Detta nyligen ombyggda viktorianska hus ligger i hjĂ€rtat av Park City. Huset ligger inom gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till Vail- Park City stad hiss, Park City huvudgatan butiker, restauranger och nattliv. Centralt för den pulserande verksamhet Park City, har denna unika hem en lugn och fridfull vĂ€djan, vilket gör det till en oas av belĂ„tenhet att komma hem till och koppla av i den privata spa. Slutfördes i juli 2016 6 sover hĂ€r vackert inredda hem, med tre privata sovrum featuring master Tempurpedic madrass, tre badrum och en separat pulver rum. Gourmet, öppet kök och bar skapar en unik plats att koka upp dina specialiteter. WiFi, musik och kabel-TV Ă€r genom hela huset. Spa Ă€r pĂ„ en mysig privat uteplats att koppla av efter en dag av utomhusaktiviteter. Skidor och snowboard lagring med start- och handske vĂ€rmare finns för vintersport. Cykelförvaring för sommaren rekreation ligger i ett garage. Det finns luftkonditionering för sommaren och golvvĂ€rme strĂ„lningsvĂ€rme för vintern. Det finns parkering för tre bilar. (Även om en bil Ă€r inte nödvĂ€ndigt för denna stora plats).

Great location!

Long weekend ski trip with our 20 something kids and girlfriend. Lots of room for the 5 of us. Great location with easy walks into town for shopping and dining. Property was clean and well stocked for cooking in. So easy to check in and communicate with hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, close to town

This is a nice house. It is a short walk into town. Check-in was easy. The house was clean. It would be nice if they had some propane for the grill. Overall good experience.

We loved this place and booked it again for next year. Everything was perfect from the home itself complete with hot tub, 3 bedrooms each with own bathroom and an extras half bath, great kitchen and living and dining room. Thanks to our host

Beautiful House in Fantastic Location

We stayed at this property for a week of fabulous skiing in February. The location is perfect to walk to the Town Lift for a day on the slopes! We also walked to town for shopping and restaurants nearly every day. The house itself has lots of space and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. The hot tub was lovely to soak after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect !

We stayed at this beautiful home with 2 other couples for a few nights at the end of ski season. What a perfect place in every way! It is so close to town, we could walk to dinner or shopping. It was also just a short walk down the street to get to the Town Lift, which was never crowded. The house itself was just as pictured...beautiful, clean and very spacious! The kitchen was well-stocked, had we chosen to cook there. We would LOVE to stay here again!

Major Construction Next Door Undisclosed

The house is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and well located. Overall it reflects what you see in the pictures . But please be aware the master and twin bedroom are in a basement level. Where I do not give this house 5 stars across the board reflects our experience as a result of the major construction next door, which we were not warned about in advance. There is a new house being built next door and there is only about a 12 foot setback, so it is right on top of you. Heavy equipment we listened to on our “vacation “ included an excavator, crane and dump truck. There were also approximately 5 workers. It was noisy from 9-5 Mon-Fri. Not my idea of a vacation house. I expressed my upset to the property management company and their position was that the lot next door is private property and they do not control it. I tried to explain that what they do control is warning their guests in advance of the situation so that we could decide if we wanted to spend our vacation with the sights and sounds of heavy construction.

This was the perfect house for a long weekend. It is close to Main Street, has plenty of parking and lots of amenities. We had a great time and cannot wait to stay again.

Beautiful home and perfect location

We were very impressed with this home. It was clean, comfortable and super convenient to Main Street and the town lift. We didn’t use our car once other than to go to the grocery store. I would stay here every time we visit Park City. The owners were nice and we felt like we had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were more comfortable than my own bed. Everything was excellent. Thank you so much!

Cute little house

Cute little house as advertised with easy check in and responsive management. Two small pieces of feedback: the shower in the primary bedroom needs work. It’s hard to take a shower without it leaking all over the floor. Also, the driveway is heated, which is great, but no one clears the snow that the plows build up between the driveway and the street. It’s hard to get out on big snow days.

Ski Trip with Family

Checkin was easy, after a long trip from east coast to that altitude the rooms, beds were super comfy. Even though outside was cold (7 degrees at times) inside is warm and toasty. Kitchen has what you need to make meals all week, have dinner as and play games as a family. A short walk to slope access and town lift. Everything is as advertised and super clean. I personally would love a bit of a sectional or more seating to fit 6 comfortably in the living room for a movie but we were so busy with all the local activities we didn’t miss that. Highly recommend this location and property.

Family X-mas getaway

The property was perfect for our family to spend some much needed quality time together. Access to the hill was close and the hot tub was a great way to end each day. The house was beauitful and well appointed. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Exceptional property and location
