Helt ny lyxstuga byggd mittemot Stanley Hotel och 1 kvarter från centrum av Estes Park. Undvik all trafik och ta en 5 minuters promenad till hjärtat av Estes. Denna vackra stuga / radhus är 3 sovrum med 3 badrum. Varje våning har eget sovrum och badkar. Detta är den perfekta bortflyktplatsen för alla familjer. Vi har alla helt nya toppmaskiner och möbler som är rustika men ändå bekväma. Håll dig sval under somrarna här med luftkonditionering igång när du behöver det. Parkering för upp till 4 bilar med garage och utsikten är underbar. Kan sova så många som 8 gäster samtidigt. Alla varelser är också här: Internet, kabel, TV, DVD etc. Ingen städavgift tas ut för semesterfirare.

Wonderful Retreat

My family and I loved our stay in this cabin. There was ample room for all of us (5) plus room to spare. The location is perfect and within walking distance of downtown.

Great place to stay! Great location! Easy walk to downtown and short drive to park entrance. No issue with rental so we did not have to contact prop manager. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, perfect floor plan

Perfect location short walking distance to downtown. 3 levels each has a bedroom and a bathroom, ideal to space people out. Beautifully decorated. Amazing mountain view.

Perfect location, beautiful property

House was exactly as shown in listing. Extremely clean, with beautiful view of rock formations above the Stanley hotel. Short walk to downtown shops, park and town hall which has EV charging stations. Nice layout and loft area. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back next year.

The property is located a short walk to downtown and the Stanley Hotel. A short drive to all kinds of adventures. Elk walking past the house on a regular basis. The house was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

A very beautiful home!

Love that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Beautifully decorated and very cozy The only thing that I would have changed is the coffee maker. It was definitely too small for 5 coffee drinkers.

Fabulous

This home is fabulous! Perfect for our family of four. Close to the Stanley Hotel and Safeway grocery. Minutes from the Fall River entrance to RMNP. This home has a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out. While sitting on the deck in the evenings we saw elk. Also just a short walk to town to go to dinner.

Perfect!

I cannot say enough about how perfect this location is. Home is clean, has everything we needed. Neighbors are friendly. Walking distance to Stanley and downtown. We had an elk herd come through with babies. If I had to make one small negative comment- climate control is a bit difficult, but that’s the nature of a three story home. Follow their directions and it helps. We made do and it was not a big deal at all. The positives of everything else far out-ways that.

I have grown up and lived in Estes Park for most of my life. My parents still live just a few blocks away from the house and this is a joint dream of ours. We have always wanted another house in Estes Park. It is a beautiful town and this location was just to good to pass up. The furnishings are second to none and this is our dream getaway. Enjoy your stay!
