Guana Kai, några minuter från historiska St. Augustin, är ett sex sovrum, fem badrum hem som lätt rymmer 14 personer. Det är en vacker tillflyktsort, lyxigt inredda och kärleksfullt omhändertagna, Guana Kai är perfekt för antingen alla vuxna eller familjer med barn att njuta av den största semestern ännu! (Se Virtuell rundtur på fliken Plats)

Rymligt familjerum och matsal har havsutsikt med balkong på övervåningen, våt bar, öppen spis och är öppet för stort kök med buffé och alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Sovrummen har två king size-sängar, tre queen size-sängar, en tvåbäddsbäddsrum med dubbla rulla och ett rum med fyra enkelsängar. Det finns ett spelrum med biljardbord, Wi-Fi, DVD / VHS, en dator och gratis kontinentalsamtal plus mycket mer.

Huset har en gångväg som leder från trädgården över havsväggen och rätt till de vackra stränderna i South Ponte Vedra. Det är en säker, lugn del av stranden som är kantad endast med privata bostäder.

The first impression at Guana Kai is the spectacular view of the ocean when you walk in the door. Everything about the property is accurately described in the listing. The owners, Kit and Nathan, were very responsive. There is a guest book at the front door that provides extensive information about the surrounding area that is very helpful.There is plenty of common space in the house for dinner for 12 at the great dining room table, as well as a living room arrangement for smaller group conversations. The large coffee table accommodated our 1,000 piece puzzle, with three generations gathered around - and some spectators giving us advice!The five bedrooms and five bathrooms are well-placed in the house for some privacy and quiet times. The upper and lower outside decks are roomy and provide sun or shade - your choice. And then there's a pool table in the downstairs rec room, a well stocked kitchen, and TWO sets of sturdy stacked washers and dryers. This was a lovely experience for a Labor Day family gathering.

This was our families 2nd year staying here and we again had a wonderful time. The house suits our needs, size and ages very well: 14 people from 3yrs to senior citizens. You can't beat the access to the beach even though the weather was not as good as last year. There are plenty of activities to do nearby.

I do a Christian women’s beach retreat every year and we usually do it in Ponte Vedra Beach. This place was absolutely perfect for us. We’ll be back again!

This was our fourth time staying at this lovely beachfront house. The house is beautiful and it's so nice to be so close to the beach and so close to many good restaurants and shops. The house needs a deep clean and the grass needed to be mowed, but other than that, as always, it is a wonderful place to stay!

This was a great house and location for our family vacation to Saint Augustine. There are great views from the decks and it felt like the beach was a private beach. Very easy access to Saint Augustine. Would definitely come back.

Family loved the house, there were no issues. Nice big open space and the deck with the view of the beach was gorgeous. We loved finding shark teeth on the beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Great property for a family get together at the beach. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for all to be together or find a spot for a little alone time. Cannot beat the location right on a beautiful sandy beach!

Beautiful home, even more beautiful location

We loved being right on the beach with the closest public access far enough away that it almost seemed like our own private beach. Great restaurants a very short drive away. House was very well updated with comfy beds, and very clean. We’ll definitely look to stay at this same place in the future.

The pictures don’t do the views justice! Really enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The host Kat, was very pleasant to work with and was kind enough to deliver a brand new grill for our stay. I had a blast starting and finishing my days with a dip in the ocean. The location was perfectly placed halfway between TPC sawgrass and the world golf village

The home is exactly as described in the ad. We ended up having 13 people and everyone slept quite comfortably. Regarding the basics - the A/C was powerful with 2 zones, upstairs and downstairs with easy to use controls. Check-in/out was simple with a thorough home instruction sheet (do's and don't) provided ahead of time. Water pressure was good and no one complained for a lack of hot water. The cleaning crew did a good job turning the house around. Everything was clean when we arrived. The beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards were all in good shape. The kitchen is well stocked with all sorts of appliances, coffee makers, utensils etc. The property manager was always available to sort out small issues or respond to questions. Oddly, the master bedroom did not have any sort of dresser with drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase. There is a walk-in closet with a few hangers and a large armoire with (oddly) a 2nd tv? About the TV's - one or 2 remote controls at the most please. When you already have a smart TV having a tray with a half dozen assorted remotes under the TV is needlessly complex. But we weren't there to watch television anyway. The beach was fantastic!

Beautiful oceanfront views!

House was very clean and had everything needed for our trip, Kat is very responsive and a great host! Would recommend to any large families that need a place to lodge everyone.

South Ponte Vedra Beach is a beautiful part of northeast Florida. We live in Jacksonville, and we bought Guana Kai so we could really "get away", but not have to go too far. We use the house as our family beach house, but love to share with others so you can experience the relaxation this home has to offer.
