Detta smakfullt inredda uteplats hem erbjuder komfort och avskildhet med vidsträckta vyer av teckensnitt Point, bergen och den prisbelönta Fazio golfbana.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size säng och separat TV. Den badrum har ett stort badkar och separat dusch. Andra sovrummet är i en privat korridoren bort från stora rum, med en dubbelsäng. Båda sovrummen har tillgång till en separat fullt sluten uteplats, vilket är bra för att låta hundarna eller bara koppla av i total avskildhet. Stora panoramafönster i det stora rummet ser ut på bergen och golfbanan. Uteplatsen fronter på golfbanan, men är avskärmad från direkt utsikt över golfare genom buskage och en liten ökning. Köket är fullt utrustat med kastruller, stekpannor, tallrikar och bestick. Utomhus BBQ, bord och stolar som för uteservering. Santa Fe samfundet har 2 stora pooler och spa med gott om utrymme för att koppla av vid poolen.

We loved our stay here. Great location and patio. Sliding doors/screens need repair/replace. Dishwasher and microwave are in poor condition.

Desert View Patio Home

My wife and I had a great stay at this beautiful house. The location is ideal for walks in the desert. The kitchen has everything needed for prepping meals. The furniture is very comfortable, especially the bed. We look forward to staying here again and we'll tell family and friends about it!

Great locale

Great place that offers privacy facing the golf course. See birds and wildlife and lots lots of stars. Prime location for the slot canyon hike and seeing the metal sculptures.

Golf Trip to Rams Hill

We enjoyed our stay at the Desert View Patio Home - especially watching the golfers at the 14th tee box. Great location and we also liked that the bedrooms were on opposite ends.

Patio area was not cleaned. Towel rack fell off wall. Master bathroom faucet dripped. Toilets backed up.

Filthy home

Was not clean when we checked in, we cleaned it ourselves,towels were on the floor, both beds un made, , house needs a deep clean , dust, broken blinds , slider doors filthy, oven was filthy , cobwebs all over outside furniture, one toilet broken , place is run down ,they gave us our cleaning deposit back, they were going to refund more but we have not seen a refund yet,it should be taken off the market until they clean and repair, I have lots of photos of these problems!

Borrego Springs stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Town house was clean and as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool facilities very close by. Patio was pleasant for meals and socializing. Nice view of golf course and the mountains (Fonts Point) would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Stay in Hot Desert

Borders on Golf Course

Located in Ram's Hill, a gated community with excellent landscaping. Walkways are close by and the golf course with its dark green fairways and greens is a fun feature. We enjoyed catching the low angle sun in both patios and I think our dog enjoyed staying here as well.
