Real Escapes Properties är glada att erbjuda detta unika hem, bara ett kvarter från havet och en promenad från Pier Village. Big Oak on Butler har en färgstark och lekfull inredning och har allt som behövs för en bra semester! Det innehåller ett vardagsrum, matplats, kök, spis, en stor däck, tvättstuga och ett litet gömställe med en enkelsäng. Hemmet är välutrustade med 3 TV, gasgrill och trådlöst internet. Det är bara n��gra steg från lokala restauranger, butiker, Neptun Park och gemenskapens simhall och lekplats. Eldstaden är endast dekorativ. Maximal beläggning är 6. Inga husdjur är tillåtna.

Fantastic location to the village and pier. House is dated but fine. Need new mattresses and updated TV in master… and a few simple repairs. Still, a value for the locale and needs.

Great visit!

The house was comfortable, clean, and close to the Village, which allowed us to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I'd stay there again anytime!

We Went On a Cruise and Ended Up At St Simon Island

We loved the great location of this house. We could just walk all over the downtown area and the beach and pier. We did drive to other areas, but some days we didn’t need a car.The house was decorated beyond what you can imagine. I was continually finding new items that I hadn’t seen before. The house had great space for our group. The bedrooms were all great and worked for our group. We really appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms. The WiFi worked great along with the AC and heat. (We needed both.) Washer & dryer were great.

One block away from everything the strip had to offer, yet still very peaceful and quiet.

The house is in an ideal location for walking to restaurants and shops and is beautifully decorated with interesting artwork and antiques. It's a very comfortable place with everything we needed for our stay. We have loved SSI for many years and will be back!

Quirky house, but very comfortable!

I think it would take several stays to actually see all the decorations in the house. Very comfortable stay. Within walking distance to the pier and main drag. Great crabbing from the pier. We’ll probably be back!

Fun family experience!

We had a great time. The house is perfect and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants or shopping. This property is very spacious and had everything we needed, right down to puzzles, cards and a book with jokes and riddles. If you are traveling with friends or family, this house is perfect. We loved it!

The washer moved across the room and seemed unstable. The guidance is confusing in how to leave the home. The envelope's guidance doesn't match the guidance on the fridge. Lastly, there were bikes locked in the garage. There was guidance on how to wash them after use, but no guidance on how to unlock them and use them.
