Välkommen till vårt Maui Condominium i den högt önskade byggnaden # 7 på Kamaole Sands. Vår högsta '' A '' rankade utsikt över trädgården, ett sovrum, två badrum i lägenheten (plus drottning bäddsoffa) har nya poster såsom dubbelsäng, vardagsrum och matsal möbler, platt-TV, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och fullt utrustat kök. Enheten innehåller även luftkonditionering i vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

WIFI Internet Service finns också i vår enhet utan extra kostnad så ta med din bärbara dator. Enheten är fullt utrustad för din njutning med solstolar, handdukar, parasoll, svalare och mer.

Vår lägenhet och Lanai är en rökfri zon. Rökning är tillåten vid sju utsedda rökning bänkar runt omkretsen av fastigheten.

Om du reser med spädbarn eller små barn behöver du inte ta med alla dina förnödenheter. Vi arbetar med ett fantastiskt företag som kommer att leverera spjälsängar, säten, leksaker, tillbehör till vårt hem före din ankomst och hämtar dem efter att du lämnat.

Incheckning är 15:00. Utcheckning är 11:00. Sen utcheckning är tillgänglig för en extra $ 100 + skatt fram till 20:00 (endast tillgänglig från maj-oktober så vänligen planera därefter.)

Kamaole Sands är en frodig 15 tunnland fastighet belägen i soliga södra Kihei. Fastigheten har anlagda grunder, fyra tennisbanor, åtta grillar, pool med barnbassäng och två jacuzzis. En kort två minuters promenad tvärs över gatan är en av Maui mest berömda stränder, Kamaole Beach Park III, där du kan bada, boogieboard, surfa eller njuta av valskådning (säsong) och förtrollande Maui solnedgångar.

Anläggningen erbjuder plats tjänster och ligger inom gångavstånd från närliggande stränder, restauranger, shopping och nattliv. Receptionen är öppen 24 timmar och erbjuder gratis kaffe (7:00 till 9:00) i receptionen dagligen. Faciliteterna inkluderar också en Cyber-café vid huvudkontoret för gäster som vill lämna sina datorer hemma.

Excellent Vacation Property!!!

We came for a wedding and to vacation. The owner was very prompt to respond to any questions or inquiries. The property had everything we need to enjoy our time while in Maui. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location and great communication!!!

Thank you again Laurie for a wonderful stay in your condo. It was clean, had all the necessities, and had the best view of the grounds from the lanai! We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds, the sunshine, and the smell of fresh Hawaiian coffee!

Great unit in in a great complex. Right across from the beach and very close to the pool. Communication from Laurie was amazing and she helped organize delivery of baby equipment so we it was here when we arrived. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We loved having the community bbq area and the pool area. Grocery store was so close and the condo had all the comforts of home!. Views were stunning and lots of places to walk around to enjoy the community. Many great restaurants within 2 miles.

A MUST stay!

Fantastic property and a must stay for your trip to Kihei, Maui. This condo was perfect for our first family vacation (my husband, me and our 4-month old daughter). The condo: The condo was a perfect choice with one bedroom (king bed) and two full bathrooms! It was super clean and we felt comfortable with my daughter playing on the floor. While you expect to see the occasional bug, this condo didn’t have any. The complex does a great job of spraying. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We ate out mostly but did have one or two dinners in. There were enough pans and grilling utensils for us to make our meal. The option for air in both the living and bedroom space was ideal. While there was a great cross breeze we wanted to have the option to run air in both places and were so happy. Both air conditioners worked great! The location: The condo is perfectly situated in the middle of the complex. Close to the pool but not too close and the reserved parking spot was not too far away. The condo is on the first floor but the complex walkway is far enough away you don’t feel that other guests can look in. Complex: The complex grounds are very well maintained. They had a tennis court and other activities you could participate in throughout the week. They had many grilling stations, which we took full advantage of. They had a small kiddy pool which we appreciated it. It was next to the regular swimming pool but smaller and had the option to be shaded. That was a huge bonus for us! Location: This condo is in a great location in Kihei. Kamaole III beach is right across the street, which is great for watching the sunsets. We felt you could easily walk to many restaurants and food trucks from the the location. We drove mostly due to my daughter but both agreed it’s walkable. The management: Laurie was a great host and was in constant contact with us leading up to our stay. Instructions for checkin/checkout were easy to follow and she was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The staff at the complex as well was very friendly and helpful. Overall: We were so happy with our choice in condos. we know there are many options to choose from and would give this a 10/10 and recommend to everyone! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!! Our first family vacation was fantastic!

Great location!

This property is located right across from the beach which made it a great place for families. Great pool area and BBQ grills. The carpet in the bedroom made for a bit of a moldy smell and the tub in the master bathroom was slow draining so we couldn't use it. The kitchen was well stocked and made for great cooking. Overall we had a great time with a couple of minor bumps.

Good property next to a beach

This place has everything you need for your vacation. The conceirg by the pool was helpful, the check-in office was great, and the property manager was also very helpful. Overall we had a great experience staying at Laurie's place.

Perfect Maui vacation spot!

This condo was perfect in every way: - the unit is one building back from the road so it’s quiet. It’s also on the south side of the property so the lanai is in the shade - it’s on the ground floor which is incredibly convenient for accessing the BBQ’s, pool etc. - the complex is across the street from the best beach in Maui and has beautiful amenities (pool, hot tubs, work-out room, tennis courts) and the landscaping is glorious. It’s also within a short walk of some great little restaurants - the condo is perfectly outfitted with everything you need including beach towels and chairs, beach umbrella, tennis racquets and a fully equipped kitchen - all the furniture is comfortable, particularly the bed In addition to all this, our host Lori was lovely to deal with and super responsive. We are looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful stay in Kihei!

Beautiful well-maintained property, comfortable bed, perfect location, short distance to many great restaurants, a swimmable beach, grocery stores, etc. The owner was lightening quick to respond to my messages and answer any questions. Try Yee's Fruit Stand while you're in the neighborhood! The golden mangos are to die for.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The unit was clean and the owner was very kind and responsive. We enjoyed Kihei and the property was great--the beach across the street was great for snorkeling and gentle enough for our toddler. We even saw several turtles. He also enjoyed the pool, including the live music and hula. We were able to walk to a couple take out restaurants and take a car service or bus to Wailea.

Amazing location!

Laurie was so easy to communicate with and all the instructions were clear. The condo is located just across the street from the beach which was a huge plus for us. The condo was clean and well appointed with all the basics you might need. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation for family with young kids

Aloha! We enjoyed this condo very much. The grassy courtyard was great with the kids and we were a short walk to the beach, swing-set, picnic area, restaurants, pool and souvenir shops. The condo was simple, clean and air conditioned throughout . There were beach chairs and an umbrella and basic essentials one would need. I can’t wait to go back!
