Känn dig som hemma i vår "hemifrån" vid havet BayWatch Resort i North Myrtle Beach, SC. Vår deluxe 1 sovrum lägenhet med tvättmaskin och torktumlare sover 4 med en ny kudde topp kung säng i sovrummet och en Murphy säng i vardagsrummet. Vid behov kommer vi att tillhandahålla en vikbar barnsäng. Vardagsrummet har en fantastisk havsutsikt med soffa, 2 fåtöljer och en stor TV. Matsalen har ett nytt bord och stolar. Det fullt utrustade köket har nya träskåp, bänkskivor i granit, nya köksapparater, köksredskap, små bänkskivor, servis, tunga knivar, gafflar etc. Badrummet har en ny träfänga med bänkskiva i granit, nytt handfat, kranar och jacuzzi. Badrumsskåpet har all rengöringsutrustning, strykbräda, strykjärn och hårtork. Sovrummet har alla nya möbler, sängöverdrag, kuddar, etc och stor platt-TV.

Great Trip!!

We had a wonderful trip and loved the condo. Very clean and pictures were what we got. It had everything we needed, even though I pack my whole home when I take vacations, there was nothing left out from the host. Elevators were fast, resort was clean, staff was friendly and the drinks at Fishtales were delicious. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing!!!

We have been coming to NMB for years and this is by far our favorite property we’ve stayed at. Lenna Jane keeps this place in pristine condition and was so responsive and accommodating. The condo is very clean and comfortable and the ocean views are absolutely beautiful from the comfy recliners! We had everything we could need plus more. We can’t wait to come back here next year!!!

Lovely Stay

Our host was wonderful, providing all the information we needed. The unit is perfect for a couple. Comfortable, clean and a great oceanfront view. The resort has several pools and they were warm (wonderful for early May). Several saunas and lazy rivers, and an indoor pool. Just steps from the beach. We loved it.

Wonderful vacation!

The weather was beautiful. The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. We enjoyed sitting in the 2 recliners, looking at the great view of the ocean. The king size bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was as advertised.

A Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay

This was a very nice unit in the Bay Watch. We appreciated the digital entry process, the Bay Watch amenities, and the attention to detail within the unit itself, such as the more than adequate number of towels. The owner was also quick to address any questions pertaining to our stay. Our only wish was that we would have had access to a secured wi-fi connection for internet access. My wife wanted to access her work email, but wasn't able to do so because of the unsecured connection.

Beach Vacation

The condo is very clean. Furniture in very good shape. Balcony and view are spectacular. The pools and hot tubs are clean and numerous. The lobby area was clean. The only items I feel needs to be improved upon is the mattress. Overall, the condo and facility was great.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in this condo the last week of June! The condo is well maintained and comfortable for a family of 3-4. We had everything we needed in the unit. This was not our first visit to Baywatch but first time in this condo. We really enjoy the facilities of Baywatch and now finding this condo is a perfect match. The owner was easy to work with and everything was exactly as explained. Thank you for a great vacation week!

Loved the Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It was exceptionally clean, updated and we love the location in the middle tower. It is exactly as the pictures show. The furniture and the bed was comfortable and the condo had everything you need. Lenna Jane was always available if we had any questions. The check in and checkout process was extremely easy. We will be back.

Shrader Stay 2023

Property was as described with everything you need in the kitchen and for your stay. Clean and well decorated with a wonderful view. This was the furthest NMB we've stayed. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get to the Board Walk. Unfortunately, we had 2 teenagers and that is where they wanted to go hang out. I recommend this condo.

My husband Jim, was born in Feb. 1938 in Hyde County, NC, attended Wake Forest College, has a BA, CPA (inactive status), J.D. - moved to Raleigh, NC in late 1960. Joined IBM in early 60's, started buying rental property in 1979, remodeled and rented. He started building his own rental properties shortly after. As time moved on we began selling properties, we moved to Brunswick County in 2010 and together we actively managed 4 remaining rental properties. Jim is no longer active in the rental properties but my son Brannon has stepped in to help and he keeps things going. We currently live in Brunswick county, NC which is about 1 hour from Baywatch Resorts. We also have a handyman that has worked for us in N. Myrtle Beach for about 12 years that helps us do minor repairs on an as needed basis. We take great pride in our properties and maintain them in an updated and immaculate condition.

This is a deluxe one bedroom property located in the center building (where most of the property activity is located). Located on the 4th. floor - low enough to enjoy the pool and beach activity below and high enough to be away from the noise.

Relax on the private deck or the comfortable lazy boy recliners and enjoy the fantastic ocean view, you will never want to leave. Our deluxe unit has an entrance that leads to the kitchen, living room, bath or the private bedroom. Coming from the beach - 2 showers are available to wash the sand off and wet clothes - Washer and Dryer are in the unit!
