The condo was clean and well supplied with linens. We really enjoyed the layout of the condo and all the counter space in the master bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was a little sparse on cooking tools but had enough to get the job done. The property itself was a bit dated and could use some refreshing, but it was decently maintained. The location was right in the middle of everything. We were most pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo and the responsiveness of the managers.

The layout was nice and the sofas were very comfy!I didn’t realize there were steps to get in the shower. It was ok for me, but it would be difficult for elderly or people with limited mobility. If this was included in the listing, then my apologies for overlooking this

Perfect little get away

Everything was exactly as described for the property. I loved the close parking, ease of access to the unit, clean grounds. The pool, hot tub and beach were right outside, very easy access and secured. The unit was clean and had a nice layout for everyone to have their own space. We needed to contact the property manager for one thing; it was resolved right away and the follow up communication on their end ensured everything had been taken care of to our satisfaction.

Amazing location

We will be staying here every time we come back which is once a year. Finally found our favorite place and condo was great! We look forward to coming back. We stayed during the last week of May.

Fun Getaway for active teens and family.

This on the beach condo provided not only great views, but abundant options of restaurants and outdoor activities within walking distance. Great option for beach loungers or thrill seekers.

Family Getaway

Had a great week in Destin and We always stay in Destin Towers, you can’t beat the convenience of the location with the least crowded private beach area in front of you. Will always recommend this area.

Great location, dated, a few minor issues.

Property as pictured and described. Pros; Saw Dolphins every morning from balcony, beach just a few steps away. Next door balcony juts out so can’t see sunset but view of ocean fantastic. Pool and hot tub small but nice. Small beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs provided (in the furnace closet) Prompt communication with management, quickly addressed any concerns we had. Missing livingroom TV remote, they kindly ordered one which we received in three days. Beds were comfortable. Location of hotel nice, easy to get to eateries..putt putt golf and water park right across the road ( water park not open when we were there). Plenty of kitchen appliances and glass bowls, dishes..would have been nice to have some Tupperware. Cons:Dated building aging apparent (water damage bathroom baseboards, sink calking w mildew) musty smell of carpets in entryway and hallways. Urine smell coming from vents in small bedroom and bathroom and living room. Our neighbors reported same. Management informed so may be resolved.Jets in bath tub of intermittently worked. Clothes dryer old long dry times. Have to rent chairs, umbrella on beach). Minimal toilet paper, no toiletries, one hairdryer,no kitchen supplies, ie baggies,tinfoil, spices. Lack of any flyers or pamphlets about local area. That being said would stay again ( if priced right) because of location to beach and balcony views. Management also very responsive and professional.

Destin Towers beach trip

We enjoyed our stay in Destin Towers. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the view can’t be beat. The pool is sparkling and the beach access is convenient. We would come here again for sure!

Destin Towers

We love staying at Destin Towers. This condo was clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint was in the past we had three separate codes to access the condo, gate and the side door from the pool. We didn’t have a side door code and had to walk around to the main entrance every time.

Loved it!

We loved our stay here! Our kiddos are 10, 8, and 6 years old. The location and beach were great! The kitchen had every appliance (Keurig, Blender, Coffee, Machine, toaster). There was plenty of linen and towels. A fan and a dehumidifier for noise as well. There were 6 beach chairs, sand umbrellas, volleyballs, buckets, shovels, and nets. We didn’t need to buy toilet paper or trash bags or dish soap as there was a perfect sample amount for our 4 nights. We did bring our own hand soap and detergent (washer and dishwasher pods) as we needed those! They don’t heat the pool until November - so it was very chilly in October when nights dipped down to the mid-30s. I think there should be exceptions to waiting until November when it’s chilly in October. The hot tub was 104 degrees. Wow - so hot! So we’d go back and forth from the freezing pool to the steaming hot tub. The facility was great and we Loved our stay. 4th floor is the best location for the PERFECT view of the ocean, and the tops of the palms trees from the master bed. Also, you don’t over look the hot tub in this condo. Probably good for noise control (although does overlook the neighboring high-rise hot tub). The Destin Sand is perfect for sand castles! We saw dolphins every morning. And even a Manatee!!! Have fun everyone and thank you!!!

Not as relaxing as we hoped

Condo floor was very dirty. Wiped it with a damp wash cloth and cloth had a dirty hand print on it. Complained about it Saturday but didn’t hear from compass until Tuesday. They came and “cleaned” again but with the same results with a damp cloth. Wi-Fi was terrible. They did come on Tuesday after we complained on Saturday but didn’t fix it. Complained again and they did get a new modem put in on Wednesday. Toilet was running. They came and “fixed” it on Tuesday but it was then way worse. They came again on Wednesday and got it fixed. Construction on roof which woke us up every morning around 7 from jack hammering. View was beautiful though.
