for being great hosts!

Excellent stay

Great apartment for families. Full kitchen and washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Gio is an excellent host. Access to all the amenities of Fontainbleu at a fraction of the cost of booking through the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Stay Again

We had a lovely stay, and the communication process with the owner was easy and seamless. Thank you! The unit was exactly as expected and a perfect amount of space for all of us, including three teen boys. It really helped to have two bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer. Not every unit has these features. We're big balcony people so it was nice seeing the ocean on the left, Tressor pool in the middle and the intercoastal to the right. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Two things worth mentioning that have NOTHING to do with the owner. This is our second time staying at the Fountainbleau. Each time at least two of the four elevators are down. Waiting to catch an elevator is a nightmare. They finally opened up the service elevator for guests but it was a PITA and the garbage smelled. We had to use the stairs several times. Second, you pay a lot for the cleaning service and they are not great. They do the minimum. They left a shot glass out that we had to toss on arrival. They should have cleaned the armchair in the bedroom, wiped the back of the bathroom door, and cleaned the floor. It rained one day so the spa passes were nice to have. All that said, we would stay again.

Girls bday trip

Hip is an excellent host, gave us recommendations. Property is top notch. So many things to do on site- hard to leave. Love FB coffee shop too. View of waterway and beach plus overlooks the pool on 8th floor (great pics at night). Thank you Gio!

Memorable visit at FontaineBleau

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gio's unit located in Tresor tower. We have stayed in other units before but this one was updated as mentioned in the listing. The unit was clean and well appointed. Communication was efficient and we had a great time overall. Fantastic host and unit! Thanks again Gio!!

Best time at the Fountainbleu

My family spent an wonderful holiday at the Fontainebleau and Giovanna was an exceptional host! The unit was just as described, with brand new kitchen appliances, as well as washer and dryer. The space is modern and beautifully furnished. Access to all resort amenities, such as pools, beach, spa and gym is included with no extra fees. The Fontainebleau is always the best place to stay, with some of the best restaurants in town and centrally located to major attractions. I am definitely planning a future stay!

Has everything except needs a few tweaks

Lovely location. Have stayed here multiple times. Checkin seemed to be seamless. We stated no housekeeping until the end as we didn’t want to be disturbed. Every day they tried to clean our room. The door handle to the porch was broken and we reported it but no one did anything. We asked to see the bill the night before as we were leaving early the following day and housekeeping was on for every day and parking each day. They said they took care of it but when we checked out there were additional charges. Owner occupied units should have a different way of checking in. The unit had been updated with nicer furniture. The fitted sheet did not fit and there was a big black part of the mattress that was visible. There was a whole splotch of paint in the bathroom with a picture that should have been hung that was on the floor. The bed frame had a small hole on the upholstery. The kitchen was adequate. Pots and silver ware were fine but I didn’t understand why there were only 2 cups. It is still a lovely spot and though an inter coastal view you can still see the ocean. Lots of construction across the street so better to keep the windows closed.
