Vårt vackra poolhem med sina två sovrum, öppen sida vid sida - En plan plan, stor plattskärms-TV i hela, utmärkta sängar, stor skärmad veranda, enormt täckt uteplats, trevlig gård och vår NYA överdimensionerade - lagun stil - saltvatten uppvärmd Pool med massor av sittplatser, är säkert att locka dig! PLUS Our Homes interiör och yttre möbler är ALLA antingen helt nya eller nyligen köpta nya hela tiden!

Vi är belägna på en hög och mycket torr tomt i sanddynerna och erbjuder en stor gård och ett stort poolområde som möjliggör massor av aktiviteter. Vi är ungefär en 30 sekunders golfvagn eller åka direkt nerför gatan kort till en av de bredaste och största sockersandstränderna på ön!

Vi föredrar att boka lördagar till lördagar - 7 nattminimum - såvida vi inte har sista minuten tillgänglighet. Perfect Shell Perfect Vacation

Beautiful home that is perfectly equipped for a wonderful and fun family vacation. This is our second visit to this home and even 3 years later it is still perfect! Owners provide so many amenities that make the stay excellent. I will continue to recommend Perfect Shell to any and all looking to head to North Captiva!

Awesome family friendly stay at North Captiva

Clean and modern family friendly home that was perfect for our family of five, including a 2 year old. Close to the best beach on the island and a private pool to relax in. The home had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely look to book again, thank you Amy!

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I spent our anniversary week on North Captiva. The Perfect Shell was literally perfect. It had everything imaginable like one would have at home plus everything needed for a perfect beach trip.

Great stay at The Perfect Shell

The Perfect Shell is a great house-perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well stocked and very comfortable. It feels bright and open and updated. The pool was a lifesaver with our kids when we had quite a bit of rain. The property owners are super responsive and helpful and the check in/out and grocery process was much easier than our previous visit (to a different house under different management). It’s really well located-close to the beach and the nature preserve trail-a very short walk and even shorter golf cart ride. Next time we come back to North Captiva we plan to book this house again!

Family vacation

We fell in love with this island! Absolutely hands down stunning. Never been here before. Our first time and the house was amazing. Amy and Ken fit every single need. They made sure we had absolutely everything we need. We felt right at home. If I could give this home more than 5 stars I would. This was our favorite family vacation we have ever taken. We will be back! Thank you so much Amy and Ken for going literally above and beyond for us. I would recommend y’all for anyone. This home is way more than worth it. It’s a beautiful dream. Very well kept together, close to the beach, peaceful (which is my favorite) !! Not a lot of people around me. They have a local hang out spot where we met friends which was awesome! Everyone was super friendly! Overall we are very much pleased! BEAUTIFUL HOME! Thank you again! 💖

Beyond perfect...

All we can say is when the reviews say the Perfect Shell has everything, that is far from an exaggeration. Every possible item necessary to make this a home away from home is here... even on our last day, we located items we did not know were there because there are so many amenities in place here for the perfect stay for either families or couples. And the pool is beyond unbelievable (it was so nice we were actually looking after our stay to see if we could get the same exact design for our future home).. relaxing and quiet to relieve any of life's stressors. Even the location far exceeded our expectations.. tucked away for a private, secluded experience on the island but a mere minute or two drive on the golf cart to the beach for an amazing walk on the sandbar or to marvel in the beauty of the sunset over the Gulf. Words cannot say enough here- from check-in to check-out, Amy and the rest of the team go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay possible. Heather and Tim Dobson

Beautiful luxury beach house!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Perfect Shell! This home had everything we needed and more with very comfortable beds and cozy, high end furniture and decor along with easy access to the beach and a beautiful pool area. We highly recommend The Perfect Shell, it was by far the best property we’ve ever rented on North Captiva!

More than perfect!

