Njut av en älskvärd familj hemma bara några minuter till den vackra, barnvänliga TYRONE BEACH.

Rymlig, ren och bekväm, det här attraktiva 4 sovrumsstugan är perfekt för 2 familjer att dela en sommarlov, för 3-4 par eller för en liten grupp vänner. Varför inte ha din "tjej helg" här? Bara 10-15 minuter från Peninsula Hot Springs och nära många fantastiska vingårdar till lunch. Idealiskt beläget för en golfresa också. (SORRY: NO SCHOOLIES)

Charmigt inrett, hemmet har 4 sovrum, kök, separat matsal, stort vardagsrum och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Hemmet har ett badrum, plus en separat 2: a toalett och dusch. Allt detta med ett split-system luftkonditionering och värmare, samt en mysig Coonara trävärmare för att lägga till värme och atmosfär i de kallare månaderna. (Trä levereras) Köket har nyligen renoverats. Det är fullt utrustat och innehåller en diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn.

Utsidan är rymlig. Ett stort nytt däck, utrustad med grill och utomhusinställning, fångar solen även på hösten, vintern och våren. En vacker stuga trädgård gränsar däck och sida / rygg gräsmattor.

De säkert inhägnade främre och bakre varv gör det mest lämpligt för barn att leka.

Det finns också gott om gatuparkering, liksom en bilport.

Huset är idealiskt beläget. Det ligger i en lugn, trädkantad gata. Det finns ingen anledning att använda bilen för att komma till vågorna och sanden; Det är en lätt 8 minuters promenad till den välkända Tyrone Beach - säker och vacker. Du kan njuta av caféet Blairgowrie efter 20 minuters promenad eller köra till affärer och restauranger i närliggande Sorrento och Rye. Alternativt kan du köra upp till bergen till vin och äta i en av de många fina skämma bort dig själv på de närliggande halvönska heta källorna. De mer aktiva kan utforska Point Nepean National Park, spela en golfrunda på en av de många golfbanorna, ta barnen ridning eller vandra längs en av de många natursköna spåren.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach with the kids. The house was a great size for two small families and a couple, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location

A great property in a quiet location and easy walk to the beach. The home was clean and spacious with a large lounge and cosy fire. Having a second bathroom was very handy for a family of five. It also has a lovely outdoor area, garden and plenty of off street parking.

Loved it

We really loved staying here - terrific location and lots of room. Only drawbacks were the lack of wifi and a slightly dodgy bbq. When we accidentally left the keys in the door (on the inside) when we left, the host was very gracious about it. (Phew!)

Wonderful beach getaway

A warm home that accommodated two families well. A quick stroll to Tyrone Beach was perfect with the kids. The owner was very quick to answer any queries we had and was very accomodating of our needs. Would most definitely return.

Stroll to the beach and Blairgowrie shops

The host was well organised and very generous on our arrival allowing us to check in early as there was no booking before us. The property is clean and tidy and had everything we needed. An easy walk to the beach, but if you’re taking chairs and umbrellas it might be getting on the long side. Plenty of parking at the boat ramp area though, which we used a couple of times. It’s a decent walk to Blairgowrie shops but well rewarded with good coffee or aperitif when you get there

Beautiful beachside home

Our host was most helpful and welcoming in all aspects of our booking and stay. This is a very well appointed family home with a lovey outside deck and private garden areas. The kitchen and BBQ are set up with everything needed to entertain a family group and visitors A short walk up the quiet street takes you to the front beach and picturesque bathing boxes, or take a more adventurous walk to the magnificent back beach and views. Bird life and a nice garden makes this stay so pleasant - thank you.

A cosy home for a girls weekend

Winter stay in Rye

very comfortable property. Lots of extras in the kitchen. Enjoyed the fire and TV. The weather was mostly bad ( winter ) so stayed in more than we usually would have. Short walk to a beach. Loved the surrounding area, lots of tee trees and great areas to walk locally. Big enough for two families. Joy was a great contact and quick to respond to questions.

Neat and tidy

Well equipped property with everything we needed, all in good working order. The living room chairs were very comfortable but the only downside was that we all thought the beds were a bit firm. A very enjoyable recommended 4 nights break over the Christmas holiday.
