Family visit

Golf getaway

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay during our spring break trip to the Phoenix area. Beds were comfortable and the deck was a great place to sit and have your coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and the courts to play some pickleball. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Lakeside bliss

The lakeside location is very relaxing. Close to freeway for quick access to restaurants in our case. Clean and well furnished. Dishwasher did not work but the owner personally ensured that it was replaced the next day. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful condo with lake view

Condo was clean, easily accessible, covered parking, three king size beds with all kitchen supplies needed for our family. The deck overlooks a beautiful lake with baby ducks and comfy seating. Management checked in to see how we were, but all was well! We highly recommend this property.

Spring Break 2024

We had a great week staying at this condo over spring break. The walking path was a great way to get going in the morning and the pool was close to the condo and a great place to hangout for the day. The condo was great for the 5 of us. Comfortable furniture and beds. The patio was a great place to hangout. We would stay here again in the future.

Large deck overlooking lake. Lake has wonderful walking paths. Condo has everything you need-well stocked. Quality furniture, immaculate, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants. Millie and team respond very quickly to meet your questions or needs.

Beautiful and clean Condo , perfect location

I can’t express how pleased we are with our stay at the condo! Literally just as pictured everything looked new and very clean , had everything we could have thought of that we would need to cook literally and very well stocked with everything! Perfect location to get to surrounding areas , the Lake outside was beautiful walking around it and seeing the wildlife was the highlight of my mornings. Checking in and out was seamless and communication with the property manager was great! We will definitely stay here again , it exceeded our expectations!

Best ‘HAPPY’ place to stay!

This place was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. Also, all kitchen drawers were well organized, kitchen utensils were quality, dishes & small appliances looked new, pans were very clean & plenty of dish towels & dishwasher pods. The bath towels were quality & in A+ shape. The mattresses were high end & comfy. The condo was immaculate! The unique decorating was fun & just made me smile. Awesome! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice place

This condo was very nice. A home away from home. Check in was easy. Plenty of places nearby like restaurants and grocery stores. The deck overlooking the lake was very beautiful. We loved to sit there every morning and every evening. The only thing that would have made it better would be less noise coming from the traffic. Sometimes it was very loud. You couldn't hear it while inside the condo, but sitting on the deck you certainly could. Otherwise it was amazing! Great 8 day stay!

Great rental property! Millie, the host, was extremely responsive. Location was great with shopping and restaurants nearby. We loved taking walks around the lake and listening to the ducks. We pretty much had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Quiet and very relaxing! We will definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Condo! It had a gorgeous view of the lake and an easy, close, designated parking spot! We felt very safe in this neighborhood. The condo was spectacular. Process from checking in to checking out was great. After leaving the corporate world, we began to renovate homes. For the past 12 years we focused our creativity in Michigan where we designed and built new homes as well as renovated older homes. After falling in love with the sunshine in Arizona, we bought our first condo which needed renovations. Thus began our journey of creating beautiful spaces for folks to enjoy the wonderful Phoenix weather!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love this community! Most folks don't think of lakes when they think about Phoenix. Our lakefront condo has it all. A paved 1 mile long walking trail around the lake. Fishing, tennis, pickleball, pool, hot tub, are all available. This is a quiet, friendly, lovely, centrally located community. Right off the I17 but peaceful and serene! Everything you could possibly want within a few minutes away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the unique benefits of this community is the HEATED POOL. Most pools are not heated in Phoenix. We are also have a brand new community hot tub!
