Arthouse Accommodation har allt att erbjuda. Det ligger inbÀddat bland trÀd i ett lugnt, lugnt och privat lÀge men det Àr bara 2 km till Jervis Bay och nÄgra minuter frÄn Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park och St. Georges Basin.

Arthouse Àr ett arkitektdesignat hem med högkvalitativa inklusioner. AnlÀgget pÄ 2. 5 hektar Àr huset utformat för att uppnÄ integration med det naturliga landskapet. Den Àr orienterad i norr och har ett urval av uteplatser för att passa vind och vÀder. Det Àr kallt pÄ sommaren och varmt pÄ vintern. InnehÄller 2 sovrum - en har en queen size-sÀng och den andra har tvÄ enkelsÀngar som kan bli zippade och lÄsta ihop för att bilda en kung sÀng om det behövs. Varje rum har utsikt som gör att du kÀnner dig som en del av det omgivande bushlandet. Alla sÀngklÀder och handdukar finns.

HÖG SÄSONG - $ 1785 / vecka vecka ingĂ„r december, januari och pĂ„sk. MID SEASON- $ 990 per vecka inkluderar februari, mars, april (förutom pĂ„sk), offentliga helhelger, skollov september / okt, nov. LOW SEASON- $ 870 / wk inkluderar maj, juni, juli aug, september och oktober (ex school semester). Vi krĂ€ver 50% deposition inom 1 vecka efter bokningen och balansen betalas en vecka före ankomst.

Functional space in a beautiful location

Great functional property for a family of 4. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location is excellent. Seeing the wallabies at the doorstep in the morning was great and ahoot with the kids. The house is also close to shops and beaches making it great for a few days away. I have only marked it down on the accuracy of listing because when you click for directions to the property through the stayz app it took us to another location in properties adjacent that werent accessible by car. But this was quickly sorted once i spoke with the owner. Hopefully this is fixed in the app now.

Lovely tranquil stay

Lovely modern house surrounded by bush and wildlife. Situated near the national park where we spent our days at the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and the tranquility of the surroundings. The hosts do live on the property but this did not encroach on our stay and they were respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended as a great holiday house.

Perfect bush retreat

Kay's place was perfect, we loved everything about it. The bush views were peaceful, the house exceptionally clean, the location excellent and Kay was super fast in replying to messages. My preschooler also loved the toys. Highly recommended

Kangaroos on the property as we drove in. The house was very peaceful, with a leafy outlook in all directions. Good communication with the manager.

Amazing Property!

I stayed here on the 6th- 7th May 2017 and it was incredible! Myself and 3 friends stayed at the property so that we could check out Hyams Beach- we could not believe how close the property was to this beach- less than a 10 minute drive! The house is located in gorgeous bushland with views from every window. The house itself was spacious and so well stocked. The house was immaculate- the bathroom is huge!! The beds were comfy, the house was lovely and cool when we arrived thanks to the air con, and lovely and warm when we settled in for the evening. I have recommend this place to all of my work colleagues and friends. Thanks to Kay for letting us stay and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful, relaxing bush setting

We relaxed the moment we arrived. Looking out onto the bush was wonderful and a visit from a kangaroo one morning was a bonus. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We had been unsure about staying here as it meant having to drive to the beach and restaurants. This was never a problem as the distances are not great. We enjoyed exploring different beaches and nearby National Parks. Being in the bush so near to the coast is perfect. The property is not that far off the road so some car noise could be heard during the day. The noise did not prevent us from enjoying the sounds of the birds in the trees that surround the house and it was very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
