It's Paradise!

The home is immaculate with all of the amenities! This is a little piece of paradise right on the beach in a gated community. Very private.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. We were disappointed that we were not able to use the game room and extra bedroom/guest house. The guest house was infested with termites which we reported when it was discovered. I would have thought that they would have sent someone to clean them up, but they didn't. The game room was very musty smelling, which I realize we were next to the ocean, but we have never encountered this previously. Both of these things were reported. Also, upon checkout my grandson left a brand new disney jersey in the 4th floor closet. I reported this six hours after leaving the property. I was told that the jersey was not found; you have an issue with your cleaning staff. The jersey was there. I had requested a partial refund due to the bugs and musty smell because we truly were not able to use those areas and had to make alternative sleeping arrangements for our grandchildren. I do have photos of the bugs which I sent to the management company and I cannot access on this device, but would be happy to send if you would like to see them. Overall, this did not change the outcome of our vacation, we had a wonderful time.

Everything was perfect here and the management company was so detailed with anything you would need to know about the place and super responsive. I couldn't recommend both Saler Shores and Diamond Gulf Rentals enough.

They thought of everything


Saler Shores is an immaculate property with bedrooms, towels and amenities for days! We've just reluctantly left the property and can't wait for our next visit. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or gadget you could need, towels everywhere you turn and the most enticing views from its 4 balconies. Proximity to the Surf Hut restaurant and bar was perfect and you don't have to look for anywhere to sit on the beach, your chairs and umbrellas are perfectly positioned in prime view of the beach. The beds were perfectly comfortable with no lack of pillows and there are coffee pots everywhere! Diamond Gulf Rentals had exceptional communication and checked-in on us and our stay frequently. Our stay was just so special and I can't think of anything that would have made it any better! Thank you!

A Family Christmas

Our extended family gathered from across the US to celebrate Christmas together. The house was beautiful and situated right on the beach. There were enough bedrooms and dining space to accommodate everyone comfortably. We had a wonderful time!

House was fabulous and Diamond was exceptional. If we needed anything we had a response immediately through the portal or text. House is beautiful and filled with all the things you would have at home. Beach access was super easy, right off the back. We will be coming back for sure!

Beautiful Home!

This house has everything you need. It's spacious and gorgeous. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils and cookware you could want. Just steps to the beach make it super convenient. We loved our stay.

Fabulous Family Vacation Home

We had our entire family for a week in this beautiful vacation home. It’s extremely well stocked and I don’t think you could get any closer to the beach. The property management is excellent!

Family Gathering at the Beach

The property is absolutely beautiful and is right on the beach which was perfect for our family! We had 9 adults and 3 little ones so being able to enjoy the beach without having to drive there was perfect. The home is spacious and well appointed. We did have to purchase extra things like toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent etc. that for the price we felt should have been provided. The A/C on the first floor stopped working one day and it was quite uncomfortable on that floor throughout the day but they were able to get a technician out the same day so that by that evening it was working again which was greatly appreciated. Property management responded quickly whenever we communicated with them which was also helpful. The pictures of the home are accurate and the home has been beautifully remodeled. It even has an elevator which was helpful for taking luggage to the upper floors. We had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely stay there again!

Great location, beautiful house with awesome views

Great place for a large family, right on the beach. Views from the living area and the rooms facing the beach were worth the money. Top floor/rooftop lounge was so nice. The house was tastefully decorated with comfortable and stylish furnitures. The Shipwreck community was small, quiet with friendly people and the private beach that wasn’t crowded. Many rooms to accommodate large families but Recommend 22 people for a comfortable stay. The property management staffs were so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend the house

Great family stay

Could not have asked for a better property than this to host 24 group made up of 3 generations to celebrate our father's 90th birthday. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable. Appliances were high end and worked great. Private beach was very nice and nice not having the crowds. Hope to stay there again.

Amazing beach access

Our large group had a great stay at Saler Shores. The property management company was very good at communicating instructions regarding check in/check out. Can't beat the beach access from this property and all of the bedrooms are nice which helps when you are with a large group. The pool is relatively small, but this is expected for a property directly on the beach. The only small issue was the requirement that we wipe down the refrigerator prior to departure. We have never been asked to do this and it was somewhat unexpected given their fairly easy check out instructions. As it did not affect our stay or detract from the quality of the property, I do not feel that it warrants taking away any stars from the rating.

Unsurpassed beauty

We loved this house so much! The beach was basically at the bottom of the steps! There was so much room for us all to move around and enjoy the camaraderie and just laugh & visit! The outdoor space is perfect & the decor is so modern & just exceptional! The host was so quick to respond to any questions we had & very forthcoming with important information.
