Rymlig två sovrum (ett sovrum är ett loft), två badrum lägenhet. Mysiga, bekväma familj område för TV och spel. Se några av de bästa solnedgångarna på Hatteras Island med en cocktail på den stora nya däck efter en dag på stranden. 3 minuters promenad till stranden. Perfekt för en familj eller 2 par. Gångavstånd till stora restauranger, glass och butiker. Mindre än en mil till Avon fiske piren. Simning och tennis ingår vid Kinnakeet Shores-poolen, som ligger 2 miles söderut i Kinnakeet Shores-kvarteret, som ligger bakom Food Lion. Docken är privatägd. Det är bra att titta på, men det är inte tillgängligt för oss att använda.
Vi är en lördag till lördag hyra från Memorial Day weekend till Labor Day weekend. 4 nätter minimum under lågsäsong.

Beautiful view of the Sound

Lovely sunsets from the porch. Very clean and pleasant unit with a great little kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Close walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay again here. Thank you.

Cove Breeze has always been a winner for me. Convenient, clean, quite. Dealing with the owner (Dan) is simple and efficient. He is responsive to any needs.This is my go to for spring and fall fishing trips.

Amazing place to stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times and always come back. The condo is amazing, the view of the sound is breathtaking, and there are kayaks to enjoy. The location is great too and a close walk to the beach.

Great Location in Avon with Beautiful Sunsets

This property is close to everything and has a nice 2nd story deck with a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Sunset!

Property is a great central location. Beautifully and simply decorated with every essential you need. Loved the book shelf with a great selection books. Sunset from the balcony was stunning!

Great location, clean with great views

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the Outer Banks. The location was close to the beach, very clean and the host was great. We loved the outdoor deck in the evening to watch the sunset and sip some wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to plan a trip to Avon!

Work Trip

Great clean property. Dan was super nice and had the house all ready. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and groceries. I came for work but family joined me for the weekend. Pool facilities were close by and real nice. Would recommend for sure!

Favorite vacation spot.

Second time staying here. Will come back. Perfect spot to stay. Walking distance to beach and to a great restaurant. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo clean and its like being home. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, great host!

This location is exactly as it is described. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking and it really is only a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the ocean-side. Close to restaurants and shopping, it’s probably one of the best spots in Avon. Close to your checkin date, you’ll receive a very helpful and detailed document about the property and the area. It really left no questions at all. Highly recommend!

Best sit in Avon

This property is a gem. It’s situated with a beautiful view of the bay opening the sound as the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. It is c I’m in a onvenient to both the beach side as well as the soundside and is a wonderful place to stay home if you are contemplating great experience in Obx.

Spring break vacation

This place is a magical place on its own. Had some trouble finding the road to the condos because trees and bushes were covering the sign but we called Dan and he walked us right through it. Dan is a great host! Have planned on coming back next year!!

Great location and property!

The property is situated on the Pamlico sound with wonderful views. The area is extremely quiet and we loved using the provided kayaks in the sound. The short walk to the beach was very convenient and the beach in this area is not busy at all and very relaxing. Communication with Dan was easy and he was very responsive to any issues we had. The driveway coming in was full of major pot holes, so you have to drive in very slowly and carefully. The only negative I would say was that the beds were extremely firm and pillows very thin.

What a beautiful part of the world. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Between the deck overlooking the sound and the walk across the street to the ocean you couldn't be any closer to the variety of water options the Outer Banks has to offer. Be it a sunset or a walk over the sand dunes to the ocean you don't even have to get in your car to experience OBX from this locale. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal when you choose to stay in. But if you do venture out don't miss the apple uglies from the Orange Blossom in Buxton or the Sno Balls -- Hatteras style from from Hatteras Sno-Balls and Ice Cream just down the street in Frisco. Dan was a great host --- incredibly responsive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. If it's available grab it first ... it won't be there when you go back later.

Wouldn't stay there again

The front door kept popping open, so had to keep it locked. The pillow cases on the pillows in the master bedroom had black stuff smeared across them. The master bedroom bed was as hard as a rock and my husband & I had some of the worst nights' sleep of our lives. The neighbors were not friendly & seemed to watch our every move.Parking always seemed to be an issue. The bathrooms are small. On the positive side, our contact for the place was nice and responded to our questions. We liked the booklet with suggestions for places to go and restaurants, etc. Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks.

The calm before transition

Wholesome, clean, quiet, peaceful. This 2nd floor end unit provides an amazing Sound view. The short trip to the beach by foot are car is quite manageable. Along with the short walk to Icecream, candy, coffee, and dinner. We can’t say enough about this secluded little getaway, if that’s what you’re after. There are so many options in the OuterBanks, it all depends on the type of activity you are looking for…. This spot was perfect for us at this moment in time. Thank you Dan

We are the original owners for this awesome condo! Renovated 2023 with new flooring, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops!. The beach is a short 4 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are also walking distance. Great condo that sleeps 4.
