Direkt på Ocean Front promenadpromenad. Ligger i South Mission Största privata uteplats på Mission Beach inför solnedgången. Detta är en lyxig, tre sovrum, två badrum med ett stort vackert marmorkök och underbara badrum. Det har nyligen renoverats med State of the Art Vitvaror och bekvämligheter. Det stora sovrummet och vardagsrummet har direkt utsikt över havet. Sovrum 1 har en king size-säng. Sovrum 2 har en queen size-säng. Sovrum 3 har 2 våningssängar i full våning och en dubbelsäng i trälset och sover 9 barn eller 5 vuxna bekvämt. Det är på strandpromenaden och 3 steg från sanden. Den stora privata uteplatsen är 50 meter lång och omfattar hela bottenvåningen på fastigheten och är enbart exklusiv användning av våra hyresgäster. Uteplatsen är inte inhägnad så att föräldrar måste vara medvetna om småbarn. Den rymliga uteplatsen vid stranden har en inbyggd BBQ och en eldstad för att steka din s'mores och värma upp när kvällen svalnar. Detta hus är ett idealiskt läge i South Mission Beach, mycket nära restauranger, barer och Belmont Park.

Mom’s 90th Birthday celebration

One of the favorites experiences our mom enjoys is the beach so to be able to secure a home right on the beach was such a wonderful gift to give her. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate the people who joined us! We got wonderful remarks from everyone, all of which said it was a such a beautiful place. The outside space waa Great too.

Amazing Location

Great little place! Can't beat the views and convenience of this location. Walking distance to great restaurants and he boardwalk. Obviously also right on the beach... Very close to other attractions, like Seaworld, the airport, the zoo, etc.

Awesome Location

Great setting for larger groups. Lots of room and seating in common areas, especially the outdoors common area. Amazing views. Beach is perfect for water play. Nice selection of bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc.

Dreamy Beachfront

Check-in was seamless and we could not ask for a more comfortable, cozy place for our family to hang out. Any issues we had were addressed promptly and resolved. The location of the property couldn't be more perfect and we were happy just hanging out on the big patio during the day and comfy living room at night. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay -- items for the beach as well as the house. This was our second time renting this property and we will be coming back for sure!

B-Day Long Weekend Trip

Great Stay!

Rented this great place right on the beach for a 60th surprise birthday party. Had lots of friends come in from out of town and universally everyone loved the place. The patio is awesome with plenty of room and opens up right into a very roomy main room inside that flows right into the large kitchen. The kitchen island worked really well for setting up food. Plenty of seating for large groups. Host was really great and super responsive to any questions we had. The garage is very, very tight (and filled with bikes, games, boards, etc.) and really only for a pretty small car but the extra added reserved space is amazing. And nearby parking was also pretty easy to get. Great stay, thanks Julie!

Enjoyable Stay on Mission Beach in San Diego

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week in this condo on Mission Beach in San Diego, and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable.

Wonderful, but very cool windy weekend

My family was celebrating my 80th birthday. This home was beautiful, equipped with everything you might need, lots of beach toys chairs boogie boards, bikes etc. and the best view of the beach& ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would like to come back at a warmer time of year

A fantastic stay in Mission Beach

We had a fabulous time! The property was exactly what we were looking for. The front patio could not have been more perfect. Beds were all comfy and clean. The entire unit was clean and spacious. Julie, the owner, was incredibly responsive and gracious. We could not have asked for more. What a perfect weekend in Mission Beach!

Spring break trip

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Couldn’t access local tv channels and one laptop couldn’t log onto the internet but the owner was very responsive and got back to us immediately on how to troubleshoot.

Perfect spot

It was a wonderful get away for family from out of town. It was steps from the beach and close to Belmont Park which offers fun for everyone. Parking spots were helpful. Plenty of essentials in the kitchen including spices. Plenary if room for all of us and local family to visit. When the patio door is open you feel like you’re sitting on the beach while. Also, lifeguard station provides a beach wheelchair so elderly can get to the water with ease. Great place!

Outstanding location/property in Mission Beach

Julie, the owner, was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. There were a few issues at the property which she was quick to notify me about and was ready to resolve on the spot- which we did not find necessary. The location of Julie's property is fantastic and the house itself was updated, and very nice.
