En trappa ner studio med en kung säng, skrivbord, TV och en bar med en mini-kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Beläget nära gym, klubbhus och huvudpooler; Enheten ligger i en av de bästa platserna på Legacy Villas. Den bakre uteplatsen öppnar till en innergård, har egna utemöbler och en uteplatsvärmare. Du kommer inte hitta ett bättre värde på din nästa resa till öknen. Det rymliga badrummet har separat dusch och badkar och en enda fåfänga. De viktigaste gemenskapens pooler och gym är bara en kort promenad från enheten. Off-gatuparkering ligger framför enheten och ytterligare parkering ligger längs Classic Drive. Enheten kan kombineras med LV108 för att skapa en 2 sovrums enhet med dubbla master sviter (beroende på tillgänglighet). Lägenheten har en inbyggd låset dörr mellan 1 sovrum och studio. Det finns en förväntan att gästerna minimerar bullret runt dörren från klockan 22.00 till 8.00.

Loved the accommodations and surrounding area. It's a beautiful spot--lush, well-appointed, great proximity to all the amenities. Had a wonderfully serene, splendid stay. Great workout room, pools, hot tubs, and was able to go next door for a tennis lesson and spa experience.

Nice place to stay

Have stayed a number of times in the same neighborhood , the location is great and the grounds are kept very nice. Possibly they could enforce the Adults Only pool policy areas much stronger But I would recommend

The only negative was the thermostat control. The coolest possible temp was 73-75. Way to warm for me at night.

Festival Stay

Property and location were great! Only issue was parking. The first night of the festival we had to circle through for about 20 minutes to finally get a spot in the maintenance lot. Second night parked outside the main gate on a side street. We arrived on both night a little after 12. L

I loved this here stay! Had most of the amenities that one would ask for! The neighborhood was pretty quite. I fell in love with the patio stay, had my coffee every morning. Way more to do than time permitted. Will most definitely be back sooner than later.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always recharges our batteries. First time staying in this unit, the fireplace room had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Cannot beat the central location of the unit along with its cleanliness. Loved sleeping with the windows open catching the evening breeze. Looking forward to our next stay, whenever that may be.

The grounds are beautiful nice place to walk your dog. There are several nice pools open near by as well. The place had a great patio to sit on near the fountain and even had a personal heater. The villas are close to everything as wel. This so my second visit here and I will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our small studio was nicely furnished,clean and very safe. We did not have laundry facilities, and the closest laundromat was quite far away. Our studio came with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. There was no table to eat at. We ate out in the evenings, but had breakfast and lunch sitting on the bed! The covered patio was enjoyable, but it didn't have a table either. The grounds are beautiful, the pools sparkling and warm.Our service from California Vacation Villas was excellent.

This Rental Company Is Terrible

I booked a stay with this company and then extended I, one night into the extended period they evicted me claiming that I somehow had committed fraud, which is a totally baseless claim. They are refusing to refund the monies I paid them, and are forcing me to take legal action. I do not recommend using this company, California Vacation Villas, if you read some of the reviews on Yelp you will be even more convinced to not use them!! The property is very nice just do not book through California Vacation Villas!!

Quiet and comfy

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this gated community .we found the lap pool to be excellent for am swims .only critique is that no freezer for ice and ice machine quite distant .Property was quiet and parking easy .
