Great location in Miami Beach

Fountainbleau check in was a smooth process for the Tresor tower and great location on the beach. Beautiful property overall! Just an inconvenience of out of service elevators for the condo towers.

Hotel is going downhill

Stayed there for 8 nights and they only had 2 elevators. We had to use the housekeeping elevators, kind of embarrassing. Resort is going downhill, been coming there for 25 years and the place is not the same. Steakhouse was disgusting, vida and blade weren’t open. Hamadan was amazing. Condo was also very nice minus a few broken items.

What a Night!

I had to book a room last minute to go to a fashion show thrown by my friend. This was literally 8 minutes from event. Beautiful Room with views and good vibes! I highly recommend this if you can afford it!

Beautiful 5 star property. The unit was in good condition however just a little tired. Having stayed at this property many times this unit could use an update, although still a four star experience.

Vrbo easy way to travel

Vrbo must check property to ensure that everything is in working order.The master bathroom tub did not work(could NOT get hot water)to take a bath& The dishwasher did not work(it went on but doesn’t clean dishes or silverware!

Awesomeplace/location, check-in delayed

Our overall stay was great! The location was good and room was exactly what we needed. The view from the porch is amazing! We were notified the day of our arrival that check-in would be delayed due to additional cleaning, which worked out ok since they allowed us to access the pool. We understand this is due to additional COVID cleaning procedures and support that, but would've been nice to know before our arrival date so we could adjust to later flights or plan something else for the day, at minimum pack our pool items separately to avoid opening entire suitcases. Additionally, we were charged an extra cleaning fee and had to contact Accounting a few times but they did end up removing it. Overall great place!

The view is amazing! We had a great stay! Group of girls. Check in was easy, helpful staff, clean room, housekeeping brought anything we needed.

Air conditioning didn’t work great. Toilet in master was broken. TV Reception was terrible. Unit door didn’t close. Had to pull close. Dirty under the sink.

Outstanding room and view

The room was very nice as exspected at the Fontainbleau. Hotel was super crowded and rather understaffed for check in process. Food was great as well as weather!

Beautiful property and location!

The unit was huge! My family of 4 was very comfortable and it was nice to have a little stove to prepare snacks and two bathrooms. We really enjoyed the balcony and the views from the 14th floor. The fountainbleau never disappoints so I knew what to expect there. The owner of the property was very responsive and supportive! Will definitely book this unit again in the future.

Worst stay ever

Rooms weren’t ready til 6 o’clock Couldn’t get a blanket or sheet the entire trip. Sleeps four but only for one. House keeping or front desk were not reachable from room Worst part is my door was broken and I was locked out entire trip going up and down four to five times a day alllowing security to let me in and keep changing code to keys On last day , the finally figured out that the door was broken Absolutely ruined my stay. Spent too much of my 4 days wasted

Great one week get away

The location was great for either staying on the property or quick trips to nearby locations. The space was perfect with a nice place to dine and cook meals in the morning before heading out. Thank you management team