We had the most amazing time at The Perfect Shell! Booking was easy and checking in was a breeze. We had a little hiccup and our cooler with our groceries was left on the charter. Lori, the property concierge, came to the rescue with a frozen pizza and some ravioli to hold us over until the boat could deliver the cooler in the morning! The property was in wonderful condition, was very clean and absolutely stunning! My family felt so cozy and welcomed! The appliances and furniture were in good condition, the ac worked perfectly, and there was a huge selection of movies for movie nights! The pool was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed having dinners on the screened porch, the golf cart was well maintained! Oh my gosh and the beds were so comfortable!!! My only complaint is that I can’t stay forever! Amy was wonderful to work with and was available to answer our questions in a timely manner. The Perfect Shell was more than perfect and we can’t wait to return!

AMAZING!

House is beautiful, hosts are phenomenal! Best spring break to date! Amenities abound at the Perfect Shell, the name says it all! Cannot thank Amy & Ken enough for sharing their place with us. It isn’t often that the listing is accurate but their listing is true and the home exceeded our expectations. The pool is fabulous as well as the proximity to the white sandy beaches of North Captiva Island. Thank you for a great place to call home for Spring Break 2024!

Best home EVER!!

There will never be a better VRBO than this one. We have stayed here 4 years in a row and would never think about another home on this island. It’s perfect and it raises the bar so high that every other VRBO we have tried is always a disappointment in comparison. The owners are local and keep this house PERFECT! They have it stocked with any amenity you could ever think of. Kitchen stocked with every spice, and cooking apparatus you could want. Beautiful serving tools, tablecloths and placemats. The house has an amazing front porch with a screened in dining area we use every meal. The reverse osmosis water system is tastier than any bottled water. They are so thoughtful and considerate and can be reached instantly with any questions. The beach is the most pleasant short walk away but the golf cart makes it easy to skip back and forth and around the island all day. The pool is perfect, the house is perfect, and the island is perfect. You will never stay at a home that is more well taken care of than this one. It is truly paradise and you will never want to go anywhere else in Florida after you have been here. I cannot express in words how wonderful this house is and how much we love it.

50th birthday trip!

This was our second time at this amazing home. We visited last May for our anniversary and returned this time for my birthday. May was definitely better weather wise, but I think it was even unusually hot this past week while we visited. Locals told us November is the prime time to visit the island. The new reverse water osmosis system was great. No bottled water was even necessary. The house is well stocked and the owners are very responsive. If a quiet relaxing trip is what you’re looking for then North Captiva is the place for you!! Look no further.

The Perfect Shell is truly PERFECT!

This was our second stay at The Perfect Shell and we could not be more pleased with our experience! Amy, Ken, and Tortuga are very helpful and accessible during our stay. We had stayed at two other houses on the island prior to finding The Perfect Shell and this house is definitely the most well stocked and well maintained home that we have ever stayed in. Great House!

Excellent location. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Our kids loved spending time in the pool. The house is very well stocked, and there are lots of pool/beach toys and accessories! We texted Amy and Ken with questions, and they were on top of it immediately. I highly recommend the Perfect Shell!

Perfection!

This was our third time staying on the island. Compared to the other two properties we stayed, this house is so well stocked and "feels like home". Everything minus your essentials and groceries is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are extra bath and pool towels, beach gear, and pool toys/rafts. It was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool after a long day on the beach was so relaxing. We booked last minute and the communication with the owner was amazing. So thankful for a perfect stay at this beautiful home.

Peaceful Escape

We had a "perfect" stay at the Perfect Shell. The house was clean, organized, items labeled with clear instructions for arrival, during and departure. Amy was a very responsive host from booking all the way through our stay with quick message response times, which was extremely helpful. Our check-in process was smooth, with groceries delivered directly-highly recommend as our vacation started the minute we arrived at the home. With close proximity to the beach, we could walk or take a short golf cart ride for swimming or watching sunsets. The house is also very close to the nature preserve with a great trail to the south end of the island to enjoy even more shelling experiences! We enjoyed the pool and used it constantly, as well as the poolside games shaded from the sun beneath the house. Thank you for keeping your home well maintained, it was an enjoyable vacation and wonderful trip to N. Captiva!
