Huset ligger på gångavstånd utgör hjärtat av staden, med en härlig pool och en anlagd trädgård.
Sovrummet har en king size säng och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och ligger i anslutning till badrummet med klo-fots tub. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng med en Zen-vibe och ser ut på däcken. Det fjärde sovrummet har en full size säng.
De renoverade kockens kök ser ut på däck och poolen. Inomhus matsalen har plats sex bekvämt. Vardagsrummet har en storbilds-TV och en öppen spis för att hålla dig mysig när temperaturen sjunker.
Däcket har ett bord med plats för åtta med en utegrill. Bakgården är verkligen spektakulära. Du kan bada, sola eller koppla av i hängmatta. Det finns också en pergola i hemligheten, perfekt för middag under stjärnorna.

Charming house in Greenport!

Our third stay at this property and so lovely! Well located, clean, well-stocked with quality linens. Beautiful yard with pool. Wonderful hosts!

Another wonderful stay!

Beautiful, clean and very well located home for proximity to restaurants, shops and all the North Fork has to offer. You may not wish to leave the pool though!

Perfect Greenport House!

We just spent 16 days at Cynthia and Ron’s comfortable, well-appointed, clean and organized house and have only good things to say! The house is charming and handsome, with tasteful artwork throughout, while still being comfortable for our young family of 5. We greatly enjoyed our days swimming in the pool, nights grilling on the expansive deck, and peaceful sleep listening to just crickets outside. The yard is really something to behold. Cynthia and Ron graciously welcomed us upon arrival and Cynthia promptly and kindly responded to all outreaches (though there weren’t many, as we had everything we needed). We highly recommend a stay here!

Everything you need!

Beautiful, well-located home with every amenity! The pool is ideal and the hosts provide many lovely touches to make your stay worry-free! Walk to restaurants and shopping though you may not want to leave the pretty deck and yard set-up! Would return in a heartbeat!

Magical August

We spent a delightful August in Greenport at Cynthia’s and Ron’s house. The house was well equipped and comfortable and the backyard and pool were perfect for lounging and playing games with our kids. The locations was ideal for walking to town and biking to the nearby beaches. Cynthia and Ron were very accessible whenever we had questions and offered helpful suggestions to take full advantage of the area.

Amazing home

We had an incredible stay in Greenport. The backyard is amazing!!!! The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is beautiful. The interior of the home was clean and had everything you could need and more. The homeowners were super responsive. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. We would definitely stay again! Cannot recommend enough!

Wonderful vacation in the North Fork

This house is one of Greenport’s best kept secrets! The house is located within walking distance to the Greenport town. The house is very well kept, has all of the amenities you need and to top it off has a beautiful backyard to enjoy. We always enjoy spending time at this home during our summer and we cannot wait to return!

Great vacation home and base for exploring the north fork!

Our family enjoyed a great week in Greenport. Location was convenient to walk everywhere in Greenport village and the house was lovely indoors and out! Perfect pool and yard for our young family members (and older ones too!). Cynthia and Olivia were very accessible and responsive with any questions during our stay. Thank you!

Labor Day Weekend 2018

This Greenport home was perfect for our family! My husband and I just returned from a long holiday weekend with our 3 young adult children and their spouses. The home was beautifully decorated and very spacious for our large family. We enjoyed swimming and lounging by the pool in the private and very pretty backyard. We loved the location! Everyday we walked or rode bikes into town! It was wonderful!!!

Great vacation spot

The house and yard are beautiful and close to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed riding the bikes that were in good condition.

Charming house, inside and out, right in downtown Greenport

Cynthia was very responsive prior to our arrival, allowed us to arrive a little early, and depart a little late. The house was beautiful inside and out. The exterior had well designed and maintained landscaping, and the pool was great. The garage had seven bikes, which we used to ride to town, and to the beach. The house had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, etc, and was very comfortable. We also loved the artwork and books scattered around the house. We had one minor issue with the blinds in one of the bedrooms, but not enough of an issue to make this less than a 5-star review. I would certainly stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Comfortable, clean, convenient to town - beautiful yard and pool!

This property was perfect for our family. It was a very clean, livable home - beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Plenty of beach towels for the beautiful pool area. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, eating on the deck, and walking and biking into town to the shops and restaurants. We had a great time with absolutely no complaints.

Beautifully maintained home and grounds, refreshing swimming pool, well stocked with amenities.

Cynthia's home is a treasure! Very comfortable bedrooms, kitchen well equipped with all that's needed to make meals that can be enjoyed poolside or on the deck adjacent to the kitchen. We took advantage of the cruiser bikes in the garage to get to know Greenport and environs -- it's a very do-able pedal out to Orient Point, and an easy walk to downtown Greenport for shopping and restaurants. As we were there during a hot spell, the pool was most welcome for cooling dips, and the house kept cool with in-room air conditioners. We'd return for another stay in a heartbeat!
