Guana Kai, några minuter från historiska St. Augustin, är ett sex sovrum, fem badrum hem som lätt rymmer 14 personer. Det är en vacker tillflyktsort, lyxigt inredda och kärleksfullt omhändertagna, Guana Kai är perfekt för antingen alla vuxna eller familjer med barn att njuta av den största semestern ännu! Rymligt familjerum och matsal har havsutsikt med balkong på övervåningen, våt bar, öppen spis och är öppet för stort kök med buffé och alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Sovrummen har två king size-sängar, tre queen size-sängar, en tvåbäddsbäddsrum med dubbla rulla och ett rum med fyra enkelsängar. Det finns ett spelrum med biljardbord, Wi-Fi, DVD / VHS, en dator och gratis kontinentalsamtal plus mycket mer.

Huset har en gångväg som leder från trädgården över havsväggen och rätt till de vackra stränderna i South Ponte Vedra. Det är en säker, lugn del av stranden som är kantad endast med privata bostäder.

Best family vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Guana Kai Beach House! The house was perfect for our group of 14 and the beach was great! It was so nice to have beach chairs, toys and towels provided. It was raining when we arrived early evening of our first day, but that didn't stop this group! We had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the beach, but we did go into town one day and that was also fun! We would really love to come back!

Beautiful home, even more beautiful location

We loved being right on the beach with the closest public access far enough away that it almost seemed like our own private beach. Great restaurants a very short drive away. House was very well updated with comfy beds, and very clean. We’ll definitely look to stay at this same place in the future.

Missing attention to details

Overall a good house but the small deficiencies started to add up. Front door electric lock was dead. Said they are sending maintenance. Never showed. Had to fix ourselves. The shower in the upstairs bathroom needs replacing. Could not redirect water to shower headKilled multiple roaches throughout the propertyHot water wasn’t consistent. Some days there is plenty, others it’s freezingBacksliding glass door has broken handle. Was unlocked when we checked in and discovered it openThe house did provide a grill, beach equipment and adequate kitchenware so it wasn’t a total bust. Consider this place your second or third option when choosing. Like stated before, could’ve been a great house but the small problems added up which overshadowed to cost paid for the duration of our stay.

I have stayed in many beach properties with 5 bedrooms and more on the ocean and this was by far the least clean and useful. I did not bother to notify manager based on how they treated me for a later check out. 9:30 am is the earliest I have had to check out in all my years of renting.

What a place!

The beautiful- very nicely decorated house, with the view “ocean” people long for. The closeness to St Augustine, the restaurants, the historical sites make it the perfect place for a large group. One of the best places I’ve stayed. I want to go back again !

Beautiful home right on the beach!

Plenty of space for our group of 9 and pup! Really enjoyed the downstairs game area and large kitchen. Appliances can be a little complicated, but the “how to” guides were very appreciated. Kat was beyond accommodating for our very last minute reservation! In addition, her communication was extremely timely and saved our weekend celebration!

The perfect spot!

This house was just perfect! Had more than enough room for our large family and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and well kept. The decks I think were the best part. Turly best decks i have experience in my many travels! Location was great. Right on the beach, easy access too!

Wonderful Beach House

Our family has vacationed at the beach in this area for 18 years, renting 10 different houses along this section of South Ponte Vedra Beach. This house is one of the best! The house is nicely furnished. There's lots of space for groceries and a very well equipped kitchen. The 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provide lots of comfort and privacy. The decks provide wonderful views. The downstairs deck is especially nice if you want to get out of the sun for a while. This section of beach is walkable at all times, even high tide (not always available along this beach). We definitely want to rent this house again!

Beautiful Home Steps Away From The Beach

This home is everything and more! Although steps away from the beach, you may not want to leave the downstairs porch! Clean, comfortable, well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay here so much and would certainly love to vacation in this beautiful home again!

All Time Best Beach Vacation

We could not have selected a better home for an on-the-beach family reunion. Every room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and decorated with excellent taste. The open-concept great room with cathedral ceiling had large windows and sliding glass doors that made the beach and ocean part of the room. The glass doors lead to a huge deck which overlooked the beach. The elegant dining table accommodated 10 comfortably and the large island in the adjacent kitchen could accommodate 6 individuals on comfortable bar stools. The deck stairs lead directly to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were plentiful. We enjoyed the ground floor pool room which also had a beach view and lead to a shaded deck that was very comfortable and provided additional beach access. We're so glad that we found this wonderful place!

Family Beach Vacation

Great property for a family get together at the beach. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for all to be together or find a spot for a little alone time. Cannot beat the location right on a beautiful sandy beach!

FABULOUS BEACH HOUSE

A beautiful house on the beach.... stayed with a group of girls... the rooms and decor are unique, comfortable and stunning. Upper and lower deck for amazing ocean views. Our large group had plenty of places to gather together comfortably. Best part of the house is how close it is to the water's edge. Amazing place. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home on the beach! Absolutely loved being able to walk out the back door onto the beach for a swim or to play beach bocci. Plenty of room for everyone to play games or take some time to read a good book.

Great beach house

This was our seventh year renting in South Ponte Vedra and this was the best house yet! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds & pillows, and that fantastic game room. The deck was a particularly good feature, with very nice furniture. The lower deck was great for getting out of the sun.

Mom Loved her 80th Birthday!

We had a wonderful time with extended family for Mom’s 80th! Beautiful home right on the water! Perfectly appointed to make family meals and enjoy games and time together. So close to St Augustine it made day trips easy and more enjoyable for everyone.

South Ponte Vedra Beach is a beautiful part of northeast Florida. We live in Jacksonville, and we bought Guana Kai so we could really "get away", but not have to go too far. We use the house as our family beach house, but love to share with others so you can experience the relaxation this home has to offer.

We have direct, private access to a gorgeous beach, access to an upscale beach club one mile south, and a 24 hour maintenance man so you are never stuck with an inefficient house.
