"Bedövning" är ordet för att beskriva denna enastående oceanfront egenskap.

'Seabreeze' Lägenheten erbjuder den perfekta flykten. Det ligger i Dress Circle-läget vid den vackra Pearl Beach, mindre än 1 timmes bilresa från Sydneys norra förorter.

Bara 10 meter från vattnet och nationalparkerna befinner detta lugna, privata läge en spektakulär utsikt över Broken Bay, Lion Island och Pittwater som visar upp ett brett utbud av vilda djur såsom örnar, hökar, pelikaner som trawlarar, fiskskolor och tillfällig delfiner och valar.

Alla attraktionerna i Pearl Beach kan nås inom en avkopplande 5 minuters promenad, inklusive: ett café, en fin restaurang, en affär, tennisbanor, 2 stränder, naturvandringar, fiske, rockpool, kajak hyra etc.

Inuti är den här rymliga lägenheten uppdelad. På en nivå finns ett sovrum med queen size-säng; ett andra sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett badrum med dusch, toalett och fåfänga.

Den lägre nivån är ett stort vardagsrum - 9 meter lång - med kök, matsal och vardagsrum med stora fönster och dörrar som öppnas på soldäcket och utsikten.

Med omvänd cykel luftkonditionering och en mysig gas-logga, "Seabreeze" är lika tilltalande på vintern som det är på sommaren.

Standardincheckningstiden är 02.00 och utcheckning är 10. 00.00. Dock erbjuds gratis tidigare incheckning och senare utcheckningstider om lägenheten är tillgänglig. Kontrollera med ägaren en dag eller två innan du anländer.

A place to unwind

This has been my wife's special place for her birthday. This is our second time staying at Seabreeze and it never disappoints. Graham is a fantastic host, and the venue speaks for itself!

Very Special

This is an wonderful property. Very private and the views are incredible from every room. The sea breaking on the rock platform below as a soundtrack Having stayed here before I had forgotten how special this place is. The hosts are incredibly accomodating and the place is well set up for comfort and relaxation. Lovely local walks and very close to the beach. A very memorable stay.

We had an absolutely sublime stay at 'Seabreeze'. While the photos give you a good hint of what’s in store, nothing beats watching the amazing, ever-changing views throughout the day. Graham and Maz have really thought of everything to make sure you’re comfortable and happy during your stay. You can tell they put a lot of care into the place — from the spotless interiors to the thoughtful little touches that made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming and always ready with great tips or a helping hand. We look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful stay!

Our expectations were surpassed - the location is gorgeous with the most amazing ocean views, and the place was everything we hoped for! We had a very relaxing visit and made the most of the beach, rock pool, and nearby trails. We came away very relaxed and rejuvenated. Would highly recommend… 10/10 experience.

A Slice of Heaven!

A beautiful tranquil place to say with unlimited views of the ocean and saw dolphins!If you want to refresh your soul and enjoy the natural wonders of Mother Nature this is the place. Lots of bush walks as well. The closest restaurants and cafe is Umina but that is only a 5 minute drive.Our host Graham was very responsive to our emails and provided great information on walks and the amenities. I would certainly recommend this place.

Special Ocean Views

'Seabreeze', an apartment set right on the cliff face at Pearl Beach with commanding views across the Hawkesbury River entrannce, Lion Island and to Pittwater is a find in a million. Staying there is like having your own cruise ship suite complete with outside deck without the rocking. The accommodation is a short walk down into Pearl Beach and it is well appointed. We are already looking forward to returning in a month's time.

Amazing location. Nothing better!!!

Great beach holiday property, especially for dog people. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Pearl beach is a short walk and dog friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Our little escape

Maz and Graham are the most wonderful hosts and their place is a little slice of heaven. Tranquility and peace are the the super powers of this place. You wake and go to sleep with the ocean as your back drop and the apartment has all the comforts of home you could wish for. Perfect Retreat

We totally loved our experience at Seabreeze, it was everything suggested and offered on Stayz and easy to see it has 10/10 rating. We couldn’t fault a thing. Graham met us on arrival, helped with our bags and ensured we knew where everything was. The property is spotless, well appointed with luxury towels and bedding. Super comfy bed and pillows. The outlook is stunning and the sound of waves actually put me to sleep.The drive in is beautiful but do bring some snacks and drinks if you like, however Umina shopping area is only about 10 minutes away. Make sure you take time to walk around the beach and bush walk near by. Definitely looking to return.

A piece of heaven

We had the full gamut of weather during our stay and enjoyed every moment of it. Watching the weather change provided entertainment and serenity. A multitude of photos were taken of the sunrise straight off the balcony decking! Our hosts were excellent and always available for any assistance. It’s an easy stroll to Pearl Beach and great fun clamouring on the rocks below as far as you can go. An awesome spot to wind down :-) Loved it!

The pictures don't lie - a stunning property in an even more stunning location. Very private and just a couple of minutes walk from Pearl Beach. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you'd need. A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

What a view!

The property was exactly as photographed. A stunning view and the perfect size for our family getaway. The apartment was well appointed. With easy access a short walk away down to Pearl beach and a good breakfast to be had at Pearlys I am sure we will return.

Milestone celebration at Seabreeze

Seabreeze is a true gem. Incomparable views, and a very comfortable stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It is well equipped, very clean with excellent hosts. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean, warm fireplace and hot showers, seeing dolphins bobbing in the water, access to books with photos and tips of local walks. All in all a wonderfull getaway.

Breathtaking views

Incredible ocean views and secluded location where you feel like the only people on the island. Extremely clean and very comfortable house with plenty of wonderful walks along the foreshore or bush land. Added bonus of seeing dolphins and a seal lazing in the water for several hours. Will definitely come back for more relaxation and to see magnificent view again.

Such a terrific time!

Seabreeze was a really magical place to stay - even in the middle of winter! The fire kept us warm and cozy at all times so that we could sit back and appreciate the spectacular views. The weather also held up allowing us could enjoy our walks either on Pearl beach, the rocks along the foreshores, or the walkways near the beach. Graham and Maz were wonderful hosts - always warmly welcoming and full of information about Pearl Beach and the surrounding area. And we greatly appreciated their dog-friendly approach. I would highly recommend at stay at Seabreeze.

Wonderful family weekend

Everything was as described.. it was a wonderful weekend away for my family with a dog. It was a unique place. The view was amazing and couldn’t believe how beautiful it was; it entertained us all the time and we often got lost by looking at the sky and the ocean. We definitely could recommend this place to friends and would consider staying there again!

Wonderful relaxing accommodation

It was a real treat to stay in this house. The views are very lovely the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep at night. Walking distance to the beach and also plenty of beautiful walking trails in and around the bay. Hosts were always available fi we needed anything but the house had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen well equipped and although no oven there was an air fryer and cooktop so we didn't miss not having one. We would dearly love to stay again and highly recommend this to other travellers.
