Våra sex unika villor ligger på en orörd vit sandstrand, skuggad av majestätiska palmer, alla med franska dörrar som öppnar direkt mot den privata poolen och jacuzzin, för att inte tala om den fantastiska utsikten och vinden.

Coral Bay Villas är ett litet, fridfullt komplex och tillgodoser gäster över 18 år. Oavsett om du letar efter lugn eller äventyr eller några av dem bjuder vi dig att komma, njuta av vårt rena, bekväma boende och uppleva vårt otroliga öparadis.

Vårt härliga komplex ligger en kort femton minuters promenad söder om staden San Pedro - tillräckligt nära för att njuta av stadens platser och ljud, men precis tillräckligt långt borta för verklig lugn. Excellent Location

Coral Bay Villas was perfect! Excellent location! Walking distance to Bars and restaurants, a store just down the lane. The Villa was clean and the bed very comfortable. The ocean was right out the front patio as well as a beautiful pool. The team made it so easy to book the golf cart and travel to and from Belize City. The online guide was a definite game changer! The roads are bumpy so book a golf cart with extra padding

Coral Bay Villa Delight

Elsa and Freddy were excellent hosts! Great villa location and privacy. Close to Belize Pro Dive center and Sailing with Everill next door. Awesome view and they actually served us coconuts for drinking one day! Careful at the Amber grill next door, they charged us at BZE pricing and said it was USD, $92 for lunch, 2 drinks and 2 appetizers !

The condo was well appointed. So appreciated the AC in the bedroom. Pool was right outside the door. The staff on site was so nice and helpful. Helped us book a golf cart, snorkelling trips, and more.

We rented a golf cart with assistance from the office and there was plenty of safe parking for it. The Lionfish Villa was comfortable and we enjoyed being on the ground floor. The view from the Villa is exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were close to our patio where we had breakfast each morning. The staff of Karina and Freddie were helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Karina took great care of me during a brief illness and Freddie does a marvelous job with all of the landscaping and facilities. My only complaint is the furnishings in my unit are substandard. They are uncomfortable and caused me pain. That is true for both inside and outside furniture.

What I would recommend is some attention to the cosmetics of the unit we were in. Also there needs to be some sort of ladder/rail for entrance and exit into the pool and hot tub. Additionally, the birds seem to think of the pool as theirs which not only is messy but can also be a health issue. On-site staff were outstanding!

The property is well situated for a quite and peaceful stay but close to some good restaurants and bars. Nice pool and hot tub provided a wonderful setting for outdoor relaxation. The service provided by Elsa, Estella, Freddy and Oscar was friendly, efficient and very high quality. Elsa was very good at arranging everything from our airport arrival and transfer, our snorkeling excursion and our transfer back to the airport. She was the key person to ensuring we had such a great experience. If we go back to Belize we would stay here!!

Beautiful property

Coral Bay Villas is a great place to stay in Belize/Ambergris Caye. The one bedroom units are spacious enough for 2 people, the patios are great and having the pool right there is so convenient (it's like having your own backyard pool!). The hammocks are a great place to rest and be in the shade when you need a break from the sun. You're a few yards from the beach and there are so many restaurants nearby to walk to on the beachside. I loved having the bikes there to explore the area when we weren't using our golf cart. There is someone on the property 24hrs/day, which was very nice to have and let us enjoy our vacation instead of worrying about anything on the property. The area surrounding Coral Bay is very quiet at night. The only disappointing thing during our stay was they did not have a kayak to use as advertised. The one they had was broken and they did not have a replacement to use. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The view was very relaxing with palm trees on both sides of the villas, right on the beach. The pool and whirlpool were perfect as well. Our patio facing the Caribbean Sea had a cool breeze coming thru our villa every day. We loved this villa and will be back again. I would highly recommend Coral Bay Villas to everyone!!! The staff was very helpful and would help and take care of anything you needed. Thanks Freddy,Elsa,Oscar and Simon for making our trip a memorable one and we will be back again!

Great Vacation

The condo was clean and well stocked to meet mine and my wife's need for our entire weeks stay. The property was well kept, and the grounds crew worked tirelessly to keep it that way. Freddy was helpful in answering any questions we had. The property was quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tub was just icing on the cake and we enjoyed it daily. Simon stayed in contact and made the check in process as easy as possible. The property location is great as you are in town and can easily access many restaurants by walking up and down the beach or on a cart. I can guarantee we will definitely be staying there again. Love This Property But Needs Some TLC

Elsa is magnificent - she is so friendly and helpful, and was a great resource in helping us navigate the different activities and necessities. Oscar was also a gem - we really enjoyed his each evening as he watched over us. I felt very secure having him there.However, it is pretty evident that the owners need to make some investments in upkeep. Some of the windows were rusted shut. Some of the ceiling fans did not work properly, and being an end unit, there should be air conditioning added to the living area.Like I said, I love the building, the staff and the location, but I do feel that the value for the dollar is there.

Reviewer Comments: From cockroaches to a stove that provides electrical shocks, we had it all. We originally booked for 49 nights but we were asked to leave after 24 nights because we complained so much. They were not even going to change the sheets for 49 nights as part of the lodging price. Cleaning was EXTRA! The pool was not heated, the hot tub would only get luke warm. This property is in a great location for walking the beach, but is not well managed or maintained. Spend your money elsewhere.

Amazing First Trip to Belize!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the location to the staff to the property. Everything was perfect! Elsa was super helpful with booking everything from dinners to tours, Freddie helped us check in and was always around to turn on the hot tub or put up the hammocks or a anything else we needed and Oscar was around from 6pm-6am to make us feel safe and secure. The location was perfect. Quiet most of the time … the villas next door had loud music and parties but were usually done by about 10. Some construction noise but nothing too bad. It was quite windy for most of our two weeks but when it wasn’t the mosquitoes and sand flies came to bite. Definitely bring mosquito spray or coils if you want to sit outside when it’s not windy. Thanks for making us feel safe and secure, especially during Covid!
