När du är bosatt i kan du söka att hitta det "perfekta skalet" på våra underbara stränder där North Captiva Island erbjuder en otrolig överflöd och en mängd havsskal med människor som reser från hela världen ritade av våra snäckskal.

Vårt vackra poolhem med sina två sovrum, öppen sida vid sida - En plan plan, stor plattskärms-TV i hela, utmärkta sängar, stor skärmad veranda, enormt täckt uteplats, trevlig gård och vår NYA överdimensionerade - lagun stil - saltvatten uppvärmd Pool med massor av sittplatser, är säkert att locka dig! PLUS Our Homes interiör och yttre möbler är ALLA antingen helt nya eller nyligen köpta nya hela tiden!

Vi är belägna på en hög och mycket torr tomt i sanddynerna och erbjuder en stor gård och ett stort poolområde som möjliggör massor av aktiviteter. Vi är ungefär en 30 sekunders golfvagn eller åka direkt nerför gatan kort till en av de bredaste och största sockersandstränderna på ön!

Vi föredrar att boka lördagar till lördagar - 7 nattminimum - såvida vi inte har sista minuten tillgänglighet. Perfect vacation home for my husband and myself. Very clean house and yard. Had every amenity you could possibly need. Great location to the beach. This will be our go to rental when it's just the two of us. Loved everything thing except having to leave.

Perfect Shell Perfect Vacation

Beautiful home that is perfectly equipped for a wonderful and fun family vacation. This is our second visit to this home and even 3 years later it is still perfect! Owners provide so many amenities that make the stay excellent. I will continue to recommend Perfect Shell to any and all looking to head to North Captiva!

Awesome family friendly stay at North Captiva

Clean and modern family friendly home that was perfect for our family of five, including a 2 year old. Close to the best beach on the island and a private pool to relax in. The home had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely look to book again, thank you Amy!

Anniversary getaway

Beautiful luxury beach house!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Perfect Shell! This home had everything we needed and more with very comfortable beds and cozy, high end furniture and decor along with easy access to the beach and a beautiful pool area. We highly recommend The Perfect Shell, it was by far the best property we’ve ever rented on North Captiva!

Beautiful, welcoming and very clean home that was a lovely stay for our honeymoon! The owners have stocked it with every game, movie, appliance, tool, utensil, or supply you could need! Would definitely stay here again!

Island Getaway

Perfect rental

The perfect Shell was a perfect house for our spring break getaway. The house, pool, and golf cart were all very well kept and stocked. We had such a great time and will definitely plan for this house when we come back to North Captiva!

Great stay at The Perfect Shell

The Perfect Shell is a great house-perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well stocked and very comfortable. It feels bright and open and updated. The pool was a lifesaver with our kids when we had quite a bit of rain. The property owners are super responsive and helpful and the check in/out and grocery process was much easier than our previous visit (to a different house under different management). It’s really well located-close to the beach and the nature preserve trail-a very short walk and even shorter golf cart ride. Next time we come back to North Captiva we plan to book this house again!

Perfect getaway

Just finished a week at the Perfect Shell, and can’t say enough about how lovely the property is and how well appointed. Beds were super comfy, kitchen well stocked with coffee pods, spices, etc, abundance of pool towels, fantastic pool, and very private. First time to the island, but definitely won’t be our last! Thanks Ken and Amy for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home.

Perfect Stay at the Perfect Shell

Spent a DELIGHTFUL week at The Perfect Shell. The house is super comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything one needs (especially the kitchen). We loved the quiet, the pool and its close proximity to the beach. The hosts are very responsive to questions/needs which provides a sense of security as the Island works to recover from Hurricane Ian. We definitely hope to return for future visits to the island.

AMAZING!

House is beautiful, hosts are phenomenal! Best spring break to date! Amenities abound at the Perfect Shell, the name says it all! Cannot thank Amy & Ken enough for sharing their place with us. It isn’t often that the listing is accurate but their listing is true and the home exceeded our expectations. Best place we have every stayed! Equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need and more! So clean and tastefully decorated. Minutes from the beach. Such a beautiful island.
